I was there due to two dogs eating rat poison while visiting family. From the start to finish and everything in the middle, the staff was AMAZING! Bonnie was both sweet and caring on the phone and in person. Megan did a wonderful job with my pups and answering my many questions. And Dr. Grabow had a wonderful 'bedside' manner, being personal and professional at the same time. If you find yourself in a pickle and need an ER service for your pets, this is the place to go.
The vet staff are simply amazing. They care dearly about your pet and your family. I recently had a serious medical emergency for my cat and their staff made the process very simple and assured me he was getting the very best care. Highly recommend!
Our sweet baby got hit by a car and we rushed him here. We knew there was no hope and the staff was extremely compassionate and gave us all the time we needed with him. Yesterday we received a sympathy card signed by all of them.
Had an awesome experience at this clinic this morning , very friendly staff, gentle, and understanding. Lucki is on the mend, helpful ideas to keep our cat healthy and happy.
We were in on Christmas Eve and they had us come back on Christmas Day to check on our dog. All staff was very nice and vet was great with our dog. Prices seemed a little steep but it was the only option on a holiday.
I have came here twice to put down 2 of my cats. Very friendly and sweet staff. This last time when I went to pick up my cat's ashes they were supposed to give me back his bed that he had passed away on. Instead, they informed me that they threw it away. After spending hours crying and hundreds of dollars to lose my beloved, you think they would be more careful. It was devastating and they did nothing to make it easier. I don't think I will be coming here again. It is so careless to throw away others belongings. UPDATE: 6/13/19 I recieved a call that it was misplaced and fell between some cabinets. I get my babies bed back. Thank you guys so much. ♡
Posting this for a friend without gmail... Very good friend had to put family dog to sleep recently and it was very painful loss. Everyone here was very caring to while family. Explained everything, gave them lots of time, made a footprint too. They didn’t get everyones names because so emotional but one girl, BreeAnn, was so kind, even got them water, kleenex, and bowed her head with them when they prayed. Family just got card in the mail signed by all the staff and that’s when I knew we should write review to say thank you.
I called to see if it was a minor or major issue wrong with my pup and the lady told me that she “couldn’t give me any information or help over the phone” only to get me to come in and pay money. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and I will let everyone know.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a cat pass away of respiratory failure and spent over 700. Office visit, and 3 minutes of cpr xray and cremation This was a few months ago. I didn't care for the Vet as she didn't have compassion for us a few months have passed and we have a new kitten and of course it was sick on the weekend. We took her on Sunday and she was sick. She needed iv fluid and they said she was constipated and had a parasite. 225 dollars later she went home. I worked Monday 12 hours and went home and my daughter said she was not better. Monday 8 pm we took her back. I was charged 39 dollars for return visit because it was over 24 hours, which is ridiculous and they brought me what the cost would be to treat her as they thought she had pancreatitis. The bill was going to be between 2100 to 2700. They did some blood work, kept her all night and ran iv fluid. Picked her up at 7 30 in the morning to take to a regular vet. That bill was 645. I took her to my vet and they did continue fluids. Not only that my vet said it's not a girl cat. It's a boy. I will never return . Most people can't afford this price.
They took amazing care of my sick kitten. They answered every single question, and had updates every time I called. They got my kitten back to great health, and I couldn’t be more thankful!!
Our experience with Dr. Bruce and the VSEC team has been great. Our dog recently had a knee surgery and the whole process has been much easier and painless than I could have imagined. Appointments are in and out, the surgery was a success and recovery is going great. Expense came in well under their own and other competitors estimates, which is always a plus. I highly recommend these guys if your pet needs any specialty or emergency care.
Wonderful staff that really cares about animals. So glad that I found these special people!
Great experience! From the first telephone call with Mandy and Logan every person I dealt with here was friendly, kind and very patient with me and all my many questions. When I decided my dog did need to come in, I also found the vet, Dr. Hawkins, and her tech, Mariah, to be very knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. They took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions and they were extremely gentle with my little dog who was very nervous as he was not feeling well. The entire time I never felt rushed. They took the time to explain everything that they needed to do. I can't say enough nice things about this place. They treated me and my dog like gold.
horrible, only in it for the money
Was charged way more than they should have 2560.00 plus 299.00 for emergency visit dog was in less than 24 hours. We paid them 2300.00 dollars then would not bring our dog up till the got payment arrangements they wanted. They totally only care about the money and not the animals. Will not take any of my dogs there again.
Won't be back. Pricing and financing are way out whack. Was originally quoted $1600-1900 for a 3-4 day stay for my dog. Left my dog with them. Called me later that day and my new quote was $2200-$2700. Asked why the difference? Told it was a different Dept? Ok? the $500 difference was for a 3 or 4 day stay. So I greenlight that budget. I go to pick my dog up just a little over 3 days later. The bill $3600?!?!? $900 over the 4 day quote for a 3 day stay!?!? Not one call about going over the budgeted quote. Told them I wasn't paying that. Came back with $2649. The high end of the quote but better. Was told they take care credit at the start. Great. Well the only option is 6 months. Would have like to know that at the start. Not a problem for a few hundred bucks, But a few thousand, more time is needed. My dog had surgery on his knee at Indy Vet for $3500 and I was given a 3 year option. Called care credit and they said the provider determines the options. So now I gotta pay off $2649 in 6 months or get hit with %25.99!!! Most people won't be able to do this. Then they get hit with the high interest and be further in debt. Gave 2 stars because the facility was nice and the people did seem to understand your concerns. Seemed sympathetic. Things Indy vet are lacking. And my dog is infinitely better than he was, and I'm grateful, but at the end of the day it's a business, and businesses only exist for one thing, to make money.
On a Sunday, when our Bloomington vet was closed, our Great Pyrenees came to the end of his battle with diabetes. On the phone and at the site, the employees were kind and compassionate, and they gave us time and space to grieve. Thank you for helping us through a very sad day.
Took our cat there Saturday evening. $500 for an office visit plus X-rays. Wanted to do a surgery at a minimum of $2500. Really for a free cat I got at the flea market. Anyway couldn't do the surgery I couldn't afford it. Took the cat to our normal vet in Bloomington Indiana today. He gave her some antibiotics and said, she'll be fine, let her heal on her own. I just think that's a bit much asking people to pay $2500 for surgery when it wasn't really needed. These people are in it for the $$$$
I very rarely post Google reviews, but I feel inclined after our experience this weekend. Our dog, Macca, was vomiting and wasn't able to keep anything down, even water. It was Saturday night, so our regular vet wasn't open, so we took her to this office to be looked at. Even though it was busy and we had to wait a bit, we were kept updated on when Macca could be evaluated and diagnostics were done while Dr. Kirch was in surgery. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kirch--she made sure to outline the possibilities of what could be going on, explained Macca's x-rays and blood work well, and helped us come to a decision on having her stay overnight to be monitored. We also received two phone calls updating us on how Macca did overnight and her progress throughout the next day until she was ready to come home. Although I wish she wouldn't have had to be there in the first place, I am so happy we took her to this office and would do so again in a heartbeat if needed.
I never imagined I'd have to write such a horrible review but with what happened the past few days I really have no choice. On 9/29 I had to take my cat to this place after noticing his behavior was a bit off. I was pretty sure it was an UTI but didn't feel he should wait a week to be seen. I waited three hours, was told I needed to pay 1000 for really unneeded tests. When I declined, they finally gave him antibiotics. We jump to today October 1st, when I get an email telling me they feel I am abusing my cat and want to have things investigated because he's over weight. Really? You're going to sink that low because you couldn't milk someone living off social security completely dry? How sad..
Can not thank the staff at this vet office enough! They were kind, helpful, talked us through a lot of rough decisions and moments. Helped our kitty get better, and were blunt regarding ongoing care and direct but appropriate regarding the cost of ongoing care at their agency versus a not emergency vet, to be able to make the best long term decisions for our cat. I really feel like they saved our cats life with their care.
This place is amazing. We are so thankful for all the kind staff and great care they provided. We went here to put our sweet 16 year old dog, Carly, to sleep so she wouldn't be in anymore pain. They provided amazing support and even had everyone in the office sign a card and mailed it to us to show their sympathy. They went above and beyond to help us in the time of sadness and we greatly appreciate it. I recommend this vet. Thank you for all you have done for us.
I would like to thank Donna and Dr. Wong for their compassion yesterday as Dogee crossed The Rainbow Bridge. The clinic appeared to be quite busy and yet they took their time as I said my final goodbyes to my precious little guy. When i was leaving, i noticed a candle lit with a framed note that said something along the line of, "If this candle is lit, someone is currently grieving the loss of their pet. Please show respect with your silence". I was really touched by that kind gesture. I think it certainly shows that they truly do have compassion and care deeply for the pets and families under their care. Thank you so much for making a very difficult time more bearable. God bless.
I unfortunately meet the ANAZING staff at VSEC off Emerson Ave and Stop 11 on October 5th with my wing man in life Chunk my orange Tabby! He was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in February 2018 and sadly on that day I took him with in the intent of bringing him home but unfortunately I had to make the hardest decision to put him down! I had never been to VSEC before but they made one of the worst moments of my life feel a little lighter with their empathy and compassion and kind words! They were exactly who needed to be there for my baby boy when he passed on! If anyone wants to know if they are good or not no they are not they are OUTSTANDING! My baby boys vet of 3 years sent me a card(I will not disclose location) and it did not even have his name written in it! A month later I get a beautiful card from the VSEC staff and EVERY member wrote a little message and they all included his name! Chunk was my furry baby and they truly have compassion and concern for all who walk thru their door! ❤️
The amazing Vets/Techs at the Emergency Clinic saved my baby boy Dante after one of our neighbors heartlessly shot him in the neck/chest. These people are LIFE SAVERS! Miracle workers! The kindest staff and the best people to trust with your pets care! They explained everything to us thoroughly and made sure my boy had every comfort possible. I can't say enough about them and will never be able to thank them enough! I LOVE you guys!!!
Worst front desk care EVER. Stephanie should not even work in retail, let alone ANY type of patient care. She is rude, inattentive and doesn't listen to patients .We told of our dogs injury, then heard her give a completely false report to the doctor. Any time a question was asked, she acted too busy to answer a question, although she knew nothing to begin with. Hopefully the doctor is better thth her staff, because they absolutely suck.
My kitty Sunshine had a urinary blockage that was preventing him from being able to pee and he was in alot of pain. I called several places but no one was willing to do payments of any sorts to help get him taken care of. I applied for Care Credit and wasnt approved because being on a tight budget doesnt matter to them. Luckily I came across Noah's Stop 11 Animal hospital who referred me next door to the Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care where they accept Scratchpay for payment options since pet care is so expensive. I got approved for that and had Sunshine seen while it was processing! The staff was so nice and caring during everything and now my kitty seems to be doing much better. Thanks so much!
My 6 week old kitten was taking his last breathes when we pulled in the parking lot. He stayed 4 days and 3 nights and they were able to save him.
I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Stauffer and his team. We were referred to Indyvet and told our Dobermen must have surgery. When I contacted Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care, they got us in immediately for a second opinion. Dr. Stauffers confidence was so calming to us, we knew we were in the right place. He took a new set of x-rays of our dogs paw and we were astonished when he told us his paw had completely healed and we didn't need surgery. We honestly hope that his paw had just healed in the two weeks since his last x-rays but we can't help but wonder if another place would have told us the same thing or just allowed us to pay thousands for an unneeded surgery. At any rate, we are thrilled with Dr. Stauffer and his team and would recommend them to anyone.
Brought our dog into the ER because she got beat with a log and shot. Most of the staff was caring and considerate. However, one of the assistants, Stephanie (pink hair, red scrubs) was so rude and unfeeling. The manner in which she was so dismissive when we were attempting to provide an account of our dog's condition was unbelievable. Then, when they took our dog back, she gave the Dr. an incorrect account (saying we said she got hit by a car) of why our baby was in her condition. Not even close to what we had explained. This could have greatly affected the type of treatment that would receive. As I am a critical care nurse, I would've never treated a frightened and concerned family member in such a way. We were worried about our baby, we put trust in this facility for emergent treatment of her. It is amazing how one person's actions can greatly affect our confidence in this facility. Also, bad for your facility to have her as a person who is the initial communication and contact with your customers. Not really interested in giving a call or emailing as suggested from the generalized response I anticipate receiving. Nothing will make it right after the fact. Bottom line, this one star review would have never happened if Stephanie wouldn't have been so unfeeling.
We arrived at 5am with our 14 year old schnauzer. He had a stroke and ultimately passed peaceful and they treated us as if we have been clients of the clinic for years and like family. We will now be driving the 45 minutes for our pet care. Worth the drive for care and compassionate Vet services -
I hate the fact that I lost my best friend Mia! But the vet and staff was more than sweet and thoughtful! The sweet young lady at the counter stood as we made our finally trip out the door and it will never be forgotten!
Everyone here is so professional and kind! They took care of an emergency with my kitty for a very reasonable price and did a surgery consult for my pup. There was a slight miscommunication about the cost of the consult/x-rays for surgery but it was handled very sweetly and professionally by Susie at the clinic. I really appreciate that everyone here is so dedicated to a quality experience for fur babies and humans alike! Definitely would reccomend!
Horrible service. No sense of urgency, which is weird considering it's an emergency vet's office. Not very friendly. I took my dog in there with a torn open and bleeding ear immediately after it happened hoping to get care right away and they let me sit in their exam room for what was probably almost a half hour and did not even, at the least, clean it or wrap it up like I asked. They just wanted me to pay the $700 bill and schedule surgery. I'm convinced that they're money hungry and don't obviously care too much about the animals that come in bleeding and in need of help. I was in tears because I wanted my baby fixed up and they were too busy sitting in the back eating and not paying attention to us. I would never ever recommend going to this place if you need urgent care, or genuine care for that matter. I ended up just walking out in tears and frustration. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.
It started with the phone call. A woman named Donna (I think) answered and I could barely understand her as it sounded like she had food in her mouth. She continually smacked her lips while on the phone with me. I came in and she greeted me at the front desk. While going over paperwork she continually smacked her lips and had something in her mouth some sort of hard candy or cough drop or mint. It was incredibly hard to understand her and it was pretty rude. She seemed agitated when I asked her to repeat herself. Sorry I can’t understand you with food in your mouth? The doctor was really nice and so was the rest of the staff. Would have given more stars if the woman I talked to wouldn’t have smacked her lips so many times with food in her mouth the entire conversation.
Awesome staff - they are friendly, professional, and understanding. Thank you for helping my kitty and I!
Just had our 11 year old puggle put to sleep this morning the staff was great too all who had bad experiances sorry but we got great care
Absolutely putrid staff and terrible service. If I had an emergency myself I would've already passed away. They were unfriendly, the dog was bleeding from the eye, but hey, it's not an emergency enough for them so we waited for an hour and a half before we decided to leave at which point they wanted me to pay for the cone. Ridiculous. I'm in sales and customer service and here, there was no compassion nor care. I'll talk my chances as long as I don't have to see this place anymore. Emergency room with no care for the emergency. Thank you for making the choice clear of never coming here again!
Had to make the difficult decision every pet parent dreads. My cat Zeus was very ill and couldn't let him suffer any longer. I chose Veterinary Specialty & Energy Care based on a family member's recommendation. I am certainly glad I did. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and compassionate as was Dr. Kesler. They comforted my baby and me. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They even made a paw print for me to have for a memory of my dear friend. They made a very difficult time a bit easier with their kindness and compassion.
Very impressed with this place! I read all the reviews of this place and all the other emergency vet clinics in Indy and decided to go here. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Meghan, the vet’s assistant was very kind and helpful in answering questions, and she explained everything they wanted to do and how much it was. The vet, Dr Kesler, was also kind and explained everything. We were in and out in an hour and the cost was minimal. I will definitely use their services again in case of an emergency!
Rushed my 2 1/2 month old kitten, Oliver, here after I found him chewing on a fallen alstroemeria lily petal (I now know those are one of the NON-toxic lilies, hah). Marisa(?) and Erika/Erica were very patient with me while I panicked and explained the situation. They weighed him and took his temperature, then gave me the number for Pet Poison. In hindsight, I probably should've called them first, but hey. I wasn't thinking. Anyway, once I learned that Ollie would be fine, VSEC didn't charge me for the visit which I found to be very very kind of them. Very happy with the care we received today. <3 Thank you!
My dog became nearly lethargic and unable to stand, i took her here and they immediately took her back and got her stabilized. She had something in her stomach, a bone maybe so they kept her all night to see if stomach acid would dissolve it, and it did. Very caring and professional staff that only did what was necessary and got ok first! And they give estimate of cost, low side and possible high side, mine was on lower side as my dog responded well! A big thank you to all of the Drs. and the staff!
Treated me like trash they just wanted money from me wanted to do all these tests but yet didn’t inform my my pet had a fever? I refused the 700$ tests they wanted to run and asked for paper work to take with me to my vet when they opened so I wouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg. On the paper it says he had a 106 fever. They didn’t offer antibiotics or anything! Because I refused to pay for the testing they’d rather my animal die. Don’t go here. They decided to run the sweeper right in front of me with my pet in my arms as well! Rude!
Don't bring your pet here if you are looking for any sympathy. I waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, and then was informed it would be close to 2 hours before anyone could even talk to me (let alone see my dog). When asked if my dog had vaccinations, I said I wasn't sure because we rescued her from the shelter and they weren't explicit with what they did to her while she was there. The woman at the front rolled her eyes at me! I had mascara running down my face from crying and this was how I was treated! Very disheartening. I understand being busy and stressed, but my perfect rescue pup wasn't feeling well and I wasn't treated with an ounce of sympathy.
We love the people here Sara was very sweet and comforting during our trying time with our very sick old puppy
Last night was very traumatic for me, so I don't remember anyone's name except for the vet tech, who was an ex co worker of my fiancee's, Brittany. I brought my cat in and he was extremely ill. Long story short we made the decision to have him put to sleep, because there really was little to do but possibly extend his but not give him quality of life. The vet and every employee was extremely kind and compassionate. I had called ahead and they ready for us, they immediately took back to be examined and when the time came to say goodbye they did everything to make sure we understood the process, they did not rush in anyway and gave us time to say goodbye and everything they could to help us during the difficult time. For a middle of the night emergency service plus cremation I thought the price was fair and not as expensive as many 24 hour veterinary services. So I thank you all for being as kind and compassionate to us and our beloved Bigfoot.
They saved my dog!!! He was very ill and they figured out what was going on and now my dog is home and recovering. He was diagnosed with IBD. Thank you to all their staff for the amazing device and care!!! I love them all and I am very thankful for them!!!
This is a top notch facility that is cleaner than most PCP offices. Highly recommend
AVOID AVOID AVOID NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THEIVES we took our very old and sick dog there to see what the best course is. We already know the time for her is nearing. They charged us 100 dollars to simply WEIGH HER and tell us her temperature. They didnt tell us that that was all they were doing after robbing us of our money. Then they say it's a flat 750 dollars to even try to diagnose her. I understand things cost money. But they did not tell us this up front or we wouldn't have let them move forward. They made it seem that 100 dollars was to look at her they said nothing about it being a simple weight and temperature check. They are nothing but incompetent thieves and liars.
If I could not give them a star I would. I took our mastiff to them Saturday and they stated her symptoms were from a torn acl. They didn’t do any test etc, I rush her back Sunday letting them know she’s worse and they claim I should have crated her. In order to see the actually doctor they made sure I knew they had to charge me. Still again they were clueless but didn’t seem to care to see why my dog was getting worse. Monday I take her to my wonderful vet who then had me rush to Indy vet. At this point my dog has taken a turn for the worse. They immediately run blood work to find her liver and kidney levels off. We finally take her home at 6pm Monday only to rush her back at midnight as she took a turn for the worse. At 5am Tuesday morning our beloved mastiff passed away. I would never ever take any animal to Noah’s. I’m not saying they would have prevented our dog from passing, but if someone brings a family pet stating she is not acting right, not eating, then rushes back the next day stating she’s vomiting somethingis wrong, don’t say I need to crate her WTH.
I originally posted this review on the Noah’s animal hospital page because I didn’t realize the emergency services were technically through this sister hospital. My beloved cat became seriously ill outside of regular veterinarian hours, I took him to Noah’s Animal Hospital where the staff took amazing care of him. When it was clear there was no choice but to help him pass peacefully, the veterinarian on staff was so incredibly kind and patient. I can’t thank them enough for their work and compassion. I have been told since my initial review that the doctor who helped Tommy was Dr. Joni Kirch, I am full of gratitude for her service. They even gave us paw prints to take home. Rest In Peace Tommy Two-Hands, and thank you veterinary specialty and emergency care.
Not an emergency room two times I called to get in with dog chewed to an emergency c section and was denied both tines. Also pricing is crazy. They are for the money not your ANIMALS. Mount comfort took care like it was their own dogs
Kind patient and knowledgeable. They take time to listen and help you take the best care of your pets. Helped fix my beagles broken leg to be like new. Awesome.
I went in because my cat wasn't feeling very good. Was throwing up and not eating. I suspected it was stress induced because of a new cat I had gotten, along with some constipation problems my cat has been prone to in the past. However, my normal vet recommended I go to emergency care to be seen quicker. The vet from the start just didn't have much bedside manner to myself or my cat. Didn't seem like she was super interested in my case. She took an x-ray and suspected that my cat had a hairball blocking her stomach and that she needed to go into surgery within the next day. It was a bit hard to believe, considering my cat wasn't experiencing the signs of having a hairball stuck. I asked her what type of diet she should be on and she was more or less "she probably shouldn't eat, just in case she goes into surgery tomorrow." I was 100% not comfortable with this, so she gave my cat some anti-nausea medications and sub-cu fluids, and I was charged 450 bucks for the entire visit...which is ridiculously expensive for something so simple. I spent the next 2 days heavily watching over my cat. I put her on an expensive diet, made sure I was grooming her twice a day to remove any chance of growing the hairball, and gave her hairball gel to move things along in her GI track. Never once did she expel a hairball. The vet finally called me two days later to tell me that she was wrong. That another person had looked at the x-ray and said that the stomach was actually empty (go figure, she hadn't eaten in several days) and that the intestines were inflamed from, you guessed it, stress. The thought of knowing that my cat could have gone into a 2,000 dollar surgery for no reason made me feel sick. The only reason I even want to give this place a 1 star is because the wait time was short compared to my past experiences at other emergency hospitals. Not to mention all the vet technicians I had were amazing. Super supportive, very friendly, and made my time there tolerable. I will, however, not be going back here in the future.
When we found out our 8 week old puppy had a rare condition (PRAA) that typically requires a very risky surgery we were beside ourselves. Dr. Stauffer's practical advice was just want we needed to determine we did have time to wait, let her grow and gather more diagnostics from another test. He patiently met with us again at 9 months when we visited with our healthy 70lb pup. While her condition won't go away, we are managing well and appreciated that his frank recommendation to not take the risks of surgery. He really had the best interest of our pet in mind. This was not our first visit to Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care. Our cat had fallen gravely ill and our vet referred us to them. Dr. Edwards was incredibly kind, caring and comforting in her interactions with us at such an emotional time. Unfortunately our sweet kitty was just too ill. Dr. Edwards called us a 3am, so that we could spend time with her and say goodbye. Dr. Edwards was very patient and kind with us as we said our goodbyes. The entire staff was very considerate. We even received a sympathy card with hand written messages from Dr. Edwards and the staff. I highly recommend VSEC for any emergency or specialty needs.
This place is horrible! I had to put my Bear kitty to sleep because he had bladder cancer. The tech gave him propofol and then the overdose of the anethesia at the same time, without waiting for the propofol to take effect for 30 seconds or a minute, like the manager did 3 years ago for another kitty Sniffy I had to put down. Bear squirmed, jerked around was gasping, and still purring. I was horrified and panicked! I was totally freaking out! He did this for probably a minute or so, and the tech said his heart had stopped, but had absolutely NO FEELINGS whatsoever! I was screaming and crying and she didn't care a bit. Never ever take a pet there! I'm still upset. It's been over a year now but I haven't gotten over this.
This group of professionals are the BEST!! They were very compassionate and caring with us during a very trying time. Thank you so much for everything.
The compassion they had for our kitten Nash and our family a couple weeks ago was absolutely unbelievable! I hope the employees working that evening see this review, as they were a fantastic crew! I highly recommend!
Professional, caring, dedicated staff and doctors! They took wonderful care of my kitty, Tikey. They truly care about the animals, adding extra touches like warm blankets and rugs on the examining tables. Gave him attention and love when I couldn't be present. Drs. Grabow and Stauffer were awesome - and were actually available by phone! Donna and Shelby were sensitive during Tikey's stay. They found inoperable cancer so he had to be euthanized, which would have been unbearable without the staff's kindness. The staff and doctors were a blessing. Shelby even shared her lunch tuna with him. This is a first class operation!
I took an animal there that was hit by a truck on the highway, and the staff there were so helpful and thoughtful about the entire experience. They did a great job caring for her and evaluating her until we made the ultimate decision. Even after making that decision, the staff was so supportive and kind. I'm glad they were there in that sweet baby's life as she crossed the rainbow bridge.
