Doctor Epp is very informative and willing to actually teach you about what's going on with your pet, instead of just telling you and letting you figure things out at home. All the staff are very friendly, I'd recommend them for veterinary services anytime!

Independence Animal Hospital is the best!!! The Drs and staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. I have had the best care for my animals. Dr. Bolton absolutely rocks in my opinion! And all the ladies are so nice and helpful! My daughter came from Wichita to have her dogs cared for in a time of need. I am so grateful for the care they were given. All my dog children give Independence Animal Hospital a “high four” to you!. And Tracker sends a big wet kiss!

Will never go back or suggest any body to go did a horrible job on my puppies ears and I paid over 300 for the procedure and he gave 6 months of heart worm preventer to I guess to try to make me happy but not happy at all this after several trips 45 min away from where I live and him saying the whole time he could fix them and last trip says he couldn't. If he couldn't do it to begin with wish he would have not wasted my time and money!!!!!!!

Dr Ep is not only an excellent Dr. but he is a very wonderful and caring man. He really cares for his animal patients and their owners. His staff are very caring as well. They try their best to get you in asap when your loving babies "animals" are suffering. Plus on a personal level they are wonderful ladies.
