It's been okay so far nothing outrageous Lee expensive and I've never had to wait all though they don't always have a veterinarian down there they're only there on certain days

I like the place. It does the things we need, like getting my kitty a shot and all. Friendly people anwser our confustions, but the only thing wrong with it is its prices, they make us pay for every little thing they used one check up and more then $50 wasted, I recommend it but try to ask them not to make you pay for a cotton ball or a stick they used.

I called them in the morning to schedule an appointment for my new puppy and the woman who answered was very rude to me. I later on walked in to pick up flea medicine for my other dogs and saw a lady who works there make fun of someone they were just on the phone with. The employees are rude to people, but were very gentle and nice with my puppy. They are very good animal doctors, but I have decided to take business elsewhere due to their rude behavior towards me that day.

I don't recommend taken your beloved family pet. Here... They are extremely under staffed the Dr that was on site when i took my fur baby in to be diagnose for a walking, cloudy eye and loss of appetite issue my fur baby was having and this Dr she took X-rays and blood from my baby and then only for this Dr to give my baby a steroid shot this first visit and the following week during the second visit my baby was given painful eye drops that had to be administered 4X daily and some nasty pill to be forced down my fur baby's throat every third day to increase appetite, try to get back in for another visit the following week only to reach a telephone answering machine informing me to the fact that due to their understaffing of Drs and support staff this 24hr Emergency Animal hospital was no longer open on Tuesdays but when phoning their office the next day "Wednesday" early afternoon I was again greeted by the same recorded message on their telephone answering machine stating by due to understaffing office is closed on Tuesdays when I finally was able to contact someone in the office to try to get an emergency visit for my very sick fur baby on that Thursday morning was only told that I couldn't get my fur baby in for an emergency visit with the Dr until Monday afternoon...... This same Thursday evening my little fur baby had crossed over the rain bow bridge B/C my little fur baby had an advance case of bone cancer Which had already migrated to the lymph nodes and into that cloudy eye that SH Animal hospital professionals missed diagnosed the severity of my little fur baby's illness during both visits the weeks prior to make my little fur baby to suffer in pain an addition three weeks longer and tortured by the medications that final week that they had prescribed! All b/c their greediness these two visits cost me over $300, then my fur baby had too endore

Heritage Animal Hospital South took care of our dog and cat's health care and boarding needs for the 9 years we lived in Terre Haute. They have always been absolutely fantastic! The staff and doctors are friendly and helpful--and our dog, in particular, really liked them. We boarded her fairly frequently, and after a few times, she was actually happy to see them. They were her friends and this was her "spa." Although our current boarder in our new city is just fine, I can definitely see a difference in her response. I enthusiastically recommend the team at Heritage.

For the 3rd time I have taken my two dog to them and every time they come back home they have scraps up and down their backs from the groomers being ruff with them and end up with infection in the affected area on them I and the when asked about it they instantly tell me that's a prior infection when there wasn't befor they went there I DO NOT recommend these to anybody now because of this

I haven't taken my pets to Heritage Animal Hospital for 22 years and I've always been very satisfied with how they treat the animals! I took my bad little long-haired chihuahua in there a few weeks back and he bit one of the girls, he did not break the skin but still the fact of him being such a bad boy did not make me happy! When they brought him out with a muzzle on I knew he just developed herself a bad reputation. But he is Young and the only person in this world that he likes is me, and he was scared, there was no excuse for his actions! The lady in there it was trimming his nails and Was Bitten did not seem to care because all in a day's work

My heart broke when Doc Cook passed away. My family had taken 5 dogs and 2 cats over a 19 year span. It was convenient and affordable. Doc was amazing with all our animals. However, their receptionists are rude and I've run into this on multiple occasions. I will not be using their facilities in the future.
