So thankful for this place!! We live close to an hour away and needed vet care. Everyone was so friendly even being late at night. Very clean and knew what they were talking about. They offer scratch pay and were the ones to tell me about it. We were able to get the care we needed for our Benny!

My cat was very ill with a urinary tract blockage. They took excellent care of him and we're able to remove the blockage. In my opinion the are the best in the city. One negative is they charge like they are best in the city. They are very expensive but sometimes you just want your pet to get better. They are all about the care of your friend and you too.

My dog had eaten a pair of underwear a few days ago and it wasn’t passing. My girlfriend and I decided it was time for him to go to the vet when he kept throwing up consistently. The only vet open at the time was Noah’s, so we took him there and it seems like they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible. They gave him Xrays and determined the underwear was stuck in his intestines and he would need surgery ASAP. However, they wanted anywhere from $3,400-$4,600 for this surgery and I told them I would find a more affordable vet to do this operation. They did hospitalize him over night and when I came to get him the next day, they said they were not aware I was coming yet because they were under the impression that he was going to get the surgery. Long story short, not anymore than 5 minutes after I got him home, he passed the underwear and is happy as can be again. My bill for him being there 1 night, getting X-rays done, and giving him a few medications and hydration fluids came up to $1,100.. instead of giving my dog what’s best for him, they just tried to ring me out of as much money as they could. Would never recommend going here unless you have absolutely no other choice..

And made sure that his safety was our number one priority. The doctor talked directly to the owners and informed them of everything happening so I wouldn't need to try to remember everything. Where to even begin. This place was a miracle. After 10+ years of dreaming about a corgi, I finally got one. His name is Pancake. He was the sweetest thing we could’ve ever hoped for. Little did we know, he was extremely sick. At just 13 weeks old, Pancake had a crazy neurological episode out of no where late one night. Panicked with no clue what to do, I googled the closest 24 hour animal hospital near me, which ended up being Noah’s. As soon as we arrived, they took immediate care of him, while guiding us through every step. They sincerely cared about not only Pancake, but us too. After a few days in the ICU and many tests and referrals later, we had discovered that our little pup had a liver shunt and needed surgery ASAP. After about 2 months, a couple trips to the ER at Noah’s for neurological episodes, surgery and countless tests, our little man is healthier than ever all thanks to Noah handling one of our scariest nights professionally and adequately. I cannot thank this loving staff enough for all of the love and support they have given to my little family. They are very intelligent, genuine people who you would be lucky to have to care for your fur babies.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Noah's. My first experience was in April when my Chihuahua suddenly fell ill, vomiting and not acting like his normal self. Our former vet said it sounded like we could wait it out till morning, but our gut said to go. We immediately drove to Noah's in the middle of the night. They immediately got us in, and started examing my poor Gibbs right away. When Gibbs crashed, they did everything in their power to bring him back to us. They kept us updated frequently and gave us their true view on the situation at hand. When things were grave, they told us what we needed to hear to make an educated choice. Even though Gibbs did not come back to us, the entire staff at Noah's did everything they could and were amazing throughout. Then, this past Wednesday, we got our Bruno neutered at Noah's after his first wellness exam the week prior. It wasn't the cheapest option, but we felt the most comfortable with the staff at Noah's to make sure our dog was taken care of, especially since he's nervous of many people. They took the time that Bruno needed and took such great care of him that, after one visit, his reactiveness had already calmed down when we took him to be neutered. And Noah's staff was fantastic again when my senior, Brenden, wasn't acting himself. So we were off again in the middle of the night, as soon as I got off work for an emergency exam. They ran every blood test and xray to check what was going on and were able to clearly explain and ease our concerns. That is the best part of Noah's, someone is always available and great at calming your fears and talking you through every situation, from everyday exams or emergency exams.

Don’t take your animal here!!!! I had been taking my dog here for a few years but this last visit just absolutely turned me against them. I take my dog to the vet regularly and I take him for ER visits when needed. I took him to the vet last Thursday because of the weather change he got his usual upper respiratory ailment. First off it always takes at minimum 2 hours to get in and out and that’s even when you are the only one there. So the vet comes in after an hour tells me that they need to run hundreds of dollars of tests for a heart murmur that granted they are the only ones that only hear this heart murmur. Then the get mad and treat me like a negligent pet owner. Yet I brought my animal in for treatment. So fast forward four days he’s not getting better so I call for advice on what to do and I’m told ‘ you can bring him in for recheck but since you refuse to pay to take care of him the way the vet suggests then we probably can’t do anything for you’ I was absolutely appalled I couldn’t believe they were saying this. So I want everyone to know after word of mouth and talking to other pet owners the heart murmur thing seems to be a ploy to scare people into spending more money. I have had five other vets over the years that have checked my dog and no one hears this murmur and I never say anything I wait for them to say they hear nothing. I even had one vet check twice to make sure he didn’t hear it. I just can’t believe this is how they do business and how they treat customers especially after me loyally coming to them for my emergency needs. Shame on Noah’s

The staff was so sweet on the phone gave us all the answers we needed and encouraged us to take her to the closest vet even if it was not them. My 15 yo dog was really sick. We thought we were going to have to put him to sleep. They were understanding and the vet didn't make us feel bad that we were considering that option. The vet checked him out carefully and said she thought we might be able to save him if we wanted to try. Cheeto, my lovely orange kitty, has visited twice in just 24 hours. He has begun to develop crystals in his urine. This may not sound severe, but is very much so. When we knew that he needed immediate care, Noah's was the first thought in my mind, (see the tale of the flying dog below). I was not able to come in the first time, being at work, and my boyfriend rushed him in for me. The staff last night was amazing, and did their best communicating the needed course of action to me over the phone, which is always hard. I (stupidly) opted to observe him at home, thinking that with the help of an anti-anxiety pill that he would be able to calm down and pee. When that didn't happen, I brought him back in and was met with nothing but 100% empathy, and no one made me feel like a bad cat-mom for making a less-than-wise judgement call the previous day. He is now in the best possible hands, and I will have him back home to care for in a few short days! Last summer our dog decided to try and be a bird and leapt over the railing in the second floor of friend's home that we were in, landing face/head first on the stairs below. I frantically called them on the way in, positive that he would be badly injured. The staff we interacted with that night were equally amazing and empathetic, and our lucky lucky pup walked away with nothing more than a small nose bleed! Edit: I wanted to add, after reading some other reviews, that my animal has been seen promptly every time I've gone in. I have always expected a bit of a wait, as I am seeking emergency care, with no appointment. When a person goes to the RR, they may not be seen immediately, because there are other patients who may be in worse condition. It is the same for your pets, when going to an emergency care facility. I assume that there are lots of furry loved ones there at any given time, all needing care and attention.

Excellent Emergency hospital with hygenic rooms and reasonable prices for their services for your fur baby. I took my Yorkie, River here, late on a Sunday, after he ate a sharp beef rib bone and was acting strangely afterwards. I was so worried it had punctured something internally. They calmed me and were incredibly gentle with River. They showed me on the X-rays that the bone was in small pieces and should exit fine. The visit was only $200, fair for everything they did for him & worth my peace of mind knowing he wasn't going to die. They even followed up the next day to see how River was. He's doing great now!! Will definitely use them again, if have too, but hopefully won't have to!

If I could give 0 stars I could. .-*** update : In response to the “owner’s” response, my dog’s diarrhea was not caused by a metabolic condition. It was caused by his terrible care at Noah’s. If I can keep one owner from the heartache I had to experience from Noah’s I will be happy. Please go to VCA, they are expensive but at least they will help your animal. Noah’s is a train wreck. Their lack of communication alone is negligent. The office manager is clueless and unkind. I highly doubt the “owner”knows anything about this, if he did he would have called me but Tom, from another state, who is not the owner, was the only one that would speak with me. In the response from the “owner” they state Scotty was bathed multiple times, that is a straight up lie! He was only bathed at my request when it was time to take him home!!! My poor boy was covered in fences for 3 days. What a cruel establishment. One more thing, I spent about $4000 so this is not an instance of me not wanting to spend money or not having the money to spend. I wish they took as much care at the clinic as they do to responding to the reviews.

I took my 14 month old cat to Noah's on Memorial Day for trouble breathing. Sadly, we found he had heart disease and was suffering. We made the heartbreaking decision to end that suffering. Dr. Sara was so compassionate and caring. She talked us thru every step. She hugged me and almost cried with me. The staff that I met were so caring with my Jackson. They even sent us a card of condolence. Inside notes from his nurse and doctor. They actually took the time to tell us how handsome and sweet Jackson was. These ladies made my experience much more bearable, considering the circumstances.

They showed me medical costs before testing so I could see upfront the expenses with and without extra testing. They supported me in my choices without making me feel like I was pressured to make a particular choice. They were compassionate to my pet and respectful to me as pet mom. After treatment we was sent home with meds for healing urinary infection and instructions for further care. I left confidant knowing they would personally call me with test results. They did not pressure me to return to them but encouraged me to follow up with our regular vet. Noah's open the door of partnership with Daisy Mae, myself, our vet and themselves. Noah's is not just a vet clinic but a relationship in pet care. ❤

Leaking from both ends. I was horrified. Jumped in the car and got him to Noah's. My bill I still owe them for was decent all things considered. I expected a lot worse damage to the pocket given the gravity of his situation. My bed is 3'8" from the ground. I'm shoulder to shoulder 56" around. From a dead stand this week he's back to clearing me like I'm not even there. I pulled him from a bad situation where he likely would have been used as a fighter. I haven't had him long. But my family wouldn't be the same without him. He's found his home thank God. And no amount of money or words could express my gratitude for Noah's quick response to the hell my baby boy was in. He's still with me and doing extremely well. Thank you to all of Noah's staff willing to put my baby before the hopeless man who brought him in to you. I wish nothing but great things and amazing karma for you all. There's plenty of good people in a world full of bad ones. And then there's a few that far exceed anything resembling and average "good person." That's where you few can count yourselves amongst. I firmly believe the bible refers to you few as the anointed ones.

This place is amazing. Dr.klobusnik and his team are the most outstanding vets we have ever dealt with. We brought our cat in who had given birth to a kitten 2 days ago, and still had a kitten stuck in her belly. They greeted us as soon as we walked into the doors, got us into a room and seen right away. Assessed the situation, did an ultrasound, and then went over our options with us. This was a very scary event for my family (which included my two kids who are 4 and 7). The vet tech was there with us every step of the way, answered every question we had, including the ones from my kids, and made sure we were as comfortable as we could be with what was going on. We got constant updates during her surgery and the time they took to make sure we were all set before we went home with our cat and her now 2 kittens is irreplaceable. I will be using them for all my vet needs from now on! If you have never been here, I highly suggest giving it a try. You will not be disappointed

So I came here April 29/30th for my persian cat named Gerald. Basically to sum it up he had crystals. My mom and I did not have enough money for the surgery etc. So they made a plan with us for $900 JUST TO CLEAN OUT THE CRYSTALS basically. So I paid majority of it on my card while my mom paid in cash. After we left because it would be a little while to do this procedure they called my mom back instantly saying come back basically to say your goodbyes (and more so saying it in a way not to scare us). To sum it up they said his heart rate was low, blood, and ph. After talking with Santiago the Vet she said there is a 50/50 chance he would not live. After my mom and I decided to put him to sleep Santiago and the Vet tech or whatever her position was, said the money from my card would be refunded back. It ended up not being that at all. Even though my cat Gerald was already an older cat I feel as if I should’ve just went through with it after spending all that money and them telling me it would go back on my card, if it never was. In my feelings I would’ve still went through with it wanting to keep him in my life along with already putting the money down especially if they had already started on it. I suggest anybody in a tight bond with money get things in writing before any steps, especially at night. But thanks for the extra heartache of my money.

Twice I've had to come here in the middle of the night. The first was when my Old Man passed away. Tonight was the second time, when my Little Girl was having a difficult birth. In both cases, the staff were helpful and compassionate. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Be very cautious, very disappointed and will never be back. They’re more interested in getting you to sign their estimate so they can get as much money as they can. Lack in communication with you and they will use the excuse your animal has a heart condition so they can get more money. There are better places to take your animals where they will get the care they need. My rating is No Stars, go somewhere else!!!!!
