I will never take my animals anywhere else. We have been taking our pets here for years, they have operated on my dog and now recently my cat as well. Everyone that works here has always gone above and beyond to help us. They are so good with animals, my dog Kylo loves going here and isn't scared of the word "Vet" at all! The doctor and the staff is always so gentle and patient with our fur babies. These people have saved two of my animals' lives, and I cannot thank them enough!

till today I have had good experiences at this clinic. But I am very unhappy that after I made a point of tell them exactly where to crop my poodle pup tail instead of telling me they would just do whatever they wanted they took her back and butchered her tail. I don't know what standard they use but it is not one for poodles that I have raised for 47 years so I know where a tail is cut. the standard is to take a third off because a poodle has their tail shaved half way and the pom covers the other part. This tail is the size of a boxers. since it was MY dog my instructions should have been followed

I never have to wait very long and the staff is all super friendly. They however are not very good at giving price quotes. I asked how much it would be to spay my dog and she told me $199. I was not aware that did not include medication that would be sent home. I think the prices are fair but it would be nice to have a complete figure without surprises.

We really love the care we have always received at Warrick Vet Clinic Newburgh. Our two dogs are some of the most important members of our family, so it has never been an option not to have excellent veterinary care. Thankfully, Warrick Vet Clinic Newburgh offers that. Drs Natalie and Jordan Baker are truly an asset to the team there. Our pets have always been treated well (with lots of belly rubs and hugs from the staff!) and both doctors are great at explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan with me. The front desk staff and techs are wonderful. They are very sweet and always treat our boys like family when we come in. The staff knows us by name and it is nice having such a welcoming group of people first thing when you walk in the door. My only complaint is the increased cost since the transition from Newburgh Plaza Vet to Warrick Vet Clinic Newburgh. They do offer a discount on office visits from time to time, but the cost is still more than I would ideally like to pay, and certainly more than we paid before. The quality of the care our boys receive is second to none, and we plan to continue to use WCVN for all of their needs, even if it means paying a few extra dollars.

Highly Recommend the Staff, Facilities & Prices! When our dog Sunny started suffering from severe hip dysplasia they were AMAZING! They put her on meds for inflammation & pain so she had her quality of life back. Later she met Dr. Mandy who is a "Veterinarian Orthopedic" who adopted her into a program where she treated her with great results. When it finally came time to give into nature after 15 years, I cannot say enough about how they held our hands, (physically and literally!) making the transition as easy as possible and it is not an easy thing to loose a family member. They are simply Awesome.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My cat was declawed and it’s been two weeks since his surgery and he is still bleeding, his paws are infected and they put so much “glue” on his paws that his toes are literally stuck together. They will not separate and you can no longer see his toes. All you can see is matted down glue and fur. He still can’t walk. His feet are still swollen. I took him back in after a week of him still bleeding and they blamed it on him “being very large”. They continued to tell me it wasnt “their fault” his feet look that way it was because he was too large. Two weeks later he is still bleeding badly. Barely eats. And bare drinks water. All he does is sleep and hide. My cat is 7months old and they have completely ruined his fun and energetic personality. Big thanks to them.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Do not take your pets here. Our yorkie was a patient here and she got sick in may. The vet here told us she had masses in her stomach and she had 2 weeks to live. They didn't radiograph her stomach or anything, Did not refer us anywhere just said she had 2 weeks to live and nothing could be done. When my mom asked her what it was the vet, Dr flick, said she didn't know . we took her home and prepared to lose her. 2 MONTHS past and she was still with us but her condition had worsened. We decided to take her to the vet clinic in Bonneville for a 2nd opinion . (east pines). This vet did everything they could for her. Did all the testing to diagnose her. She had cancer that started in her pancreas and had spread to her liver and other organs. The mass was her liver it was enlarged. Unfortuantely the vet let us know had they caught this earlier, like back in may they could have helped her. The veternarian here does not care to do her job correctly and we trusted them with out pets lives and it was a mistake . one that cost us our sweet pets life. We will drive to Bonneville from now on for our other pets to ensure they are taken care of properly. I advise you do the same.

Not only are they friendly but they are also available when my pet needs treatment(s) and the staff works with my schedule to help me provide needed care. I like the laid-back yet professional conversations with staff caretakers and it is a pleasure to visit the clinic. Warrick Veterinary Clinic is the only clinic I would recommend.

I have 2 birds, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I can call anytime and am usually at the office on the same day. They are knowledgeable, kind and the doctors and nurses and staff are all great. The only thing that would make it easier for me is if you could make payments. I understand that they don't, and that's okay, it would make it easier for me. It's not all about me though. I recommend to any who ask.

I have been taking my dogs here since they opened this location and the staff are friendly, accommodating, and thorough. They take the time to get to know my dogs, explain findings and options, and answer questions. I accompanied my grandmother (who suffers from dementia) during her dog's last months and I was amazed at how the staff worked with her. Dr. Jordan was so patient and compassionate, ensuring she understood the situation, had a voice, and felt she was doing the best for her dog. It meant the world to her. They do cost more than my previous vet but I believe the care is worth it.

To say I am disappointed with the service we received for our fur baby and how Dr. Jordan Baker at Warrick Vet Clinic treated us is an understatement. At our 13 year old Sheltie's yearly appointment (took 2 hours) a dental cleaning and procedure was recommended. We have put this off in the past due to my dog's age. We were assured he was healthy so I scheduled the cleaning a week and a half later. At that time I explained I believed he would need an extraction (to 2 different employees on the phone) because he was having issues with a back tooth. I went to the wrong location for the procedure because I was never told otherwise by the 2 people I spoke with when scheduling. Once at the right location, I was told that if he needed an extraction that would take two separate procedures of putting him under anesthesia. That was NEVER explained to me ahead of time. I wasn't sure if we wanted to continue knowing he would have to be put under a 2nd time. I explained this to my boyfriend and we felt like we were in the dark. We decided within 30 minutes we did not want to move forward based on the lack of information we were initially given. We immediately went back and got our dog. Dr. Jordan Baker reached out to me after I called back and addressed my concerns. At that time, when I expressed our dog was acting weird after being picked up, he stated that is because he is feeding off of the energy around him (insinuating we were stressing him out). He DID NOT tell me they gave him a sedative and opioid in the short time he was there, which I found out in a later conversation. He never once asked how my dog was doing after the medication which lasted well over 12 hours (irregular breathing, unable to stand/walk, and drooling). I will NEVER return to Warrick Vet Clinic and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. Dr. Jordan Baker was rude, unconcerned about my dog, and not sympathetic to the situation.
