This place should be closed for animal cruelty hitting a dog for peeing on the floor I called and reported this to police and animal police investagated the owners wouldn't even talk to us wife and daughter saw this happen wow right they denied doing this omg You think a animal hospital could do better than this what a worthless place DONT GO HERE

However... dont dare take your nearly lifeless pet thats obviously needing medical help ASAP, because you'll have to wait for the non emergency issues ahead of you and any that come in while you're away (having left the fur baby there so that one could get to work)... money over compassion , right.

I think the drs here are wonderful, but the receptionist needs to take a etiquette class. She is rude, uncaring and unwilling to accommodate with appointments. For a Animal Hospital I would think that you would have available more timely options for your clients to get in to be seen then 5 days waiting time. Very disappointed that the one answering the phone isn't as concerned about there clients as the drs are.

The dr was great but the receptionist was not very respectful she was rude and had a attitude the receptionist needs to be replaced I have tooken my animals there alot in the past and had no promblem with them mailing us a bill in the mail and paying them or setting up a payment plane cuz funds where tight but the last couple of times we have gone she has been very rude about it

When the receptionist took us back to where they keep the dogs before having procedures done, my puppy was wetting on the floor. I proceeded to pull him away, usually this stops him from peeing. She proceeds to hit my puppy pretty hard a few times, before we got him into the cage where he was being kept before getting neutered. When confronted by animal control she denied doing anything. Although there were two witnesses watching her do so.
