The assistant vet. We're not as knowledgeable as the Dr. And I received a unacceptable grooming which was painful to my dog, also when I picked him up from boarding he was limping I had used them previously and things were acceptable. The groomer did communicated with me

We have gone to Doctor Sam for years now...weird it has been that long to tell you the truth. Dr. Sam and her staff are amazing. When Pedro (our cat) was sick, she was straight forward with the issues and she gave us all the options in the world for him. In reality, she gave us just a little more time with him before the end. The day it was scheduled she was so very gentle with me and him (Yes I was a bawling mess...he was my first fur baby). When the time came she actually let me hold him while she did her "job" and she let me keep holding him till I was ready....not when the next appointment was but when I WAS ready to let go. She is had words of kindness way beyond her years...she definitely has an old soul! Plus, when it was said and done the entire staff was there to give their condolences. That place is more then just an in and out "clinic" they make you feel like your littles (or bigs for that matter) are as important to them as they are to you...and on that day and everyday I thank them for it.

The absolute best. A vet that actually cares! Wish they had more flexible payment plans, but I'm sure people skipping out on bills put an end to that. Have had close to 10 pets taken care of here over the last 5 years, and don't know of a better vet that's more reasonably priced.

The folks here are patient and considerate and kind. They're all bit whirlwind about things, so it might be advisable to be ready to ask any questions on the fly. I don't know how most interactions go, but they let me know the baseline price for what was needed. Unfortunately, the end total was about $100 more than I was originally quoted (and they were clear that the quote could go up depending on what they found), but there was no way to handle that except immediate payment. I certainly can understand why (and this is a simplification of my overall interaction with them), but in the future, I'll be planning to have four times the quoted price on hand before making an appointment. All of that aside, I got very fast treatment, a quick recovery time, and the medicines I got were a good price. And I will definitely be going to this vet again. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Just be aware of what you're getting into.
