Rude and unprofessional. Accused me of stealing what I brought in. The vet was rough with my tiny dog. The vet assistant was the only semi responsible one. My yorkie is 16 and has no teeth. They treated her extremely rough. I will never take any of my dogs here.

Not sure if the front desk lady was in a bad mood that day or if she's racist. I took my dog because it was an emergency and all she told me was "what do you want", "my doctor it's in surgery", "you're gonna have to take him somewhere else". She didn't even suggest a placer where I could take my dog. Terrible service, Definitely not returning.

I have been going here for years. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Dr.Mason is amazing and very honest. He will tell you how it is. The prices are very reasonable and it proves they want the best for you and your loved ones. My family used to go to a clinic near them but started making the drive from the northside to here because they love the clinic as much as I do. I honestly cant say enough good things about them.

I have only called this place once. It was a horrible experience. The women did not even say goodbye when ending the call. She just hung up. Talked to my neighbor about it and they said they have called and been there and treated very very rudely also. Will not call them for anything or go there.

, best place in the world to take your loved ones AKA cats and dogs... I've been coming here for some time and wouldn't consider going anywhere else I love the Comfort feeling when I go in I don't ever feel pressured to get anything that is unnecessary and the doctor explains everything to you in detail so if you don't understand something when you leave it's your fault because he explains everything and make sure that you understand it and his wife runs the desk and she is just a pleasure always friendly helpful and ready to help in any way she can and I'm just a little biased because they have the cutest puppy named Coco she's like 4 lb and just way too cute not to get to pick up and love on so needless to say when we were there we feel like we're at home my net dogs have never been scared or upset or frightened or anyting any time we've gone and we've been going now for probably close to 1314 years now and won't go anywhere else unless he retires... Boohoo
