Doctor Crowe and staff have been awesome with our pets. We are having issues with our 14 year old min pin. Doctor Crowe and her staff have went out of their way to help us with her and her issues and we don't like going to the vet because usually something's wrong with our dogs but we will not go anywhere else as long as doctor Crowe is there. She and her staff are the reason we keep returning.

We take all three of our dogs to get their nails trimmed at the same time. They are so wonderful with my doggies. I have 2 chihuahuas which are typically nervous around strange people but they love it there. We have a terrier which loves it there to. Very good pricing.

I had been taking my precious baby girl to the same vet for years {mt comfort} he had been giving us the same meds over and over again the last couple of months for what he said was wrong. She just kept suffering. He never ran any tests never did any X-rays. My baby girl has passed away today because of a mass that took over her body. I wish to God he had done something besides jus t give pills. Thank you guys for checking her out thourougly and finding the problem. It was too late for her but all of you there were so kind and compassionate. This vet sat on the floor with me as my sweet angel passed away. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic location with dedicated and caring staff. Rarely have issues or delays. Down from 5 stars due to Dr. Wong, whose "advice" and apathy nearly led to the death of my cat. Had to take her to the hospital for emergency care just hours after he said nothing was wrong and that he wasn't worried.

If you don't know what that is, look it up! It's important that any hospital you use for your pet meets these strict standards. There are few people I'd trust with my pet as much as I do Dr. Crowe and her wonderful team of technicians!

My family has been taking our three wonderful kitties to Noah's for about three years now. Every time we come in, every staff member has shown us nothing but kindness and concern for our furbabies. One feline of ours has diabetes, while another has herpes. Noah's has always been quick and accurate in their diagnosis as well as educating us on how to care for them. I was so impressed when they taught us how to check our cats blood sugar! We are definitely patients for life.

Went in today to have my German Shepherd to get a wellness check and shots done. Dr. Wong was very unprofessional. He came in and my puppy was growling and barking at him due to not knowing him and being protective over her family. He became hostile and got an attitude and acted like a little kid. Very unprofessional and much of a little kid. Blows my mind how someone got their license to be a vet. Cuddos to the other workers that came in and took the time and let her smell you and be comfortable with you. If i come back I will not be having Dr. Wong look at my dog.

We brought our cat to Noah's Brandywine animal hospital in an emergency. Dr. Crowe and the vet tech Ashley were great, thorough, and best of all they fixed our gir right up. It was very emotional for us as well as our cat, we were very scared and they were very understanding and thorough explaining everything to us. Even the front desk girls were very sweet and kind. My husband and I highly reccomend Dr. Crowe for your animal care needs.

brought my dog in here worried that she had gotten into a toxic chemical (like rat poison or antifreeze). The vet kept saying she was more worried that it was an occlusion. After I told my husband that my family would assist in paying for what was necessary, which the vet heard, she said that imaging (x rays) were necessary though she did not think that they would show much. After that $200 procedure, which the vet determined only showed gas, she said that we should bring her back the next day for more x rays. We asked about poison multiple times, and she easily brushed aside our concerns. Our pup felt better for a little over a week, and then last night started vomiting again. My husband called the vet this morning, but we never heard back (we still haven't). On my drive back home from classes, our pup started seizing. When I got home, she couldn't walk. We are now at a different veterinarian, who has determined that she was poisoned by antifreeze. We will likely lose her tonight. So essentially we paid $300 for your vet to kill our dog if she doesn't make it through the night tonight.

IF THEY HAD NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD PUT THEM AS FAR IN THE NEGATIVE AS IT GETS!!!!!!!!!!!!! ID EVEN GIVE MYSELF NEGATIVE STARS FOR THAT DAY!!! FOR FAILING MY POOR FURBABY!!!!!! I took my standard poodle puppies (now 7 & 5 months ) in for their shots my female puppy was to get her full puppy package including rabies and my male was to get just his lepto booster ( he already had gotten his full puppy package of shots 4 weeks prior by them and his rabies when he was a little younger at a shots clinic) they had copies and records for everything that has been done with my puppies since birth because I'm very meticulous with keeping records. So they come in do the puppy package on my female then they prepare to give mymale his booster. Besides the fact that my puppy was afraid of them the absolutely refused to take the time for me to calm him down and refused to let me even hold him they held him forcibly to the extent he was screaming in fear and peeing everywhere and farting ( I'm sure if he would have needed to poop he would have) it was so horrible to watch I genuinely wanted to knock both the vet and her vet tech out and leave with my poor puppies! And looking back I genuinely wish with all my heart I would have! Then come to find out not only did the give him his lepto booster they gave him a full puppy package INCLUDING rabies which he ALREADY had gotten weeks before!!!! THEN tried to charge me for it! Trying to make me feel like it was my fault for not informing them! They had copies of all my dogs records since birth! I was detailed in what I wanted when making the appointment AND when I checked in AND AGAIN in the back! AND I could hear how rude and disrespectful they was when they clearly thought I could not hear them out in the halfway discussing the matter before coming in! THEN pressured me into buying medicine for my puppies left ear saying the medicine I had at home wasn't the same GOT HOME AND IT WAS EXACT SAME JUST DIFFERENT BRANDS! WORST OF ALL THAT WAS MY POOR TERRIFIED PUPPY SCREAMMING PEEING AND FARTING WHILE BEING FORCIBLY RESTRAINED! AND THEY HELD HIM IN THE SAME SPOT NOT EVEN REMOVING HIM FROM HIS URINE! WHY????!!!!! WHY DO ALL OF THAT TO A 6 MONYH OLD TERRIFIED PUPPY??????!!!!!!!! WHY NOT LET HIM CALM DOWN AND LET HIS OWNER HOLD HIM! HE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SCARED, HE WOULD NOT HAD TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STILL WISH SO MUCH I WOULD HAVE STOOD UP FOR HIM!!! I FAILED THAT DAY AS HIS CARETAKER, OWNER, "MOMMY", AND PROTECTOR BY LETTING THESE MORRONIC IMBISILS BASICLLY TORTURE HIM (IN HIS EYES AND MY EYES) ALL TO SAVE A FEW SECONDS!!!! LAZY INCONCIDERATE MONEY HUNGRY JERKS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOURE ANIMALS WELLBEING THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY PERIOD POINT BLANK! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR FURBABY HERE!!!!!!!!

Don't take your animals here if you want them to survive. We have a diabetic dog and they refused to refill her insulin. But only after telling us they had called it in. Went to the pharmacy to pick it up, they don't have the prescription. Called and talked to them and they refused to refill it because they "had not seen her (the dog) lately" then told us they told us 6 months ago they need to see her. (Which was a total lie and completely pointless since they has seen her since then and never said a word about anything.) When asked what we needed to do to keep our dog from dying since she is insulin dependent and we only had a few doses left, the lady actually said "I don't care, you should've been here before now." Then hung up on us. Plus, every single time we walked in that place, they wanted to do a fecal exam ($$)....even for well visits or just being boarded. They just want money and do not actually care about the health of your pets. We pulled all of our animals from there and are being treated way better, and for less, at another place.

We have been long-time clients of Noah's Brandywine & could not ask for a better team to care for our pets. Each time we have a concern, the staff works us into the schedule. The doctors have always discussed care/testing options & explained their recommendations, while expressing support for any decision we make. In addition, we have been referred to a specialty center twice in the past year when two of our pets needed specialized care, which to us demonstrates that the Noah's Brandywine staff values our pets' health more than the bottom line. Noah's even provides house calls--which is immensely helpful when one has pets that don't enjoy traveling. We will continue to be loyal customers & cannot express our appreciation enough! We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.

There is no reason a same day appointment should cost over $200. They recommended our dog get hip surgery which would have been over a $1000 just for that. When we said we had to think about that, our dog got better all by himself. Another vet said a surgery would not be needed. Thanks for trying to play up my wife's emotions just to get some quick money..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THESE GREEDY FOOLS.
