Very kind very attentive staff from the Front Desk to the Aids to the Vets! I have a super scared, vocal, strong and declawed 17 pound male cat that absolutely fears the Vet or even the car ride there. It breaks my heart to see him that way but the staff are amazing with him. The get the job done without trying to make it worst for him. Aren't afraid and know what to do. We take our golden retriever there too. Only thing I can complain about is there very high pricing

Dr. Kevin Cedarburg has a wealth of experience and a great bedside manner. He's very knowledgeable and you can trust that he's not going to suggest a lot of services that aren't absolutely necessary for your pet's health. We love the office staff, too! Karen and Robin are wonderful.

My family went a vacation to California for a week and left our 2 cats here to be taken care of. Contrary to what their website says, there is not a room where cats can relax and be in a quiet environment but rather it is a room that is filled with the sound of vacuuming after multiple dogs are taken in there to be groomed. Not to mention, both of the previously perfectly healthy cats came back greasy, sick and sneezing, and one of the cats was drooling and appeared to have an infection in his mouth. When the attendee noticed this, all she said was that he was “anxious”. Never ever take your cat to this place if you want them to be treated with respect and care

They are scam artists, our 9 month old German Shepherd puppy broke her leg horsing around, they told us that the $3000 bill would cover ALL THE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND ALL THE FOLLOW UP CARE NEEDED. Well guess what? It only covers having the staples took out and one, not all like they told us, but one session of PT. Since we could not come up with the 3K in 2 days they said they would put her down. They wanted me to get a title loan on my truck to pay the bill. After arguing about it for three hours, they agreed to releasing her for $100. When we scraped up the money they tried to deny the payment and go back on their word. After they lied about that they called me a lier. I know how it is running a business because I run one so I fully understand what they are saying. But they took my card, ssn, DL, proof of address and a bunch of other things. If that is not enough to prove to them that I will pay then what is? But I'm the lier, really?

Making an appointment to fit our schedule was super easy. We took a few questions, had them answered in detail by the vet of our choice, got caught up on vaccines and witnessed how much our lab enjoyed being at the vet.

My pet is a snake and even though their patients are mostly cats and dogs, everyone was super nice and accommodating to us. The veterinarian was wonderful with my snake and I trust her with my baby's care. It's a great place.

Our Dachshund, Lola, had back surgery in November last year. She could not walk very well. When Lola was ready, I asked our vet who they recommended for water therapy. They immediately said Countryside Pet Clinic in Andover. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I knew we were in the right place! Dr. Brenda Cederberg, Tori Bulmer and the entire clinic team were AMAZING! Lola was not just a dog that couldn't walk, she was a member of their family. Everyone from the receptionists to the vet techs to the Office Manager would come in during Lola's sessions to check on her. ALL of Lola's needs have been met and much, much more! If you want your pet to be treated like family, Countryside is THE PLACE to be! :)

We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to day-board our dog. The staff at Countryside Pet Resort made us feel like we were leaving our dog with family. They were so kind and personable, and really made us feel welcome. They showed concern for Rocky and went above and beyond with their customer service. Friendly front desk(check in )staff. Acknowledged my pet with a friendly soft voice. Check in was easy. Vet tech was awesome with my cat. Helped him out of his carrier, but talked to him before doing so. Also cleaned his carrier since he had an accident while on our way to the clinic. Dr. Sherry is an awesome vet. Talked to my cat while examining and giving shots to him. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Sherry to anyone with is in need of a good vet and clinic.

We just love the doggy daycare at Countryside. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our little yorkiepoo gets very excited about going after initially being shy. They were wonderful helping him adjust and now he has friends to play with and is doing so well there. It is clean and well maintained with outdoor areas for both the big dogs and the smaller dogs.

My cockatoo's first visit in years for a wellness check up, the last one was a disaster @ another vets & was a disaster! Dr. Serry was GREAT. Made excellent recommendations and drew baseline labs on Qantas as it has been over 20 years My bird was a LOT more calmer after her lab was drawn ... She learned to trust. I'm positive that if she saw that last vet ANYWHERE she would recognize her &r freak out

I have gone to Dr Cederberg for years. I actually interviewed him when he opened his practice before bringing my dogs to their clinic. I have total respect and trust in his clinic,ability and staff. I have a medical background and the clinic takes the time to answer my questions and offer alternative treatments. I have heard people say the clinic is expensive but if you research you will find he costs are comparable to other clinics in Wichita area.

When my cat's behavior was concerning me, I was new to Wichita and had not established a vet for her yet. After making several calls to different locations, Countryside was the only place that was able to get us in. They were very caring and compassionate - everything I expect out of my cat's veterinarian. It's easy to make appointments and I appreciate the reminders they send. I wouldn't take my cat any place else! (I do, however, wish they had separate sides for cats and dogs to minimize feline stress levels.)

Dropped off my son's 4mos old German Shepherd at the resort this morning and received a call at 4pm saying she had a scratch on her stomach and had to go to the vet clinic. Went to pick her up and she needs stitches for a hole in her chest. No explanations, just a magical hole. They asked us to leave her for the stitches...NO! We will not be leaving our dog with them ever again.

I brought my cat that was complete ambulatory to this clinic on Monday morning the second this clinic opened. Before they would take my critically ill cat, I had to fill out a form. Eventually a vet assistant took my cat and told me she was going to run some vital. As I sat in the lobby, 10 minutes later a veterinarian by the name of Dr. Ibrahim came to me in the lobby and said that my cats body temperature is extremely low and that she would recommend euthanizing him. I told her I cannot do that, what are the treatment options. She said the first 24 hours would cost $1,000. I told her I needed a minute to think and talk to my significant other. As I was in the lobby weighing my options, I see the veterinarian, Dr. Ibrahim, pull away in the parking lot. At that point, I asked for my cat back. I asked the front desk woman if I owned anything for my visit. She charged me $55 dollars for the vitals they took yet called it a “exam.” Mind you, I was never put in a room, but sat in the lobby to hear the news that my cat was too ill to save. Luckily, I took my cat to another vet that was extremely attentive to his critical condition. No paperwork was needed first. He needed a blood transfusion due to a parasite in his blood. 24 hours from this amazing clinics care, we have our cat back and is HEALTHY as ever. Thanks for NOTHING, Dr. Ibrahim. I strongly recommend you DO NOT take your animals here. Euthanizing is simpler to them than the care of your furry-friend.
