Prices are high compared to other local vet offices, wait time is always long ever when you have a appointment, and most of the staff members are very impolite.

My husband and I visited this hospital before bringing our dog for care. The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful as to what was needed for Velvet. They specifically moved our appointment up by almost two weeks due to the care Velvet needed. When she arrived home she was happy and squeaky clean. We were very pleased of the care and TLC that Velvet received. Thanks to all of the staff and veterinarians who made Velvet's visit awesome!!!

We've been very happy here! My family originally used to go to Heritage, but they've gotten a little too big it seems and it feels like an assembly line there. This place solved our dogs allergy problems within a few months - with Heritage they just kept giving us Apoquel which basically did nothing (and had behavior side effects). Wabash Valley put our dog on Cytopoint and it worked amazing. Also, they did blood allergy testing, and have our dog on a 6 month injection plan to eliminate the allergy issue completely. Yes, it's expensive - but chances our your dog is like a family member, so it's worth it!

Truly a great animal hospital! They actually take emergency cases! Called several other "animal hospitals" for my fur baby emergency and they all said they only take appointments. Why do they advertise for emergencies then? The entire staff was very polite and professional upon our arrival. The compassion and care they have for fur babies and humans is overwhelming. I really recommend them to anyone whether you are local or passing through.

Rude and obnoxious would best describe them... Our dog was scared to death and the muzzled him. He has NEVER bitten anyone. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using their services!!!

The veterinarians at Walbash Valley Animal Hospital or some of the best I have seen yet. They truly care about the animals. It's not just their business its their demeanor and experience with the animals that caught my attention. I've had many veterinarians in my life look at my dogs but this will be the place that takes care of them from now on. They provide excellent service, nothing I can say except excellence all the way.

If you want the best care possible for your pet, this is the place to go. The staff is absolutely wonderful!!! Dr Pickering has been my veterinarian for many years. He has went above and beyond many times for my animals. Dr. Jones did ACL surgery on my Sammy 2 years ago & he's still walking perfect. They are both so caring & understand your fear during an emergency w/your animal. I highly recommend Wabash Valley Animal Hospital. Always remember, if you have to wait a few extra minutes they are giving the best care to another animal. Someday it may be you that needs that extra few minutes...

Love this place. My dogs are always super happy to go to the vet. The employees and vets spoil the dogs during their visits with love and treats. They saved my dog Lucy's life after a dog attack. Another one of my dogs passed away, after I let them know they donated money to the veterinarian program in his honor. We are so happy to have found a place that treats my furbabies as well as they do.

Great vets and staff but, I have wait 15 to 20 minutes past my appointed time every single time!

Collie stayed 3 nights and it was 189$. There was a 35$ stool sample charge. Apparently they do that to all dogs that stay there so be aware of that because they will not tell you until the stay is over.

Best vets in town. I always feel like my pets are in the best of hands whether it be for a regular checkup or being boarded. Office staff is attentive and vets all listen to my concerns and address my questions.

100% genuine staff. When my 12week old has to stay over I was worried ...until I went to say gn to my baby girl and saw not one but 2 nurses tending right away to her needs... Thank WVAH

Charged me 55 dollars to clean out my dogs ear. He took a q-tip, spent 30 seconds cleaning it out, and charged me 55 bucks to do it. I didn't know q-tips are so expensive

We got a new puppy. She isn't 3 months old. She went there for shots. She was really hurting afterwards for 3 days. Now she is really sick. I don't know if I want to return to this place.
