Dr. Thorne and her staff consistently go above and beyond what I've seen at other veterinary clinics. They provide excellent care to their patients and are true animal lovers. I would HIGHLY recommend All Cats & Dogs!

I had two not so great experiences here, and I will never be back again. First, this clinic is VERY overpriced. Easily double the price of other clinics in Bowling Green, and for no real reason. The interior is standard, there was nothing state of the art there to warrant the price. Second, the way they handled my cat was unacceptable. I understand working with animals is hard, but I've never experienced being forced to listen to my cat scream in agony from treatments at the vet. I've yet to ever have this experience anywhere else. Overall, this clinic isn't terrible. The staff are mostly nice, the doctors weren't bad, but it's overpriced and I personally didn't have a great experience.

This facility is full of educated and compassionate people. Dr. Thorne is simply amazing, and so are her staff members!

I got charged 250$ for a first time visit. I didn't expect it to be so expensive for a office visit during regular hours and a x-ray. My cat had urinary crystals and was constipated. They were really nice and friendly untill they told me how much it was ( originally 350) with food and pain meds. I thought maybe just the pain meds were expensive. No after that was taken off it was still 250. None of the charges like the x-ray were explained to me beforehand. Probably my fault I didn't question it . My main issue is how rude they were to me when I told them I couldn't afford to pay in full. All I had was 130$ I gave them all I could. I was upset and at the point of tears. But all they care about is money. Not pets. Not people. They left me a threatening message that they would take me to small claims court over 118$. Sorry I was trying to make sure my family had food for the week. So if you have tons of money to burn this is the place to go. I will never be back. I only went because I was worried and couldn't get in where I normally go . That will work with you if the bill is more than you can afford. Dr . Denton is the best and most caring vet in town.

Paid almost $1000 for them to do NOTHING for my dog after he got hit by a car. Took him to another Vet... $500 for the surgery to repair his hip, neutered him, and all his shots. Oh and Dr. Thorn (in my side) was so rude to my family. She told us my dog getting hit was all our fault and we should “love our animals more” all because he wasn’t neutered. I will never be back and urge everyone to stay away.

My dog is always loved and cared for in a most professional way. Dr. Hudson and staff are always happy and welcoming to Glynis and makes her feel comfortable with each visit.

Everyone is very rude and arrogant. All the times I brought my animals there it wasn’t pleasant at all. Go to Three springs animal hospital, they’re much nicer and the service is awesome!

Only place I take my cats

Best vet in Bowling Green!

NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Especially in an emergency situation! They over charge for services, perform traumatic and unnecessary procedures and are total jerks to the owners/parents. If you love your animal, this is not the facility for you.

J. Stephen Richards

My visit was for an after hours emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, supportive and kind. My little dog was immediately the center of their attention. Dr. Hudson was wonderful!

Took my cat in weeks ago for an emergency visit. I was very upset when I got there and had several questions. Weather the questions were silly or not I was an upset owner seeking care for my sick family member. The vet acted like she could care less about anything I had to say and didn’t try very hard to explain anything that was about to take place with my cat. They only thing that was said was that the procedure was very common and acted like it should be no problem. Several hours later I was called and told that the procedure that I had paid for could not be done. Which was to place a cath to drain the crystals from my cats bladder. An alternative procedure had been done to temporarily relive the pressure on his bladder. This procedure was done without contacting me and letting me know of the dangers. They stuck a needle into my cats bladder to remove urine because he was unable to pee. When the vet called to tell me what she had done after the fact I was accused of not taking care of my cat. My cat that I had at the vet three days before that at that time only had a uti. I was called a liar for saying he had used his litter box that morning and informed that no way had he peed that morning. And when asked if I could be refunded the money i paid for the placement of the catheter I was told no. That I could wait for the other vet to come in to place it in the morning but if I came and picked him up I wouldn’t get a penny back that she had put plenty of her time into trying to take care of him. I was mad but decided to let the older vet try again in the morning. Knowing my poor guy would have to lay in pain all night. The next morning the other vet had no problem placing the cath. I go and pick up my cat after the cath is placed and take him to my vets office. After we arrive it is discovered that he now has urine all in is abdomen. That is thought to of set there all night. He had already been heavily sedated twice in a short period of time at the other vet. The horror of the story goes on and ends with my little guy passing away right before his first birthday and my kids were devastated. An autopsy was performed and the only way urine could of gotten into his abdomen was from the procedure performed without my knowledge and without being told how dangerous it was. They can say all they want but I have been told by several people that was not necessary and it made it so much harder to treat his initial problem. I don’t want this being someone else’s pet. Also I feel like if you have no people skills you went into the wrong profession. You can love animals all day long but their owners are the only voice they have and you should show people more respect than what you do. I fully expect an unapologetic response to this. But I couldn’t sit and not say anything. Our friend is gone and our family is grieving the loss of him and I truly believe it could and should of been prevented.

Two years ago on Thanksgiving, ChiChi was sick so we called her normal doctor and was referred to All Cats and Dogs. Got the after hours service immediately, they took our information and said the on call vet would call us. It was only a few minutes before Dr Thorne called, I told her what was going on, told her we were on the way home from Nashville and she immediately told us to come on and she would meet us at the hospital. She was absolutely wonderful, she treated Chi with such kindness and was so gentle with her. My husband was asking questions about the clinic, she answered everything and even took the time to show us around and this was around 10:00 pm After that we decided to start taking Chi their. On her next visit she saw Dr Hudson, who is also wonderful, very compassionate and so kind and gentle with our baby. Every time ChiChi has to go in, Dr Hudson loves on her takes wonderful care of her. The staff is kind and wonderful to the animals. The office manager is very friendly and courteous when we are there and Jordan helps with ChiChi a lot of the times and is wonderful. ChiChi will only go to All Cats and Dogs for her care. Dr Thorne and Dr Hudson are well educated, compassionate and seriously cares about their patients.

Dr. Thorne and her staff do an outstanding job caring for their clients!! I have taken many rescue cats to them over the years, including premature kittens and they received excellent care. The care received far outweighs the cost!

I brought my cats here years ago when she catered to only cats. That was the whole reason I brought them here. That was the last time. One of my cats is always super anxious around new people and I informed the Vet about this. I asked her to do only what was necessary for the check-up because she didn’t like to be touched by other people. My wife and I are the only people that she will allow to touch her. As she started to do the exam my cat Alpha started to get agitated, so the Vet put a towel over my cat’s face. I told the vet she didn’t like her tail touched, but she decided to grab her tail and get a rectal temperature. Keep in mind, my cat was fine, we were new to the area and we had to bring in our other cat that was having a problem. We just brought both of them so they could get acclimated to a new doctor. So, she was getting the rectal temperature and Alpha reached back, bit her and jumped off the examination table. At this point I could tell the vet was getting frustrated. The vet grabbed a loop leash and dangled over my cats head to secure it around her head. I thought she was getting a leash so Alpha wouldn’t jump off the table. WHAT THE VET DID NEXT WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE! AFTER SHE HAD THE LOOP LEASH SECURED AROUND MY CATS NECK SHE YANKED MY CAT FROM THE FLOOR WITH THE LEASH ONTO THE EXAMINATION TABLE! THE TABLE HAS TO BE AT LEAST 3-4 FEET TALL! I CALL THAT ANIMAL ABUSE! She could have asked me to pick her up! I couldn’t believe it! I thought to myself, “If she does this in front of me, what would she do when I was’t around?” Don’t take your animals here. Greystone is much more compassionate and gentle with our babies!

All cats and dogs is THE best vet in town. I just recently brought my dog in to them, and they went above and beyond. Very nice, kind staff. Very caring. They gave my baby Blue so much attention while also explaining what his condition is, and what our next steps should be. Any place my dog feels comfortable gives me peace of mind. He loves it there. If you're looking for a vet, CHOOSE All Cats and Dogs. There's not enough kind words to describe them. Thank you again!!!

I have 5 cats and 1 dog ranging from 19 to 3 years old. Dr. Thorne and her staff have provided excellent service and support from spaying/neutering to routine care to assisting me in caring for a geriatric cat with seizures. I can't say enough good things about the care my fur-babies have received! Thanks from Tiger, Daisey, Shinobi, Spadze, Erik and Baby Angel!

Very Expensive. Bill was a surprising $275 to check on dogs eye.

Bernard Clark

Better treatment than people hospitals!

Ally Dilliha

Very poor service from the on call vet who couldn’t give me a straight answer to my questions besides come in and pay $300. If she couldn’t give me more than ‘I THINK you’ do this over the phone, then I’m sure as hell not coming in to have her work on my dog.

Sherry Boone

Always such carrying people which makes me feel comfortable taking my dog there.

Richard Chez

Friendly and caring.

The staff here are amazing. Very kind and concerned for my cat's needs. They called the next day to check her recovery was going well. It's also very clean. No bad smell when you enter the office. I love this place!

Staff is very kind and extremely helpful! You can tell they have the pet and owners best interest at heart.
