Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful treatment and care you gave samantha when she cut her back.Being new to the area we did not know who to turn to but we sure got lucky picking your clinic out of the phone book! Were looking forward to putting our dogs health in your hands(but not in emergency situations - regular check ups will do just fine! Please put us on your list of volunteers! We love animals and would be glad to pitch in on an emergency. Thanks again!

Can usually get me in the same day I call. The vets and vet tech go above and beyond to keep your animal calm and comfortable while in an examination or procedure. They genuinely care about animals and will do nothing less than their best to help them. As long as I'm in this area, I will be taking my animals nowhere else.

Valda Ammerman

You could not ask for a better veterinary clinic! From my horses to my dogs, they have always provided excellent service with exceptional care and concern for both my animals and myself. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Can't say enough good things about this clinic! Have been taking my pets here for quite a few years now and they are caring, professional, thorough and efficient. The Dr's and staff are all A++ in my book!

Thank you for taking care of us and keeping our pets healthy!

Jason Gillis

We chose to use this vet because of how helpful they had been with a previous issue.. so we took our dog here. Big mistake, they are very pricey and are not skilled AT ALL with (unsocialized) large animals (I'm trying to be very honest in this review). We ended up being charged a HUGE amount just to get a necessary rabies vaccination (they sedated her even though they had already muzzled her). But they are friendly, maybe they would be good with smaller animals? Like cats and small dogs?

Doris Baker

Very careing people. Very knowledgeable.

Staff is really great always willing to get you in when you eat a quick appointment. Very reasonable fees

Tetyana Balcerowicz

unfortunately I can't say nothing good about it the clinic I've had my cat broad for exam she spend Five Nights in there and when I came to pick her up I found her in the same room in the cage with a dog upfront in the cage I guess that made we're good company for my cat in my opinion it's very mean and not human to an animal

Diane Mckoon

Wonderful facilities, great service, reasonable cost!

We have been using Countryside Veterinary Hospital for 9 years. They have given us great care for our dogs. They spend a lot of time explaining things. They were very kind to us when we had to put our 14 years black lab to sleep there. Now we have a black lab puppy and I still feel the same way. Cost of care can be so expensive, I feel like the different doctors are aware of that and try to advise us where to save a little if possible. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

My story with Countryside started 7 years ago when we first got our Cooper taking him in for a check up. We ended up establishing care with Dr. LeMoine on that day. Throughout the years she was his main vet, the one that I trusted (and so did he) to render all of his procedures (like dental cleaning and a tumor removal). When Coop started having anxiety problems Dr. LeMoine was on the top of it explaining the latest options in treatment which it worked. As Coop was a Shih-Tzu his eyes have been a problem for the last 4 years and our visits to different clinics became more often. Dr. LeMoone referred is to a couple of eye specialists and our saga started then. Long story short to thay point that no "animal parent" wants to be and Dr. LeMoine was there for us, with the whole staff diving us kindness and respect to us, including our Coop. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable and kind that made me feel like she was also treating US with all the emotions that we were going through. In the end we we blown away with the sympathy delivered to us in the form of a card with Coop's paw print on it! Who does that? I can't say enough how we truly appreciate the clinic, the doctors and the staff - always there for us!

I thank you all of you so much for your kindness and generosity. I am so grateful for the wonderful, loving care each of you gave Nardo most recently and through the years.

Friendly knowledgeable crew

Was very happy with the care my pit bull received. She usually barks and growls at people she doesn’t know and she never made a sound. She was really good and let the doctor do an examination without any problem. The people there were excellent and made me happy to see how good they were with my baby.

Jeremy Damerval

Always had friendly staff and doctors when I went in! Very knowledgeable! My only issue was each time I had a consistent doctor for a few appointments, I would get a new doctor because the other doctor would leave.

Terrible. I blame this office on my dogs limping. We brought the dog in during a holiday and I think the veterinarian was in a rush to get the dog out of there and rushed waking my dog up from sedation to get on the feet too quickly and ever since has been limping. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Joseph Frazier

Good service and very personal care for your furry children.

Tracy Iseman

I can not speak highly enough about them. I drive an hour to just go here(refuse to go to the local vet in my area). I have a bizarre schedule and they always are able to work me in. Super friendly staff that are always happy to see my babies and give them the best care and attention.

Shauna Kennedy

So unprofessional! I have never written a negative review but I felt this needed to be shared... I just moved to this area and called this vet to simply inquire, not demand, if they had an available appointment today for my 12 week old puppy who has an ear infection that did not show symptoms until yesterday when all places were closed and I couldn't spend a ton of money unnecessarily at an emergency vet hospital. Knowing it was last-minute and right after a holiday, I knew my chances were low of getting an appointment so I also told the receptionist that I would be grateful if they would swab the puppy's ear and do any exam he may need and have the doctor review the slide and prescribe medication on their own time when they could work it in, If they could. I know this is possible because I have been a veterinary technician for 15 years and at the hospital I just left, we offered that to all clients, new or existing, as an option as opposed to turning them away. Instead of the receptionist explaining that they do not do that, she sighed loudly and then so rudely said, after cutting me off mid-sentence, "um, no, that isn't something that a Tech can do and also our Doctor is out of town until Tuesday so thanks, bye." and proceeded to hang up on me instead of explaining that the Doctor was away or even offer me an appointment on Tuesday or give me any other suggestions of where to find treatment. That is NOT how to go about dealing with any client ever especially in a time of need.

Amanda Purvis

If i could give less than one star i would. This man is such a jerk. He acts like he is the only one who knows anything about any animal. I took a cat in because she was having some sort of skin issue. He said "i could have diagnosed this from across the room" he said that she had flea bites and was allergic to them. I explained we have a total of 7 pets in the house hold no pets or any area in the house has any signs of fleas. No other cars are scratching or chewing as is typical when there are fleas. I asked him of he could see any fleas or flea residue on her (if fleas are present you can usually see a dirt like substance on the pet once you comb it out if you put it on a paper towel if you wet it then you can usually see a reddish brown since it is the dried blood they wat and digest) and he wouldnt even look to see if he could fons anything. He simply said the other pets arent reacting because they arent allergic. He charged a exorbatant amount for this "examination" and the poor kitty is no better off. Basically he is a total jerk who doesnt listen to his customers and has a know it all attitude.

Susan Hogg

We love how they treat our pets with such love and friendliness. It shows a true passion about their job and true caring and compassion. Dr. Amanda is amazing and so knowledge. No doubt the best certs around and the office staff is friendly too.

Tony Cooper

Too much talk. We took one dog in who had a pancreas issue, and she was kind of beyond hope... we still ended up spending over $500 for tests/special food. A second dog, who was limping, was diagnosed to need a special xray done to determine what might be going on. We didn't have it done, and the 2nd dog is now doing just fine. No limping, and we saved another $350. The doctor talks... a LOT... treat, and move on.

This is Lori Packer. Countryside vet clinic as a whole is a good place, but it only takes one veterinarian to ruin things for your animals last few months on earth. For making me sound like a liar and making my dog miserable just to be right I can only hope this helps someone else. If you have an elderly pet on a med whether or not it's agreed upon, if it helps him be up and mobile, you do not take him off and call your client a liar in words and expect no animosity. Get humble Dr.

With a young dog and an old cat, we are at Countryside pretty often. We've always been treated well and so have our pets. The only thing I would recommend is that checking pulse and blood pressure become a part of every visit, as it is when I visit my doctors. High blood pressure in our elderly cat may have led it his going blind.

After boarding my dogs come back more relaxed that when they have been with other places. They seem to have less separation anxiety and willingly go with the technicians when we leave them.

My pets love coming here. They have saved a few dogs for us, they didn't give up! We love the boarding services also❤

Tried to give him a second chance with our puppy I needed vaccinations for... His staff is WONDERFUL. I adore them. Dr. Dibbern is NOT. He is condescending and will scold you for using anything besides his pricey food and his pricey vaccinations.

Been going there for years and I've always got an excellent service from the vets and the previous receptionist was awesome but as of 2017 ish the receptionist who used to work at Garnett Siding & Lumber Co on Maple, she is not friendly both on the phone and in person, I was thinking she could have had a bad day at first but every single time I call and in person she is very rude and extremely short, on the phone no thanks or have a nice day, she just hangs up! It's a good thing that Dr. Amanda and the other vet are both great otherwise I would not go there anymore just because of this receptionist.

Daniel Bell

I was just being nice and helped them clean off their parking lot in the front of the building vary nice and friendly

Mira Karastoyanova

Dr Dibbern and his wonderful team have been taking care of our pets for years. They have cared for them with competence and kindness. He treated successfully a condition in one of our cats that nobody could cure for 10 years. He helped our cats through two surgeries and cancer, extended the life of our beloved dog by at least 2 years and when nothing else could be done, he helped us say good bye to our furry companions. I have had pets for 25 years and he is by far the best doctor I have met. Thank you, Dr Dibbern and team!

OMG, where do I start? My vet was not available ,(Dr. Wilcox, she's great!) so they gave me a different vet. She wasn't knowledgeable at all, as to what was wrong with my dog. She, therefore, in my opinion, covered all bases, by giving me four prescriptions, totaling $450, without telling me in advance, and still never stated what was wrong with my dog. We just used the boarding service and my dog's blanket, and sleep cushion was saturated with urine, when we picked him up. He has NEVER peed in his bed at home. Obviously, he was not taken out to go, in a timely manner.

Jeannette Lopez

They are always wonderful with my great daniff. I love the people there and so does my dog!

I have never found a place as amazing as here. My animals love the vets and they are amazing people my beloved baby started having seizures over the weekend and they took her and within a day she was doing much much better I owe them my baby's life.

Being new to the area, we were needing a good vet for our large dog. We decided to use Countryside Vet and we couldn't be happier. Boarded my animal here and the staff seemed totally oblivious. I asked them how the weekend had gone and the girl told me “oh I don’t know, I wasn’t with her”. No one seemed to know. I got her in the car and on the way home I noticed she had very gross looking open sores on the sides of her lips. I called to speak with the “manager” who did not seem the least bit concerned and she just said she would call me tomorrow. My dog has been boarded many times and does great, nothing like this has ever happened before. I will not be using this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Last year, Machi (a 60lb corgi mix) started having difficulty getting up, and was constantly panting even while resting. After xrays, she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart as well as a torn ACL. Dr. Katy Schneider was able to prescribe medications that almost immediately (2-3 days) made Machi's breathing more comfortable and also able to repair her knee that same week. Several months later, Machi came in for a dental procedure and came through that just fine. Last month, Ruger (60lb Norwegian Elkhound) jumped out of the truck while it was moving and came up screaming. After digital xrays were done, we were able to see immediately how and where the leg was broken. Dr. Gary Cassel was able to perform a Femoral Head Osteotomy (FHO) procedure that afternoon and remove the piece of the femoral head that had broken off into his hip joint. Ruger is already bearing weight, and running around on the leg. We've learned our lesson and ALL of the dogs are tied in when the truck is moving now. We're excited for his fur to grow back... lol. Our 3rd dog Tank (Rottweiler/Pitbull 120lb), started making a horrible coughing/gagging sound recently. As he is a very large, friendly, and happy dog that can make other people nervous, we didn't want to take him in to the clinic. Dr. Bennett was able to come to our home and examine him, then prescribe antibiotics to treat his kennel cough. She even trimmed his nails while he was there! This clinic is top of the line for both customer service and technologies, and we highly recommend them to ANYONE.

If I could give less than one star I would! We live down the street from here so decided to try it. He gave my cat a $200 blood test & tried to tell me my cat had FIP & was going to die. Obviously upset I was crying for a week & then decided to take her for a 2nd opinion. Caring hands in ashburn,VA looked at his blood results from there & didn't understand why he came to that conclusion. I switched vets THAT day after that! It is worth the 35 minute drive! Now 4 years later we inquired about using their boarding services as my cat is sick but we had a trip planned & he still needed his meds. They wanted to do the same FIP test my other cat had $200 put him under to do so PLUS give him a leukemia shot? Plus a bunch of other added expenses! Luckily our vet said they would take my kitty while we were away. DO NOT TRUST at all! Plus one time we went to get all my cats vaccinated & the assistant couldn't see well & hurt my cat's butt by inserting thermometer wrong. They need the new digital ones so it doesn't hurt pets! NEVER AGAIN!

Jake Stranger

Went there today with a 6 week old puppy who was vomiting, falling over and couldn't walk. Instead of helping us they gave us a number to call, when we called the number it took us to cascade vet, which then told us to call the first number we got. Really?? Also, the lady's at the desk were completely rude and didn't even seem to care. If you value your pets life, dont being it there, big waste of time.

My visit to Countryside vet was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with my dog. When I spoke with the doctor he gave me a LONG lecture on how I was wrong for not feeding my dog purina science diet or hills dog food. Conveniently, hills dog food is sold exclusivly at the office. This ended up being a half hour lecture. He asked me what kind of flea/tick medication I used on my dog. When I told the doctor that I did not want to buy the medication at the office the doctor told me that I was putting my dog's health at risk. He then proceeded to say that because I am in school and have a boyfriend, I don't pay attention to my dog. For an hour this man insulted me as a pet owner, and aggressively tried to sell me numerous products. After one visit I will never return.

We took our dog to see Dr. Sherman for the past few years. Marley was a large mix breed dog and he had some arthritis and other issues. His health was managed very well and when he developed more serious complications and was 13 years old, we had to make the difficult decision. The doctor (I am sorry I do not remember her name) and a tech came to our house to help us allow Marley a peaceful leave. We now have Jack, a rescue pup with some serious initial health problems and he has been treated at Countryside. They have been awesome.

Irina Smolyar

Careing, attentive, loving all animals, staf. Love them!

Dolores Kohout

They are greatest. The Vet gave good information and he spent time with us. I was impressed.

Mandy Jolly

The staff (specifically Marsha) are really great, they genuinely care and believe in what they are doing. I had my poor cat to a couple of vets about his ears over the past 3 years, each of them swearing he did not have ear mites and would give drops for an infection and send us home. These did nothing and finally this vet treated my cat properly; instead of swabbing he uses a camera to check for mites and can actually see what is going on and correctly identified the problem (mites, as I thought). That said, the doctor can be a bit condescending in his manner. I think he genuinely means to be helpful, and he explains things thoroughly and believes in giving the pet parent knowledge, but in doing so makes the assumption that the pet parent is an idiot which is quite offensive if you happen to be a person of mild intelligence or greater. The facility is an old house which has charm, but the overwhelming scent of urine as you walk in the door is a bit off-putting, not to mention that the screen door and the wood door have hinges on the opposite side which make it difficult to shuffle pet carriers inside, especially if the wind is whipping. Also, with my previous vets I was able to fill Rx's at my pharmacy so I could pick up the medication with my own, but they do not send Rx's to outside pharmacies so you must come in to get your pet's meds. Trivial things but they are annoying. BUT, this is a small price to pay for good care for your furry loved ones. I will continue to go here because, above all else, they give my pets the good care they need.

I’ve used this veterinary clinic on and off for 20 years and sadly, will likely not return. I had an appointment for two pets and had troubles getting my rescue cat into a crate. I called their office to let them know I was running late. I was indeed 15 minutes late and when I walked in they said “sorry, you will have to reschedule”. I would be absolutely fine with this HAD I NOT CALLED to let them know I was running late and then saying alright. Instead I wasted an hour in my car with two upset animals for absolutely no reason. Why not mention my appointment will have to be rescheduled? So simple, no? The receptionist was cold and acted like it’s my fault for being late. Again, I called. You just lost another loyal client for your disrespectful front end support staff.

My mom took her sick dog there on Tuesday night. It was an after hours call, but she didn't care. Talked with the vet, told symptoms, and that she believed her dog needed x-rays and blood work. Took her dog there, no x-ray... no blood work. Sent home with pills, told to bring back if not better. Next day, I took her to Cascade, and after doing the tests, her dog is finally on the mend. The veterinarys were awesome... It's the ladies up front that I can't handle going there anymore. They are SO rude. Been in about 15 times, each time I think ok maybe they are having a bad day but it's always like that. I can't even believe how rude they are!! My husband agrees and I've had my mom drop my pup off and she agrees too. They are so unwelcoming and unfriendly. You'll fill out paperwork and to get checked in and then they just grab it and go back to their work it's like um ok am I done now? Lol my first Google review because I felt it's important to say go else where so you don't feel more crappy after spending money on your sick doggie. Last time I even said thank you have a good day and the girl just looked back at her computer. Wow! And I promise I'm not being dramatic. I went based off the reviews but they must have gotten new staff since then because this place you just feel like a nausience for coming in.

Cliff notes- Dr. Dibbern is about as unprofessional and arrogant as humanly possible. Overcharges, makes you feel like a bad pet owner pushes Hills Science Diet on you and gives your animal medication it does not need. Long version- I had an appointment yesterday to take my year and a half Rottweiler in for a routine check up. I adopted him from a friend about 8 months ago, right after he had been fully vetted- rabies, heart worm test and medication, front line- the whole nine. When I got to the office I had to wait a little, then I was taken back by a nice assistant. She was gentle and even gave my dog a treat. Then... she started asking me what brand of food I fed him, how often he ate, what brand of treats I fed him ect. She told me that they had to do a blood test for lyme disease and for heart worms before they would give me heart worm medication even though I had told them that he had not missed a dose.- ok fine I can deal with that she took blood from the dog and left the room. A few minutes later she comes back in asking specifically what brand of treats I was feeding him, I pulled it up on my phone for her, she left the room again. She opened the door and called me in to another room where I met the Vet, Dr. Dibbern. For 45 minutes he belittled me on my choice of dog food (Pedigree Large Breed) my choice of trests (Tractor Supply 4Health Joint Treats) - told me my dog was overweight (he's not) gave me a 15 minute monologue about how wonderful he is because Hills Science Diet chose him to help them develop their food products, after I told him twice I don't need to know every single detail about the food. Fished for information about what I did for a living and how much I made. Meanwhile his poor vet assistants were standing there waiting for him to shut up so they could give shots. He managed to get my dog to growl at him, which has NEVER happened. He vaccinated my dog for almost everything imaginable, including bordatella after I told him that he will never be going to a kennel. Gave the dog a flu shot after convincing me that if he got the flu he would die. Sold me an $80 27 lb bag of diet dog food and basically made me feel like the worst dog owner on the face of the planet. I am not a bad dog owner, my dog is part of the family, sleeps in bed and is spoiled rotten. This guy might know what he is talking about when it comes to vet medicine, but he is absolutely one of the most arrogant, abrasive, sarcastic, rude people I have ever met. I feel bad for his vet assistants and any future clients he may have. If you are smart enough to read this before going there cancel your appointment. Pick anywhere else. This guy is a complete jerk.

I drive 30 minutes to come to this vet so I get them to treat my dog like family. They explain everything to me and answer my questions. I've been taking my dogs here for over 10 years. The staff have always gone above and beyond. They were especially kind and accommodating when my family was dealing with our senior Rottwielers terminal cancer. They offered to drive out to the house to put her to sleep in her own home instead of the vets office or the car in the parking lot. They even sent a condolences card in the mail. It may have been a small thing but we really appreciated it.

Dr. Dibbern is Great! I got my son his first dog and Dr. D took time to explain training techniques and general health maintenance requirements. The staff at the practice are wonderful and assistive and have gotten me in to see Dr. D on two occasions when our dog needed help. I also think that he has an outstanding sense of humor.

I've been taking my pets here for almost 8 years. Countryside is a wonderful vet. They have kept my pets safe and even given advice over the phone when I was unsure of what to do. Our vet is Dr. LeMoine and she is wonderful and has great enthusiasm. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your pets here if you had any doubts with other vets. This place is the best! About the ladies up front...I think that they are just busy. I haven't had an experience where I thought they were rude. I have noticed they do just go back to the computer or phone but....that is probably their job. They acknowledge when I come in and check in my pet just like at the doctors and then you sit and wait. When it comes to my pet....the vet better go above and beyond and they sure do here.

I had a very unfortunate experience here with grooming. I will never return here for grooming and because of the way it was dealt with will be switching vet clinics as well. My 15 year old dog was put under a huge amount of stress and I was never called until after the fact.

This is by far the very best vet clinic in East Central KS. There is no way to possibly tell how awesome this clinic is.The vets are simply amazing. But the thing that can make or break a clinic rest with the office staff. And what sets Countryside above the rest is they have both fabulous vets and office staff. The staff is courteous and kind to not only me but our girls. The office staff will shoot the breeze with you, which is great! Someone always answers the phone. Today is Sunday, we had an emergency, Dr. Allison was on call, she came in stitched our pup up and called us when she was finished to let us know how our dog was doing. This is why we drive 30 miles and don't even think twice about it. Its like having the very best pediatrician for your children.

As illustrated by numerous other reviewers, this vet is insulting and uses scare tactics to bully customers into buying expensive products and services that are unnecessary. He is unprofessional, does not listen, and has an inordinate love for his own voice. Avoid this practice at all costs.

The entire staff is fabulous-Drs, staff and boarding. We've needed emergency care a couple times and they have been very accommodating and capable. The practice just runs so well that we couldn't ask for better care for our pets and our needs.

We rescued an almost 5 month old puppy and our puppy needed urgent care. We found the whole staff at Countryside very kind and helpful in every way. Our puppy needed antibiotics and de worming and his immunizations. We needed training on how to train a puppy to eat right, for house training, to stop biting and everything. We received this training and now everything is going well after nearly one month. Yes, things are expensive but is worth it to have a healthy, happy puppy . This coming Tuesday is the neutering of our little guy and we have every confidence all will go very well. Thank you!, Countryside, very much.

Countryside Vet Clinic managed the health of my Yorkie from age 4-13. They were my first choice, then, when I adopted my second dog a year after the Yorkie had passed. From routine exams to helpful products at reasonable prices to compassionate quality-of-life and end-of-life advice, I was able to put my complete trust in the small animal team there. Aside from the Vets themselves (who have been outstanding), the vet techs have treated my animals with dignity and affection and have always been available to answer any question I have about the best way to train, treat and care for my dogs. CVC is one of the very best things I've found about moving to a small town. I recommend very few service providers. CVC gets my unreserved endorsement.

Countryside Veterinary Clinic is great place to take your animals. We took our Shepard that was 13 years old in and he was sick. Darla Dwyer was the vet that took care of his needs and ours. She did everything she could to keep him alive but I guess it was his time to move on to greener pastures. They were awesome at explaining what was going on and doctoring Sam. I will continue to use them for my cat. I would highly recommend them. I want to Thank Dr. Dwyer and all the staff for your caring and kindness.

I would like to express our gratitude for the attentive care you lavished upon the the cast off pet we call Casper. It is a level of compassion and service we have not witnessed in the veterinary profession for a long time. Thanks again for being there when we needed you!

I fully agree with sondra kelley, I had a similar experience. She nailed his personality about how much of a jerk he speaks to you as a pet owner and his own staff. I watched as he stood their telling them what to do by belittling his staff as if he is King of the veterinary field, but the other staff were very pleasent, I felt bad for them. He may be knowledgeable, but treating customers and staff that way is unprofessional and just rude. He also pushed us into getting a couple of extra items, pushing our bill to upwards of $400. tho we didn't take that diet dog food he goes on about. Summary - pass this and look for another vet, unless you can deal with all the issues listed from myself or others. I was warned about how condensending he acted that way and went anyway, I regretted afterwards!

I had an emergency situation with my Bernese Mountain Dog and called the emergency after hours line for help. Our boy was a big part of our family. The “on call vet” from this office, July 23, 2019, called us as we were on our way and told us “we would have to wait “ , we asked how far out are you, she stated 20 minutes, same as us. She heard our boys labored breathing and stated “there would be a $200 charge”, we stated “we didn’t care”, she continued on about “how many people do care “ and that there were “no emergency clinics “ in Wenatchee. Continued on about “how we would have to wait “ and I said “ are you going to meet us there or not”?, she stated “ yes but we would have to wait “? When pulling in we seen a couple of staff members go in, my boy stopped breathing, I jumped out of the truck while my husband massaged our boy, trying to wake him up, as I went to the glass door, shouting and pounding for someone to come out. I called the emergency line again to call the vet to get out here and that we were here. She was inside and when she came out she said “ I told you that you would have to wait “. She came with no stethoscope or anything, I asked her to go back in and get her stethoscope and then go over to our dog and pronounce him deceased and then “I’ll pay you the $200”. In short, that vet had no compassion, empathy or any intentions of helping us when we were on route or when we got there, because she was there, didn’t watch for us. My boy passed away at 7:20 am, she came out at 7:25 am, they open at 7:30 am. I just want people to know this so it does not happen again.

Countryside Vet was able to get our Oliver in today!! Haven't established a "normal" vet yet because he is overall a very healthy dog!! Thank you to Dr. Mitchell!! You were so warm and welcoming to our boy Oliver, his ear was driving him crazy and had to hurt pretty bad. Also, thank you for updating his shots and being such a caring Doctor. Something else to add, your techs were really nice too! The receptionists were also kind!! Again, many thanks for an amazing visit and treatment!

My one year old dog Mickey MoMo had a broken leg. They did surgery on friday. The vet placed the pin in a bad position so they brought him back today so they could fix their mistake. They said he would be fine but mysteriously my baby died. He was a year old healthy I can't believe this happened. If they did screw up the first time Mickey MoMo would still be here. So I paid them to kill my baby. He should close shop! We are devasted.
