She and I have both been longtime customers of a local vet by our houses and I have three dogs and she has two and we are going to quit going to our vet and take our animals to this Clinic instead for everything

Wow! From the outside, I was leary of going here but I am soooo glad I did! My furbaby was treated with such kindness! The prices are awesome and I got in (as a walk-in) pretty quick! Very clean place! Vaccination-only visits are on Saturday from 2-4 but since I took her in for her awful allergy, they just went ahead and took care of her. Very informative! Dr. Morand was excellent at answering my questions! Definitely check this place out! Prices are on their website along with their address and phone number. Thanks guys n gals for being so kind!

I have 3 dogs. 2 cats and take them all here for everything. My Chihuahua had major surgery and the whole clinic was compassionate and professional. The lady vet is great! I cant say enough about her! It was late one night when I had an emergency with my parrot, they dont treat birds but not only did she answer on a Saturday late at night but gave me several options to get treatments elsewhere. All my "kids" have been spayed here and they all were well taken care of. The prices cant be beat! They dont make you wait a long time to get in and are very nice. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a clinic on the west side.

Took my dog in for vaccinations today. The staff is very friendly, but so unorganized. I was there for almost 50 minutes and the shots took about 3 minutes of that time. I waites for 10 minutes just to get the paperwork, and another 10 after I finished filling it out. They called her name, we went into the room, bloop bloop, her shots were done. Then I had to wait for almost 30 minutes just to pay. They only had one person manning the desk at first, and when another person did come out, she helped the person in front of me, only to figure out the computer wasn't working right, to which the first person said they already knew that. I feel like something could have been done to make it a little less chaotic and a lot more streamlined. They did apologise for it taking so long, and they were very polite and sweet with my dog.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was super friendly. I love the new full-time doctor! The moment she walked in, she greeted my dog with hugs, kisses and lots of attention. I explained about my dog, Lady, who was limping and she was very gentle with her and took her time to make sure Lady was comfortable and not stressed. She was very thorough with which tests she wanted to do and why they were important, but also did not push for unnecessary tests. Then did a great job explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Pet Vaccination Clinic!

This is a very good vet.. they are wonderful with my dogs how ever I had a litter a pups be born went to take them in for their shots and one of the girls at the front desk fell in love!! And wanted him.. so I let her have him ONLY because I knew she was a veterinarian and he’d be in good hands and in a loving home all for her to wait until I left the vet and gave him to someone else! To be specific I gave him to Erika! I have lost all respect for these people. And will not take my dogs back there. If I could do less than one star I absolutely would. I brought my black lab here when she was less than a year old to get spayed. They sent her home with meds and everything she was fine. The wound healed up nicely and the stitches dissolved. She was just fine. A few weeks after the wound was completely healed I come home from work and she is laying in her crate with blood everywhere. She is laying on the floor very Lethargic, not moving. Her HEALED incision had burst open and her intestines were literally falling out of her stomach. I was in shock, so I pick her up and carry her to my car. I rush her to the emergency vet. (Noah’s stop 11 animal hospital, they were absolutely amazing). They do emergency surgery and when finished come out to explain that there was a very large pocket of infection from her spaying surgery. They were able to save her and get all of the infection out. She healed wonderfully and was an energetic, happy puppy again. After all said and done, after my family discount I ended up paying $4,000 for her emergency surgery, to fix the mistake that the pet vaccination clinic made. Fast forward maybe a year and the bad luck continues. We wake up one morning and there spots of blood all over my bed. I checked her all over she she didn’t have any scratches or scrapes that would make her bleed. I go to work, come home and more blood. I let it go a few days and it continues. I ended up taking her back to Pet vaccination clinic. I explained everything that had previously happened and they do a few tests, draw blood, and do an ultrasound. I sit down with the vet and he explains when they did the spaying surgery they “unfortunately” left little pieces of ovaries in her. He said “sometimes it happens”. He said they would do a surgery to take the additional pieces of ovaries out. I was VERY hesitant to do the surgery as the last time they did surgery on my girl she almost lost her life. I explained that I would like for her to have the surgery, but I would like for her to have the surgery at a different veterinarian office and for them to pay for it as it was their mistake. I did not want them near her. He explained that he understands but the vet that originally did her surgery is no longer there and the surgery would go much better. (Personally I find this a little sketchy). He said they would not pay for her surgery at another office, I would have to have the surgery there for “free” or not at all. I finally agree because I’m 19 and a college student and don’t have another $4,000 to pay for their mistake. I allow them to do the surgery, after the surgery was finished I sit in a room with the doctor and he explains that they were not able to find the additional pieces of ovary during the surgery but after she is healed they can try again. I was livid. I said absolutely not, took my dog and left. Now fast forward another 2 years and my girl is in heat AGIAN. After not being in heat for 2 years. All because this clinic has no idea what they are doing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, EVER.

I love this place. Cost effective and caring. My IT manager referred me years ago and now it's the only place I take the fur babies. I see a different person each time, it seems, but they've always been really good. The wait time is not bad. Walk-in and get seen, pay and get out. They are currently helping treat my cat's dermatitis.

This is a great place for walk-in vaccinations especially considering they have evening hours. I'd say I prefer it over the weekend clinics at Tractor Supply. We've had a dental done there for one of our dogs and they did a good job also. The general staff there is always cheery and helpful. We did have one visit where a female vet gave me a rather hostile lecture because I didn't agree with the over-vaccination policies we are forced to use but other than that, I'd say this is a great place to visit. (Just hoping that vet isn't around the next time we go in... ugh!)

WOW, I couldn't tell you have grateful I am to have found this place. Especially having two young dogs, the cost can creep up fast and here they care for you and your pets! I plan to keep return here for all my pet's needs!!! UPDATE: I haven't seen much mention of people getting their dogs fixed/neutered/spayed on here. I recently learned that my almost 2 year old male had a bilaterally cryptorchid, which means that neither testicle had descended. The first thing I learned was this was going to cost me more due to the Vet having to do two incisions and actually remove his testicles from inside him. I was very nervous about dropping him off but everyone made me feel more at ease. As the day went on, I got a call (it was early afternoon ) letting me know that he was out of surgery and in recovery. I also had the vet microchip him while he was out. Anyway, I picked him up, they went over all the things I needed to know and we were on our way. So far this place has been great!

I was so surprised with how wonderful this clinic is! I walked in, was seen immediately, and walked right out. The staff was super friendly and the vet actually cared about my dogs. She checked their lungs and overall health, gave me some tips (basically told me their weight was perfect for their size and not to let them gain or lose anymore weight), and played with them a bit. My dogs were incredibly comfortable here which made getting their vaccinations a breeze! Seeing my dogs happy makes me happy! I will definitely be a regular customer.

Great place to bring your pet! It was my (our?) first visit for vaccinations since I heard that Parvo is on the rise in Indianapolis and the staff. Was. AWESOME!! I had to wait about 10-15 mins for the Vet but he was just finishing up a surgery so hey, I had to wait. You'll have that. My dog can be a lil rambunctious but the staff handled it with grace and didn't act anything less than professional. The Vet was great with my dog and took time to soothe her, his assistant was also pleasant and talked to my dog to calm her... The prices are reasonable, it is a walk in establishment so no appointments are taken, and please remember to muzzle your pet if they're rowdy... They will appreciate you!! Great place!!!

My dog Maggie had bladder stone surgery here on August 18th. At this point I had only been here for check ups and shots. Well 1 bout of kennel cough. The surgery was more or less an emergency situation. They got me right in. The price was reasonable. The vet and staff were great. Then on 22nd when I got home from work I noticed Maggie's incision has come open. The clinic stayed open late for me to bring Maggie back in. Erica and the vet were the best. Well on the 23rd I had to go back again. Once again they stayed open late to take care of my dog. I can not tell you how unusual is this. Pet Vaccination Clinic has made me a client for life. The caring attitude of all involved just cant be beat. Thanks so much for all of your help.

Lazy vet. I'm sure they're fine for vacc's but don't bother taking your animal here if something is actually wrong. I brought my cat in for a limp that developed overnight. The vet was 20 minutes late to arriving, so we had to wait despite the rest of the staff actually being attentive and on time. My issue isn't with them. They're nice, hard working people. We suspected some kind of injury with my cat, since she is a very active, healthy 14 year old who regularly wanted attention, wanted to run around, jump on things, never showed any sign of pain of any kind. I am a stay at home wife- meaning I work from my computer. I'm with my cat constantly, every day. I see her all the time. I know immediately when something's off. Overnight, she started limping, became very lethargic, could not jump (even to the couch), and didn't want to run or go outside at all. Something was very wrong. Took her to said late vet, who, when he finally arrived, spent all of a minute and a half watching her walk around the floor, limping, before abruptly deciding, without even really examining her, that she had arthritis that I had just somehow never noticed. I tried to tell him that that simply wasn't possible. He ignored me and seemed to imply that she had just been "hiding the pain from me," as though I am negligent enough to not notice. She was also running a fever, which didn't seem to faze the vet. She was given some antibiotics, an anti-inflammatory, and a pain medication that would only last 3 days. The vet did not recommend or even imply that any tests would be needed, blood or xray or otherwise. At the counter I was told my cat would also -have- to be on these ridiculously overpriced cat/dog treat supplements "For a long time." You can tell they're not made for cats. They're too big. They're also $30 for a month supply. No alternatives were even remotely offered to me. (I found better alternatives online, for less than half the cost for twice as many.) Needless to say, the pain medication did nothing. It was entirely ineffectual and did not help at all. A week later she was still limping severely, so we took her to get a second opinion yesterday. She, the new vet, spent a good 20 minutes on the floor watching my cat walk and checking every single one of her joints for pain. After that, we saw the x-ray within 5 minutes of them being taken. Surprise surprise, no arthritis. Her joints look almost completely healthy for a 14 year old, nothing that should warrant any kind of limp- the new vet's words, not mine. They are also doing bloodwork to hopefully find out what the actual problem is. Additionally, the vet suggested Cosequin, or another joint supplement, but also said that, because her joints are mostly fine, she doesn't even really need them- it's not a requirement. What a week of needless pain and stress for my poor cat. Don't waste your time at the Pet Vacc Clinic. Get your animal real help by vets who actually care about what they're doing.

They didn't put a cone around my dogs neck after they neutered him. They also caused an infection in my dogs intestines that caused him to fall deathly ill. I took him to a better place and they tried to save him but it was to late thanks to this sh***y place! The end results of my dog is that he died in my arms because of the infection this place caused! I do NOT recommend this place to anyoneno matter what! Do NOT go here!

My Fiance and I treat our pets as if they were our Children. Including being very protective of them and being very selective of who they see for medical treatment. The time for our Dog and 3 Cats to have their Rabies Vac crept up on us fast. When I called their regular vet they said it was gonna cost us almost $400.00 for all 4 and it would be 3-4 weeks before we could get them in. Then someone suggested this place. Said it was a walk-in no appt needed. I was very skeptical about it but had no choice... Our first round of 2 visits yesterday (Friday 06/02/17) was with our Husky on one of 3 cats. When we got there it was very comical because this huge German Shepherd was hitting on our Husky and to make it worse our Husky just batted her pretty blues at him... I was VERY impressed with the staff and the Vet. The vet not only interacted with our pets very well but she also interacted with our kids to and they were quick. Round 2 was just as good if not better. I guess what impressed me the most about the Vet was the fact that there was a cpl there with a poor sick little puppy. You could tell she didnt feel good and her little belly was bloated. The cpl said that they found her this way that someone just dropped her off (This upset me to no end I will add). The Vet saw this and before they were even checked in she told them to bring the puppy into a room immediately and asked everyone to please be patient that she had an emergency... Everyone agreed.. When I talked to the puppy's new parents I asked the guy what if the pup had to have surgery. With out missing a beat he said I have it covered and smiled. I smiled back and shook his hand... Our visit with this facility was worth every penny we paid and their prices are beyond reasonable... I definitely will refer this place to everyone who needs a good Vet.. I can't express how kind these people were. They don't take appointments after six pm on Fridays. After I explained how I had a 16yr old dog that was suffering they waited for me to come in 40 minutes later. They let me hold my old guy right until the end. They have wonderful bedside manner and helped me cope through my grieving. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took my little 10 yr old Maltese there cause he had a cough that didn't sound good. The vet gave him an exam, x-ray, and gave us antibiotics for him. Taking him home he was his usual energetic self, even running up the 13 steps to our bedroom. Waited till my wife got home to give him the anti-biotics, and 3 hrs later he was so lethargic he couldn't even sit up by himself and couldn't walk, eat, or even drink. We had to bottle feed him to get water to him. By morning he was so bad, I couldn't figure out why he was so strong and normal.until we gave him the anti-biotics looking on the paperwork they had him down as 20 lbs, instead of the eleven lbs he really weighed. They had given us mediçine for a dog twice his size. We took him to an emergency vet on 165h St, who immediately said he was in a life or death situation. They had him in an oxygen cabinet, took several x-rays and found he had a tumor on his lung. And the double dose of antibiotics had blown out his immune system and less than 24 hrs after he was strong, and doing good except for çough...we lost him because the vet at Pet Vaccinations had MIS diagnosed the symptoms, took x-rays, and missed the tumor on his lung, had wrongfully overdosed him w/twice the needed mediçine and basically charged me $2ⁿ0 to same as murder our little baby boy way before. He should have went. They may be good for giving our babies shots, but they aren't worth a damn for anything else, and I wouldn't take a sick day to them for any5hing. The vet was completely inept, so bad that they treat an 11 lb dog w/double the dose and shocked his system and it killed him. I will never forget or forgive!!!

Pets and people shouldnt give acces to blood supply to "doctors" or "vets" they dont know whats in the vaccine or how it works. Look up the ingredients and tell me you would even swallow orally a vaccine let alone inject it into your or a loved ones blood supply. Read section 13 of the vaccine insert and it tells you it hasnt been tested for mutinagenetic, carcinogenic or inpairment of fertility. Look it up folks before they remove section 13 because they will. The propaganda machine is alive in America

My cat was real sick took in without an appointment got right in. They ran tests and my cat had complete kidney failure. I had to put her down and they were so nice and respectful. I knew the day would come as cat was almost 17 years old but was hoping not today. Great staff and facility!!
