Dog had an unexplainable rash on his chin and one dogs toe was bleeding found both of these out when I arrived home they acted like it was an everyday think to cut a dogs nail too short while I've had my dogs 8 years only happened once and I an untrained person did it. Also picked them up and they were wet from the baths that I paid for, I could've washed them without drying them free. They apparently just air dry the dogs seems stupid when they know people will be picking them up asap.

Recently got my dog neutered here and they sent him home without a cone to keep him from chewing his stitches out. So, he did. Took him back down there and asked for one after the Doctor told me on the phone I could get one the night before, only to be told they can't "find" one but for $27 they could put something on it. Didn't stitch him back up, didn't clean it, nothing. I also thought it was weird I was charged $30 for fluid to flush his system in case he had an allergic reaction, shouldn't that be part of the procedure so your animal doesn't die?? Yeah, it should. Seems like a money racket instead of a pet clinic to me. How do you not "find" a cone when you did the procedure, and it should be given to you before you leave. It's a round piece of plastic. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend this place. Not very professional.

We took my son's husky that had been injured. Dr. Jenks came in on an emergency call. She was very gentle with her and took great care of our baby girl. This wasn't our first visit here, nor will it be our last. Great people with great skills. We love taking our fur babies here.

had to take my elderly dog a couple of weeks ago since we were down that way to this clinic and lady vet seen him with eye infection--checked with scope -nothing in it-so she gave me salve. it got so much worse over weekend that had to take him to a closer vet and he done tear test and dog has dry eye disease--so i had already spent $100 and now had to spend $200 to get right meds and salves and he is still pretty bad shape. needless to say i did not go back for their appt.

I took my puppy in for her final dose of puppy shots and first off they asked me if I minded them testing her for worms. I told them I suppose it's alright and so they did, and the test came back negative and I didn't really think much about it. She didn't react to the shots, rode home fine, and laid down that evening and went to sleep like usual so I thought everything was fine. The next day, she seemed different and was acting a bit strange. Still playful and happy so I just kept an eye on her not really knowing what was wrong. The next day, same thing. So, in the evening when she went to the bathroom I looked in her stool like I always do and it was full of worms. So she must've contracted them when she was there at the vet, because she is an inside dog and when she goes out to use the bathroom I'm always watching her. So I know she hasn't ate any dead animals or anything else of the sort that causes such things. I also held her the entire duration of my visit at the vet too, so I know she didn't lick the ground or come into close contact with other dogs there. So I'm not sure if the equipment they used wasn't sterile or if something else wasn't but regardless it had to of came from there. I will try calling them to speak with them and see what they have to say about it. It was my first visit with the place and I'm not sure if I got one of the worst coincidences or what, but I'm skeptical to return unfortunately.

I have two chihuahuas that can be really hard to deal with and all of the veterinarians and technicians are so good with them and use such gentle restraint and stay so calm with them! They always explain everything really well and make sure they answer your questions! I’ve never had a bad experience here as they always have the very best intentions for your pets and you can just tell that they care! Best vet in the area for sure! Thank you for being so great with eevie and chalupa!
