Run far away this vet Dr. Willard is only in this for the money! He dionosed my dog without even seeing him. Even after seeing a specialist dionostic scan saying the puppy eye had juvenile cataract, eye amorality's, and deformate since birth. He told my Breeder "looks like an injury"! Just to save his own butt, and his Mo. Breeder relationship- partnership! Just so she can get away with this!! Oh and his I believe wife - receptionist is the rudest woman I've ever known!

Excellent prices for this area. I would give 5 stars except the receptionist is terribly rude AND when my sisters dog was dying (after being their only vet for YEARS) stated they couldn't get him in on an emergency call and that she should call a vet!! If they fired the receptionist I would recommend higher.

The receptionist is very kind and called my new kitten by name and was very good with her. However, when I went to get my kitten’s front paws declawed, they had to put her under twice, once while I was there to pick her up because they forgot one they said and that it happened a lot. Well, after her bandage on that paw came off the next day, there were still 2 claws left in her paw. The vet was also rough with her and didn’t seem like he was focused when he was examining her.

Quick & good priced. The lady had me bring in my dog & called him by name which helped my over stimulated dog. She gave him the rabies shot without him even noticing and off we went.

This could be a nice clinic but needs a little help. Nice facility outside but inside is full of disappointment. I understand it was Saturday when I took our new puppy in for her first exam and vaccinations, but it didn't take long to realize we weren't coming back. We weren't really greeted at the door and behind the reception desk was what looked like years of paperwork, merchandise, files and receipts piled up. No genuine work space was useable. I wanted to start cleaning it up, or at least stacking it up nicely in piles. I sat down though and waited to be acknowledged. The assistant led us into a fairly clean room but I couldn't help but notice some bottles on the table with what I could only imagine was some type of bodily fluid or medicine (I hoped) dripping from it, and it looked like it had been there for a long time. The sharps container was disgusting and dirty. The doctor was very impersonal and never really looked at me. He was very methodical and robotic- like. I felt like such a number and not at all like a paying customer. I would have liked a few questions about my puppy and maybe a congratulations. I had a whole list of things that I wanted to ask but I felt like he didn't care so I put the list back in my purse. The assistant had to go back to ask a few questions regarding my next appt but I could tell the doctor was getting mad and was gruff with him so I just took the next available. I will be going elsewhere for my puppies needs. I hope they can find some time to get customer service training and to clean up that reception area. But it seemed like they were happy with how they were operating and maybe some don't mind, but I sure did.

They are very friendly with your animals their prices are reasonable and they always diagnose your animal 100% right if they don't they will keep working on it until they do and if vet is very gentle very very gentle everything about the place is 100% Great

LOVE Mesa. I can call them with any questions, they know me, my sister, my mom, and each of our dogs by name. We get our dogs groomed there, they've boarded our dogs before, they've done all of their vacinations, and spayed/neutered them. The price is always reasonable. Recently my dog was sick and they got him in right away, ran a few tests, and sent us home with some meds that have really improved my furbaby's condition. Cannot say enough good things about them & the "receptionist" is wonderful.

Due to the lack of compassion on the part of your receptionist and general unprofessionalism, I will NOT be bringing my animals anywhere near this place! I was willing to drive from Joplin, on the recommendation of my mother, but instead, you have lost TWO customers.
