Very displeased with the services my dog received this time. Boarded our dog for a week and half while we went on family vacation. Scheduled him to be neutered while there as well. When I checked him in, I provided the vet tech with my cell number so that they could call or text with any questions or concerns. The day after the surgery, I called to check on him and was told that everything was going great. When we picked him up this morning after returning from vacation, he was emaciated to the point where we can see every vertebrae, rib, and even his hip bones. He has open sores on his face and we were told he must have rubbed his face on the kennel overnight because the wounds weren't there yesterday. After we got our dog home, we were getting him and looking him over and found multiple broken teeth! Called the vet office to find out what happened to our dog. They showed no compassion! They refused to accept any responsibility or make any attempt to fix the issues that their clinic created. None of our animals will go back.

The exam room was dirty, vet tech was unpleasant and did not wear gloves while taking my cat's temperature or stool sample, or when poking around in his mouth despite an open wound in his gums. They left the door open, so my cat could have escaped the exam room. And when I called them because my cat became sick from the antibiotics they have him, they would not give me any advice on what to do, simply saying to keep giving him the meds, even though a quick search turned up many reliable options. They really really did not seem to care at all about my cat's well being. This was the worst vet I've ever been to, and we will be driving to Emporia for vet visits from now on.

This place is a rip off and a scam of a establishment paid to board my dog and get neutered upon pick up the dog had raw wounds and looked emaciated. When we got home and I actually did a once over my dog had broken most of his teeth and due to the lack of common sense to call us about the situation they allowed it to continue until medical intervention is needed . On top of that the doctor was giving me useless facks about bite force and acting like this was no big deal. This is anamal abuse and is deplorable the way the treated my family member . This place is not geared towards the well being of any animal and needs to be inspected by a credablc source
