Don't buy your meds here! My dog had his teeth cleaned yesterday, and he was prescribed a pain med (carprofen). I was charged $10.00 for 2 tabs! After I checked several online websites, AND the other vet that I regularly use, I realized that the markup charged by A4P was at least 500%! When I went to return the unused drug, I was told that "by federal law, we cannot refund drugs". It just seems to me that it is good customer relations to make at least some sort of price adjustment, in view of how much profit A4P makes on the sale of this drug!

We just switched to this vet from another provider in Georgetown and we couldn't be happier! We got our 1 year old male puppy neutered and they made sure to align his appointment with my other dogs appointment to make sure they would both be done together! The staff is super friendly and nice and made me feel welcome. The vet was honest and didn't try to sell us on products that weren't needed. She also made my very anxious older dog feel comfortable while completing the exam, which has never happened before. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the services they provide and they are cost effective.

Very fairly, affordably priced, with quality, capable doctors. However this is a small clinic, and often very busy. The wait is the price you have to pay for the good prices. And if you have an emergency when they're not open, like a weekend, go somewhere else. They don't have doctors on call and precious time may be lost before the receptionist tells you this.

It personable at all. Brought my dog in for what I thought was a hotspot, and was blown off. The vet was rude and didn't want to touch me dog besides the look at his neck. She came straight in the room and ignored him as if he wasn't even there. Dr. Noble has been wonderful in the past but this was a different vet and she was awful!!

HORRIBLE!! Our pet was taken to All 4 Paws by the Scott County Animal Shelter for what we were told would be a "simple"" dental extraction. Of course this work had to be completed along with a spay before our adoption could be completed. We were told we could pick up our pet from All Four Paws once the procedures were completed. The so called "simple" dental extraction was anything but!! The veterinarian, Alexa Noble, had completely fractured our pet's jawbone. She, Alexa Noble, DID NOT mention this though when we picked our pet up from the clinic. It was an exam and x-rays by another well qualified, experienced and seasoned veterinarian who found the devastating trauma done to our pet's jawbone. She is very small, 6.5 pounds, all of her canine teeth had been removed, ripped out basically, as bone fragments were still in place, and her entire jawbone in the front of her mouth was completely gone. Not once did she admit to her mistake, not even when I called the second day to express my concern over our pet's pain, the fact she was crying and whining and in obvious horrible pain, not eating and not drinking. Her response was I may need to force her to eat or drink. Something I was not going to do. Instead we immediately sought the advice of another veterinarian. Our pet had a very very long road of recovery. One to which this day she still suffers from. Not only did she cause a permanent injury to her mouth as there is no fix for a complete fracture of a jawbone when it has been completely removed, our pet's mouth will always be disfigured, and there our things she will never be able to do because of all of her front canine teeth being ripped out along with her front jawbone. What we seen our pet go through I would NEVER EVER want to see another pet suffer the same way. It was excruciating, for our pet and for us. One thing she couldn't rip away from our pet though, was her adorable, loving and sweet personality! She has been through a long, hard road as most rescues. For someone who is suppose to be a professional, Alexa Noble, is anything but and is very negligent, uncaring, unprofessional and reckless. APPALLING!! A HIDEOUS, MONSTROUS, TORTUOUS ACT!!

The girls in front took great care of our 11 month old puppy, Bell Bell, who was getting fixed. They made us comfortable and answered all my questions without hesitation. They even helped with our other dog that was at home with recommended meds, without hesitation. Our Bell did great with surgery and came home wanting to play like nothing had happened. I have been telling everyone to take their loved animal family here.

Get your dogs teeth cleaned for less than half the cost of Lexington vets! I trusted this place with my little 10 year old chiweenie and they did a great job. I didn't feel taken advantage of when it came to what was wrong with his teeth. Only one tooth had to go. I hear stories of vets making things seems worse to make money. I didn't feel that way at all here! Thanks Amanda D. (who works here) for referring us!

Dr. Noble is very professional. She does not pad the cost of veterinary services with unnecessary tests or procedures which is very much appreciated on my fixed income. I have had 6 dogs get routine veterinary care for many years without any problems. Her prices for procedures and medications are roughly half of what my previous veterinarian charged. Four of my dogs have been spayed or neutered by her as well. Her suture work is pure artistry. I have not had to have any emergency surgeries through her, so I cannot comment on that. She did go out of her way to make my senior dog as comfortable as possible when he was helped to cross because of bleeding out from a ruptured mass on his spleen that was discovered two days earlier. She even crawled into the back of my SUV instead of attempting to move him, and took the time to comfort me because I was a mess afterward. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her for routine procedures, vaccines, and general veterinary work.

I took a young male cat (feral) in for neutering & vaccinations. Not only was the staff professional and courteous, the price was excellent. I opted for pain management through their new laser therapy and my kitty came out of surgery alert and seemingly pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Noble and her fantastic staff at All Four Paws. Please do not take your pets to this clinic, they will kill them. The vet gave bath to the kitten that was already so sick and was so weak the day after surgery. Who give bath to a sick kitten? Especially when she has the stitches on. Please do not take your pet there, they will torture them and then they will kill them. This clinic also has the rudest employees.

My daughter took our dog to be nurtured at this place. When he was brought home my daughter notice a large hematoma in that area. My daughter called the office and took him back. They did try to help him but he died from this. I feel that something went wrong during the surgery. He shouldn’t have released having this hematoma. There was no blood work was done before his surgery to see if there was any underlying issues. We are devastated with the loss of our family dog. I suggest doing blood work prior to doing surgeries.

Aimee Wade is the best vet ever! My hedgehog which means the world to me, needed surgery ASAP for an unknown issue. Even though they haven’t had many hedgehog patients. She was able to schedule surgery quickly, find the infection which was in the uterus, spay her to remove the infection. She is now home, happy and healthy. Very affordable too! Highly recommended! They have also treated our cat in the past and done an amazing job with them too!

Very nice place to take your pets....caring, affordable, and they will work with your pets needs without being pushy. We have used a couple other places down thru the years and we now drive to Georgetown from Lexington just to take our dogs here. They also only charge for one visit if you have multiple dogs..other places charge as much as 55$ per dog even if they see them all at once! Overall, just a good experience whenever we take out dogs here!!

I have 2 older dogs. OK I actually have a very old Whippet mix and what amounts to a middle aged Boxer. The Whippet mix is 18 years old, but still very young at heart. She has no cataracts, can hear well, still plays tug of war every day and keeps Dakota the boxer. Regardless, I worry constantly about her continued good health, and can’t imagine my life without her. Having said all that, the staff at All 4 paws let’s me bring her in at a moments notice, genuinely care about her, Dakota, and even myself. They take my semi-paranoia seriously and never makes me feel like an idiot who is hoping to keep his senior dog alive forever. I get great comfort knowing that they are there for Maggie and me, no matter what.

I loved All 4 Paws when we first started using them at the beginning of this year. My 2 cats first visit and spay went wonderful. You can't beat their low prices. But I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" is true. One of our cats started having frequent coughing/wheezing episodes recently. I had to wait for an appointment the next week to get her seen because they didn't consider it an emergency. The normal vet didn't even come to our exam room, instead the vet who said she doesn't have a lot of experience with cats went back and forth to another room talking to our vet. Instead of testing her further after hearing the mucus in her lungs they told me it might be allergies and to put her on Benadryl. They also said it might be a hairball and to try otc hairball treatment. Yesterday she got much worse and the vet wouldn't even see her! They told me to come get an antibiotic because it "might" be a respiratory infection. I asked them how they knew without examining her and they said her examination nearly a week earlier was enough proof- even though she had no fever or any symptoms of an infection other than the cough/wheezing. Once again, they didn't deem it an emergency worthy enough of being seen. So today, after 3 doses of pointless antibiotics that she doesn't even need, it gets to the point that the episodes are happening every few minutes and her chest cavity is retracting when she's breathing. I decided to take her to Central KY Veterinary Center in Georgetown and they worked her right in without an appointment on a Sunday! They could immediately tell that something was wrong, did an x-ray, and my cat has feline asthma. She's being kept for 24 hours for oxygen and steroids. This doctor was very thorough and actually cared about our cat's well-being. All 4 Paws made me feel like I was overreacting and had no concern what-so-ever about our cat. They would not take my concerns or my cats problem seriously. Maybe she is just a cat but she is still a part of our family and means the world to us! Now not only are we are out $50 for a vet "exam" at All 4 Paws and medication that wasn't even medically necessary, but we will also have to pay for a vet hospital stay. If All 4 Paws had properly examined her in the first place she could have been put on steroids and an inhaler and we could have avoided all of this money spent and worry the past week. A veterinarian should care about animals and shouldn't make assumptions instead of taking 5-10 minutes to actually figure out what is wrong with the animal. **Edited to Add: Dr. Kevin Fuller at Central KY Veterinary center has already personally called me with an update (an hour after I left), a plan to check on her throughout the night, and a time to call me with another update. The difference in care is astounding!** **Update: Dr. Noble from All 4 Paws called me this morning to figure out what happened. She was very polite and apologetic, and I appreciate her calling and trying to make things right. However, we still had to pay a $283 vet bill today for something that could have been avoided if our cat's asthma had been treated before it got so bad. I hope they are able to work out the issues of having such a busy office so that this doesn't happen to any other pet again. From our conversation it sounds like that is something they're trying to fix moving forward.**

I would give this place a negative review if i could. They were horrible. I took my dog here to get neutered and have had problems ever since. They accepted us knowing we were paying with a different card then after the surgery come back and say they no longer accept that kind of payment so now i have a balance there. Ok ill pay it, but the problem is my dog got a very bad infection, he ended up at the er for dogs then the next day at another vet. We were told by the er vet we did nothing wrong, that the incision was not done correctly! All4paws new that my baby was not feeling well bc i called them 2 days after the surgery and they suggested we come and pay 10 dollars for a cone, ok i did. But i explained how bad he was and they never once even called to check up on him! If you love your animal as much as i do please consider taking them else where so u dont end up with 1000s of dollars to pay trying to fix your baby bc the vet there messed up!

Dr. Noble & her staff are very professional, courteous & understanding. When my Doberman, Armand, was diagnosed with inoperable cancer, the level of concern & understanding they showed was genuine & on a level I would have thought only members of our family would show. For this reason alone, I wouldn't take our other dogs anywhere else and I will only take them to Dr Noble. I highly recommend All Four Paws.
