They were extremely caring and compassionate with their care at the end of our beloved dog, Chelsea's life. We will go there for our other pets as well.

Me and my son just left Noah's on sunnyside rd in geist from taking my puppy to have an exam. Dr. Webb asked do we have any concerns with Lucas and his Wellness. At that time I told him there was no Concerns, besides his usual biting and chewing on things around the house. Then at that time dr. Webb said the unthinkable, put Tabasco sauce on the items that Lucas is chewing on unless you have Mexicans living in your house. Immediately he stopped and said I'm SORRY that was very racially insensitive. I was shocked he said this in front of me and my son. I had the thought if I were Caucasian he may have substituted the word Tabasco sauce for hot sauce. At that time I did not address what he said, because I was in front of my son and he should not have to be exposed to this as such early age. Too add insult to injury Dr Webb then ask my son does he take are puppy Lucas for long walks, my son said yeah sometimes. At that time dr. Webb then says if you have problems with stray dogs in your neighborhood, me and my wife carry pepper spray. I then proceeded to tell dr. Webb ,I don't have problems with stray dogs in my neighborhood I live in a very nice area of Geist. The exam was over. Me and my son left. I proceeded to drop my son off and return to Noah's because I needed to address dr. Webb face to face because of his Racist and appropriate remarks he made about Mexican people without my son present , my child should not be exposed to this ! At that time I told dr Webb it was unacceptable what he said. He immediately told me he was sorry and he realized he made a very bad decision at that time and he did not know what he was thinking. He then hung his head low and said I'm sorry will you please forgive me. And then told him he was forgiven, But Noah's will NEVER get my business again because of your remarks. When I returned home I had a conversation with my son about racism and people making mistakes , and the consequences of our mistakes. We all truly must be careful about thinking before we speak.

Lauren is amazing. My 5 month golden doodle looks so much better. She was able to get all his puppy hair off that looked stringy, and now he’s fluffy and actually looks like a dog! Haha

I always feel like I'm being sold more than I need when I go here. It is always disorganized and takes forever even if it is a simple visit. There are some nice staff. The fact that it is so close is the only reason I haven't changed.

They are amazing ! They were able to fit me in to get my puppy checked out because of a serious allergic reaction even though they didn’t have any appointments open. I got there and they immediately serviced me and got my pup taken care of. Will most definitely go back in the future

All around services provided. We board and groom our dog here. Trustworthy, reliable and professional. They charge more than I'd like on some things, and we've had some long waits during doggy appointments.

Had the best experience here for our first time. Everyone took the time to get to know my dog and help her adjust to a new office/vet. Janet was amazing at working with my schedule and getting us in quickly. Tiffany and Dr. Roach were very informational and my pup warmed up to them nicely. We will be back again soon for a follow up, and for every other visit after that!

I wish I could give this place zero stars honestly. I am writing this review after the horrible experienced I just had at this vet clinic a few hours ago. Being an animal person that has worked for many vet clinics and has been to various vet offices around the country, (due to moving a lot) I have never been treated so poorly by a fellow animal lover. I brought my dog in for a simple nail trim today and that was it. He is pretty fussy with nail trims but mostly just squirms a lot and it can be hard to do by myself. So I decided to pay to get it done this time by some professionals. When I first arrived I was greeted by a very nice vet tech. She was very sweet and took me into the room. No problems there. The next tech that came in was by far the most disrespectful women I have ever came across in the animal community. She accused me of not keeping my dog up to date on regular vet visits or vaccines. This will now have been the 2nd time I have brought him there and they have "lost" his vaccine records and accused me of not keeping him up to date. She then accused me of not bringing him in for a check up in over two years when I had just brought him in a few months ago for a dental, pre-surgical blood work, and to evaluate a tumor on his eye. She insisted they had no record of that so I must be mistaken or I was at the wrong vet clinic. This vet clinic is two minutes from my house so I am pretty sure I know what vet clinic I take him too. She then proceeds to take him back to do his nails. She is gone for MAYBE 3 minutes and then brings him back saying he was out of control and too stressed to do it so I need to come back another day. She then says I need to put him on meds next time I bring him back to the clinic. I have brought him to this clinic multiple times and he has never once acted out aggressively or done anything to a person or another animal in his entire life that would ever suggest that he needs to be put on meds for his "behavior". After this she then tells me I still have to pay for the nail trim because they were able to clip one or two nails. She then walks me out of the place guarding other dogs from my dog like he was going to attack any minute. My dog didn't even notice the other animals or humans like he does every time he enters that building. I was in tears at this point and tried to explained to her after we get the door that I didn't understand why she had to do that since he rarely notices other dogs. Before I even finished she responded with a short and sarcastic "okay" and then she pulled the clinic doors shut behind me. I was mortified and will never take him back there again. Working in the animal community I understand that animals can act differently behind doors away from their owners. But in the 6 yrs he has been alive he has never hurt or even tried to be aggressive to another animal or human. I deserved more of an explanation than "He was stressed" and then kick us out of the door like we were monsters. This tech might have been having a bad day and was not wanting to do his nail trim but we should never have been treated that poorly.

This place is always busy, but their boarding for cats is pretty fantastic and inexpensive. It's a bit of a drive if you live in Indy, but it's worth the price, especially if you have a cat that gets sick a lot, like ours. Clean facilities, groomer and boarding on site, and a large waiting area where dogs and cats can be separated. Also, they have coffee for clients and large, public restrooms. I have nothing negative to say.

I love this place. My dogs love it here and the staff always love on my dogs when we are there. Waiting to see Dr. Webb :)

Seems expensive, although I do have 3 dogs and have not compared prices. I like the building layout. I'm not sure they have any sense of urgency related to getting in and out. This is especially true at check-out time. It seems that we waIt for the vets to enter info into the system. I'm old school and like all regular shots, etc done in front of me. They take the dogs to the back to get blood, shots, etc.

My beloved Kyzer loved the staff at Noah's so I continued to bring him when ever he needed to! Kyzer is gone now but he lived to be 16 years old "112 in dog years" and thats very good for a boxer! We have recently rescued a lovely puppy and I would not think of bringing him any where except Noah's! In fact we'll bring him in tomorrow morning! I love how caring and concerned they are and I trust them with my fury family members! I think the cost is very reasonable for the the care and kindness they offer! <3

Absolutely amazing staff! Took my 11 year old Pug/Jack Russell mix to have a dental procedure done. I was extremely nervous about having this procedure done, mainly because of my pups age but they did such a great job! They managed to pull 7 bad teeth, clean the remaining, and remove a mass and are sending it off for testing. They reasonably priced as well, they stayed under the high end of the estimate received during her exam, that was a huge relief for me as well!! It's day 2 after Zoey's procedure and she's doing great. I highly recommend Noah's! ♥

Mandi Derrick

Terrible humans. They dropped my dog while under anesthesia, broke his canine tooth requiring another surgery days later. He was in horrible pain as the pulp of his tooth was exposed for days. Five months later, I find out they actually broke his neck too!!! He was completely paralyzed within 48 hours and they only offered to keep him overnight for $1,000 and give him fluids, then euthanize. They under-dosed my friend's senior dog for euthanasia and he seized instead of drifting off peacefully. The worst veterinarians I have ever encountered. Absolutely heartless!!!

Noah's took care of our Great Pyr mix on an emergency basis-she'd thrust her leg thru a pane of glass and cut the heck out of the leg AND the tendon. They were so gentle with her, and she's healed beautifully. They also did dental work on a senior Lhasa Apso-took out all but 5 teeth, but that was necessary! He had some reactions at home to the anesthetic, which we were able to handle ourselves, he healed up very well and the old boy is now initiating playtime with his "woman", the Pyr mix. Both dogs were treated like royalty, and that isn't the kind of treatment that many vets give-its in and out the door ASAP in order to make major profits and spend just a few minutes with the dogs. MY babies enjoyed coming to Noah's!

Joshua Adams

Woah!!! This staff took such good care of my dog! They were so kinda and accommodating to her. I really appreciate all their work. I even got a get well card!

This is our vet of choice. Close to home, but also great people. When our Husky had a random seizure they went above and beyond. When she had cataracts at a young age they took extra time with her to make sure there wasnt anything worse. Every time they do an exceptional job and really care about her whole being, not just what we are there for specifically. Tom always checks on us and makes us feel cared for as pet owners, even though we dont have fur. THANKS!

Best vet ever, found on accident. Super great with my crazy maltese puppy, my old great pyr, my fat old cat, and my outdoor cat. And they work with me on pricing especially when I was struggling to make sure my animals stayed with me. Love me Dr. Roach!!!!!

We have had great experiences at this location with EVERY single person except one doctor. The staff up front are extremely helpful and kind and the vet techs all seem to be knowledgable and caring. However, Dr. Roach is impersonal, unfriendly and generally rude to the vet techs! She’s seen our dog multiple times yet never remembers her or us and she pushes all kinds of unnecessary tests and meds on you and then judges you when you question them or refuse them (we’ve gotten second opinions twice now and they’ve disagreed with her both times). We also just spoke with a friend who left the entire practice because of Dr. Roach. It’s disappointing that one judgmental and unkind doctor can ruin such a great place.

Noah's Caring Hands has been our Veterinarian for over 15yrs. I cannot put in words, the way that I feel about the entire staff at Noah's, but I will try to keep it brief. Everyone treats you and your pet with so much care and compassion. We have nothing but great things to say about the Vets that we have seen. They are so compassionate and will do everything they can to treat your pets with the best treatment options. Our little guy has specific diet needs and they carry a variety of foods and treats for cats and dogs. If you need to leave your dog for the day or overnight, no problem, Noah's can help with that too. I just want to say if I could give 10 stars, I would. I love everything about Noah's Caring Hands, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Edited to increase stars to 5. Dr. Webb is such a caring vet, as is everyone at this animal hospital. Dr. Webb is very thorough, patient, kind, extremely intelligent and up to date in his practice. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I called around 1 pm on a Sunday and had an appointment at 3. They closed at 4. We didn't get there until 340. They were all understanding and truly made the situation easier. We had to put down our 16 year old rat terrier, Sasha. We had never been to Noahs, but they treated us like we had been going there forever. The price was cheaper than other vets that are only open Monday through Friday. I would highly recommend them. Very compassionate. ..thank you.

The staff and services provided at Noah's caring hands are five stars. I have taken my animals to the Geist location for many many years and have always been treated well and, more importantly, our animals have as well. I most recently have taken on the responsibility of a bull terrier puppy. He is high energy, full of personality, and a complete maniac and he LOVES the staff at Caring Hands. They also love him in return. We had a scare two weeks ago in which our little bully ate a squeaker and had to undergo surgery to remove it. The surgery was performed at the 24 emergency clinic and then we used Caring Hands as our post operation resource. They were an incredible support to us and made us feel 100% confident in the care our dog was receiving. They patiently answered my questions and concerns on a daily basis, looked at my dog's incision daily, and educated us on the proper steps needed to get him to full recovery. All with smiles and genuine caring for our little maniac :) I have recommended Caring Hands to many of my friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They are fabulous people and deserve a huge THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! We could not have gotten through this experience without them!

Joe Frayser

Great place!

Dr. Roach is thorough and very friendly and informative. I love the drop off/pick up appointment option, since I am not always able to commit a lot of time when my pets need to go in. The pricing is about what you can expect anywhere, and they are very professional with clean facilities.

Kayla Little, I am sorry for your experience. ...truly. With that being said, I have NEVER had a vet email me personally every 2-3 days asking for pictures of my dog's nails, progress, and overall comfort because he is in pain. I FINALLY got a diagnosis after 2-1/2 years (all in other states.. Yes, we are frequent movers as well) with nothing other than "he has a split nail". Dr. Roach was so wise to say, "I can't do find the problem (after only 6 months and MILLIONS of trials for minimal $ damage as possible)....let's get someone else involved". She referred me to a specialist. Expensive for the dermatologist? Again, yes. Worth it?.... I've been followed home by 4 different people, from 3 different vets in 3 different states, literally, pulling in my driveway, wanting my dog. You tell me..... Obviously not only in my 'mother eyes', but my Ralph is very special. He is a living testament to the dedication of Dr. Roach, the business manager, Tom, who called 5 different places and gave me numerous prescription discount programs to try, and THEN asked if it was okay for HIM to CALL ME BACK after 9 P.M??? ...... when he was done with work. Who does that??? I challenge you to find a more dedicated group of vet techs, dr.s and a network that truly cares as much. If you do, please let me know. I will send their information to GA, SC, MS and FL because God knows, they could use some down there. As for Noah's on Sunnyside Rd. .... I'm keeping them as close as I can. This post is truly meant with much sincerity as I know you love your pet as much as I do mine.

Lacey Lawson

Just a week ago I was faced with the tough decision of putting my beloved chihuahua Claire to sleep. Having never gone through anything like that before, I contacted Tom and he eloquently described the euthanasia process to me. Even though it was still the toughest day of my life, knowing what to expect made it a little easier. The doctor was extremely compassionate, as was the tech. I sobbed like a baby through everything but they were so kind and gentle with both myself and Claire. It was such a peaceful passing and I left feeling like I made the right choice. I read below that someone said they try to upsale their clients but I can honestly say that I felt no pressure whatsoever. They actually credited me for the $54 wellness exam that I had already agreed to pay. How often does that happen? And there were several options depending upon your fiscal status. I never once felt like money was priority, it was all about my sweet 16 year old girl. Thank you Noah's for providing exceptional service while still remaining kindhearted. - --Lacey Rose Lawson
