Is there a character limit on this? I can not say enough about how amazing my experiences have been at paw prints. I was first introduced when taking care of my mom's dog who came down with pneumonia while she was out of town. They impressed me so much with their no hassle, fast response, genuinely caring experience that I decided to switch my two cats over. Over the past few months we have been there a LOT with routine check ups, neutering, medical emergency and then a month old new addition. Every time we go I have such thoughtful service. Dr. Beckner is my go to gal, but I am equally impressed with Dr. Bunton and Dr. K when they have stepped in when Dr. Beckner has not been available. Just an all around AMAZING group of people! Have not had one single regret in making the change because of them a have 3 healthy good lookin' boys :)

I absolutely LOVE this facility. They have been so helpful for adopting a new puppy. All of the staff members are kind, friendly, and genuinely want to know my dog. The veterinarians are so helpful in assisting me with the many questions that come about from having a new puppy. My dog is in their puppy fundamentals class and we plan on continuing in any other classes they offer as it has been beneficial in the development of my puppy. I love this place and everyone who works there and would highly recommend it to any dog owner. They genuinely care about the dogs and many times I forget that they are a business. My cats have been going here for about a year. I said good bye to one of my fur babies here. Dr. Beckner is amazing. She is very patient and passionate. I have had to call in to just ask questions when my kitty was terminal and she was very helpful. I will say they seemed pricey compared to my small town vet but I am pacified by their bedside manner. I found the free vaccines for life program to be economically efficient even though I will only be here for another year.

Paw Prints is a great vet clinic! Moved from Illinois fall 2014. I've never had a staff of people more accommodating and genuine. My dog the past year was getting under the weather. Come to find out, she has Cushing's Disease. I'm thankful for the attention to detail they give my animals. They provide service and recommendations for the health of my pet(s) that are exactly what they need. I have also boarded my 2 dogs there several times long and short visits. My pets were always taken care of and understanding of when I'd call to check on them daily...bless their hearts they'd always fill me in and let me know my pups were good. Wonderful staff and Dr. Beckner is the best!

I have had my animals with Paw Prints for a few years (two cats and two dogs). My two dogs have heart problems. Dr. Bunton and staff have been amazing with my girls. Dr. Bunton keeps tabs on the girls and will call or email to see how they are doing. The staff are always so friendly with the girls from the front desk to examining room. Drs. Charney and Hainje have helped my cats (one I'm sitting) get over some severe UTIs. They are so great, too! They both have called and checked on the cats to see how they are getting along after being treated. Of course both are happy, healthy and chasing each other all over the place. :) I recommend Paw Prints to everyone I know. The doctors and staff are fabulous and genuinely care about their patients and getting them better. They take the time to answer all my questions. They are upfront with you on what charges you would be looking at so there are no surprises. I trust my pets to all the doctors and techs at Paw Prints. I know when they're there, my fur babies are in the best of hands and with people who care. I will never be able to thank them enough for all the tremendous quality of care they have given all four of my girls. Thank you Drs. Bunton, Charney and Hainje as well as all the techs, pharmacists and staff for all you have done and continue to do to keep my girls happy and healthy!!

Paw Prints is a wonderful place. The staff are always very welcoming. I have three English bulldogs and they can be very expensive breed when it comes to their vet needs and can need to be seen frequently so it's important to me to love our vet and be able to trust the care they receive. We are always greeted with a smile every time we come in and the staff are always genuinely happy to see us. Dr. Beckner is wonderful and easy to talk to or ask questions. She is very knowledgeable and takes great care of my pups. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would recommend this hospital over anywhere else to anyone.

Love this vet clinic, very compassionate staff and professional vets. Over the past year I have had to put down one dog (due to age and medical problems), and 2 cats, unfortunately. My 10 year old daughter was with me when we found out that her cat had to be euthanized, and the vet was very kind and compassionate about the situation, which made it easier to deal with the whole situation. Pet ownership is not cheap, and it is ultimately each persons decision what and how much to spend on services. Good services cost and the extra cost with Pawprints is worth it!

Love this place. My kitten had to have surgery(little butt swallowed an almond whole) and Dr. Beckner and staff were incredibly helpful and supportive through the whole thing. She even called multiple times to update me on his status and how he did when he was under- I love this woman. Highly suggest everyone with a pet go here.

I recently rescued a doggie that was in bad shape. I reached out to the Last Chance Rescue and they immediately worked with Paw Prints to see him the next day. The staff was incredible!! They squeezed him in during a really busy day. The poor pup needed lots of work done. The team went to work in such a loving and caring mannor. He ended up needing to have a complete shave down, sediated and had 7 teeth pulled, an arrray of shots and other things done. When he came out from having all of this done, he was like a new happy doggie! The love, kindness compassion, knowledge and professionalism shown for this dog will never be forgotten!! They are angels here!!! Thank you for taking such good care of our new family member!!!!

The best animal clinic I have ever taken my pets too. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice. Dr Bundy makes sure I understand everything that's going on with my elder dogs and my younger terror. :) If I have questions, she and the other vets make sure to get the answers. I was curious about why my younger terror was "tongue flicking" and come to find out it was actually a type of seizure. I video taped him and she sent it to a professional neurologist at Purdue - no charge! They care about what they do... they LOVE what they do and take everything serious because we love our furbabies!

I brought my dog in to get a first exam, shots, and medication for her hypothyroid disease. If your dog has been diagnosed with hypothyroid disease you are supposed to have the thyroid levels checked every 6 months to a year. The previous vet she was brought to checked her levels and prescribed her with medication 4 months prior. The vet would not prescribe her with that dose of medication without checking her levels again. This is a 100 dollar test. She didnt need to have her levels checked again. Tried to sell me many other things as well. This is the kicker. I went to a different vetrinarian 4 months later. This new vet immediately noticed that my dog had really bad gum disease and she had to remove 18 of my dog's teeth. Strange how paw prints didn't realize this when they "checked" her. I thank myself for bringing her to a different vet a few months later. If i didn't, maybe all of her teeth would be gone. I feel bad for my dog mostly. Sure, the procedure was very expensive. Yet, she can barely chew her food anymore. This could have been prevented.

I recently had to make the difficult decision to put down my labrador due to failing health and the doctors were so understanding through the process. All of the staff members were so compassionate. The "free" wellness exam is a joke. They did nothing but weigh my puppy and then started in on their sales pitch. I asked them to check her spay incision and some nose discharge (for which i would have happily paid for the lab work) and was informed that to do that they would have to charge a normal exam fee. Never did see the vet.

We had a great experience here. We needed to get some updates on vaccines as well as a general wellness check for our dog before moving to another state. We visited with Dr. Brittany Beckner, and she was extremely kind and thorough with her examination of our dog. The exam felt like a conversation between friends, which I really appreciated. Brittany asked us questions about our dog's behavior and diet, and she made sure we understood what she was looking for in a healthy dog. When Brittany was administering the shots, the vet tech fed our dog a pretzel with cheese whiz to distract her, which I found to be very sweet and thoughtful. In the end, we left with a few shots, some heart worm medications, a thorough exam, peace of mind, an extremely happy and healthy pup, and a bill that was about $100 less than what we anticipated. If you're looking for a vet that truly cares about your pet's health without breaking your wallet, I can't suggest anywhere else. Give them a visit and tell them an Australian Shepherd named Ginny gives them her paw of approval.

Love the care our pets get. Our dog had a mass tumer that the other place was going to remove the leg. Paw prints saved the leg. That was thee year's ago and he is doing fine.

Rude and uncaring. I went to them every week for over two months for treatments for my guinea pigs and on my last treatment I was unable to go so I had my sister (who looks nothing like me) take them and they didn't even notice. I took my new kitten to them and I gave them all her records, they told me all her shots where up to date and that she was good to go. I took her in THREE AND A HALF WEEKS later and they told me that she should have a had a shot THREE WEEKS AGO and that I would have to restart the set which is SIXTY dollars a shot! They should have told me on my last visit! I will never go back!

Paw Prints Animal Hospital is has been sold and is run by another vet - took my dog in for a bath and nail cut - when she came home she could not walk or go potty they cut her nails so short - they did not stop with one nail they did all 4 paws and all nails - don't want to think how much pain she was in while this was being done - she must have cried out in pain but the person just kept cutting why did they ask for help - why does the vet have people working for them that can't even cut a nail right - if you love your animal as much as I do please beware if they can't cut a nail what else can't the do right

Everyone is so nice and do whatever they can to make sure your pet is safe and feels comfortable! Our Vet and her assistants always ask before they do anything to hold, restrain, move your pet. That to me is a big deal! The last place we went would want us (the client) to pull ou our cats out of carrier and hold them during exam. Dr never got close enough to cat if they hissed or growled. Then charged a bunch based on her diagnosis. Here they want u to sit while they (Vet & tech) handle them. I was just very impressed with the way they do things so well and it’s less stress on my pet. Another BIG thing is you don’t wait forever. I’m usually out 30 min depending on what’s going on. Last place I was lucky to get out after 3 hours!!

I very much appreciated how the vet took her time and tried several methods of interacting with my anxious cat before recommending sedation. The last vet we went to took only a few seconds to look at my scared kitty and said we had to sedate him. It's the reason we stopped going there. I understand when it's needed, but the effort to avoid sedation if possible was greatly appreciated. One thing that might help in the future is to remember to use a more hushed voice around anxious animals, but I am wholeheartedly satisfied with the experience. We'll be back for any needs with our kitty and pup in the future.

I took my cat here for an emergency. His hind legs had stopped working and we desperately needed to see a doctor. This was on a Saturday and my primary vet was closed. I realize that it was an emergency and they probably saw patients on an appointment basis but the receptionist was extremely bored/rude and told us they can't see my cat because we did not have an appointment. My cat was a client there when he was with his previous owner and I had taken him there thinking that alone would get him admitted. Sorry to say, but they lost a good client. I took him to Purdue Small Animal Clinic instead and the experts there took him in immediately and took great care of him. I hope this review helps anyone who is in an emergency and would rather get serious help than a NO in your face. P.S. Just saw that they support declawing of pets even though it is a cruel process that is banned by law! I can only pray that this hideous practice is stopped. I will NEVER take my pets here.

Just moved to Lafayette in April and adopted my dog in June. Since I didn't have much knowledge of vets in the area I relied on the internet and reviews. Glad I chose Paw Prints! The staff is amazing, everyone is so kind and welcoming and very professional. They say they focus on fear free care, and they mean it! My dog gets anxious easily, so I was worried about how she'd feel about going to the vet, but she loved it. The staff are calming and provide lot's of love and treats, my girl hardly even noticed she was getting multiple shots! A plus that they also provide boarding services, if needed I will definitely use those in the future.
