Dr. Alford and his staff are wonderful people. I have 4 dogs with multiple surgeries and I never doubt they get the best care. A bit pricey, but my animals are family and they deserve the best!!!!!

I will never trust these people with my animals. After my dog getting attacked by several different dogs they only seemed to care about the responsible owners money coming out of pocket. Instead of caring for my husky the right way. I ended up having to take him to the animal hospital of Lancaster to get the care he needed. These people were no help. Staff was friendly, but my boy did NOT get the care he very much DESERVED.

Don't believe this vet, he only does emergency care for existing patients. He could care less unless he has taken your Money before. What kind of vet is this that advertises emergency services and tells you he has enough clients so he won't see your animal. Shame on him, that's blatantly untrue.

I don't know where to begin to describe how great this place is. My whole family takes their pets here. We will not go anywhere else. Dr. Alford is the best vet hands down in the whole state, in my opinion. He actually really cares about your pets needs and what is best for your pet. My cat got a fish hook stuck in her lip and we tried going to the vets office here closer by because it was an emergency but after they told us everything we needed to pay and everything we needed to do we ended up going to Stanford (which is her regular vet) to Dr. Alford and they didn't take no time at all. They took her right back, put her to sleep and took it out and sent her home with medicine right then and there. They did excellent with her. She was just a couple of days afterwards and its all because of all the people at Animal Care Center. Thank you so much for saving my little fur baby
