I've been taking my dogs there for the last few years and my only complaint is that they are always very busy and I usually have a bit of a wait. But when you compare the price of treatment here compared to other places, it makes it worth the wait. The owner helped me several times and he was honest about the cost of treatment and he was nice as can be.

Hands down the best place to take your pets. I live in Olathe and it is more than worth the 40 minute drive to make sure my golden doodle is well taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable, very kind and much cheaper than the local big name vets. Look at how happy my pupper is after getting spayed there!

We've went here for years. Used to be and still is a family business. But as they've remodel and gotton bigger, the prices went up and lots more staff. We have our favorite vet there and just make appt with Lisa Stadler. Some of the other vets, not family, will try to sell you stuff the family wouldn't of recommended. Great care just prices up and fit with the vet of your choice.

This week was our first visit there. We visited the walk inside and we were there less than an hour, which I was surprised because this place was full of other animals waiting to be seen! They were very patient and loving with our big fur baby. They are also very reasonable on cost! We will continue to go there! :)

I'm really upset with these people, i went in on a Friday morning to get my cat her shots and her nails clipped the charged me $12 for a really bad nail job, my cat as scratched cuts on her neck because the doctor failed to do what she was paid to do. I Get her kid was there but come on. I really hope my cat got the right shots i mean she was so distracted by her kid to cut only two nails on the paws. And when i got the medicine for my can no one seemed able to tell me HOW MUCH to give her or how to give her. i have had wonderful experience with them before

Fantastic vet, always friendly and caring, sadly just moved out of the area but they made sure I had all of my pups info emailed to me for the new vet! Above and beyond service! Pricing is very average, some places you might be able to get some things cheaper, and some places are way more expensive so it’s right in the middle, but the service makes up for it.

They are very kind. When we had to have Bella put to sleep they didn't rush through things and made me feel they weren't pushing me to get it over with. They also let me take her home the night before to let my daughter say good bye. What I like the best is they had time to send me a sympathy card. Thank you all.

I do not recommend this place. This used to be the best vet to go to in a 30 mile radius. Now, I don't think so. We first took our dog to them for her 12 wk shots (the others had been done by breeder). They told us she had one more set at 16 wks, then we could set a spay appt. When we took her at 16wks, they told us she had another set before we could spay her. Wrong! We waited anyway. Took her again at 20 wks and we're told that we had to wait another 4 wks to get her spayed. No surprise that the price of the spay depends on the dogs weight. Not to mention that if she had gone into heat before then, it would have doubled her risk during surgery. We also told them that the chewable flea medication they were giving her wasn't working. They proceeded to tell us that it must be that our house had fleas! Seriously!?! Fleas that ONLY get on the dog and nothing else? So, we treated our house anyway. Waited another month, and still she had fleas. I had to treat her with tea tree oil in her shampoo and lavender to sooth her skin. When we took her in for her spay, we told them again. The old lady that works the front desk acted like it was our fault. We must be doing something wrong. It's a freaking chewable for God's sake! What could WE possibly be doing wrong!?!? Then, she acted like it was a HUGE burden to her that we brought food in for our puppy. She has allergies and only eats a specific kind of food. And the chew toy that we had wasn't suitable, even though they sell ones just like it. That lady needs to find another job and they need to learn to listen to their clients. We will not be taking our baby back there again.

I had been taken my animals to this vet for 2 years. They were very helpful and even helped my dog who was suffering from hip dysplasia at the time to be able to walk again. However, in my recent trip to this vet office I needed to have my cat and dog get their rabies vaccinations. During their examination we were informed that our cat had a "tape worm". We listened and trusted that the vet knew what they were doing and they gave my cat THREE shots. We asked what they were and she informed us that two of them were to treat the worm and the other one was for his rabies. When we were on our way home, I received a phone call from the nurse stating that the Dr. forgot to give my cat his rabies shot. At this point I was beyond worried for my cat and was demanding answers to what exactly was put into my cat. They then tried to cover themselves and said they only gave my cat ONE shot, that was treating the worm. However, it has been over a month since we went to this vet and we noticed that my cat has worms still. This vet is very unprofessional and have absolutely no knowledge on what they are putting into your animals. I will never support this vet clinic again.

My 16 year old cat passed away in their care. While she died of natural causes, I am extremely disappointed in the respect they have shown my pet after her death. I requested a singular cremation and her ashes returned. This was two and a half weeks ago. Apparently, things got mixed up because she was brought in 15 minutes before they opened and she was forgotten in a freezer. I have called several times during this period only to be told her ashes weren’t back yet. No, because she was still sitting in a freezer forgotten like she never mattered. I think I will find another vet after using this one for 10 years. Utterly crushed by the lack of empathy and follow up.

I called the emergency line at 2am because my cat was dying and left a message. Nobody had ever gotten back to me. I called the other vet clinic in town and they saw my cat 15 mins after my call. My cat had to be put down because of the pain it was in and she would have suffered until the opened. They never even called me back.

The day our dog hit by a car they where I'm taking new patients. They checked her in anyway. Luckily her leg wasn't broken just a dislocated hip. She spent the day in the office and came home that afternoon. The bill was reasonable, the staff was great. Highly recommend.
