Great staff and veterinarians. The cat clinic has it's own entrance away from the dogs. They all truly care about your pets. They knew my 19 year old cat pumpkin very well and we received a touching card when she passed. Now we are on another adventure with our cat Sam. He is seen here looking out the window in the cat exam room.

Always excellent care for my Shamrock, if he needs anything, he gets it They will work your pets in the schedule if an emergency crops up. Any shots or anything upcoming he is due for they will call and/or text you to remind you.

This place is the best! Dr. Rigsby is so amazing and gives your pets very thorough care. She goes above and beyond for my pack and takes time out to talk to you and listen to you and come up with treatment plans together. Their paw plans are affordable and packed full of options to give your pet the care they need spacing out the payments through the year. All the vet techs are great and highly skilled. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for the best care for your animal this is the place to go. They are even open on Saturdays once a month!

Dr rigsby is my cats vet, she and the staff always makes sure my cat and myself are comfortable with any new medications or procedures. Very hands on and you can tell the genuinely care for the fur babies.

Dr. Bob Mason and the folks at Jefferson Road Animal Hospital is the only vet that has touched my pet family members in over 25 years. He has helped us through very tough times and celebrated good times right along with us. The level of service is extraordinary. I have 100 % confidence in everything they do. In the last thirty plus years we have had, now, our fourth dog cared for by Jefferson Road Animal Hospital. We have always found them caring and usually they have plenty of time to discuss our pet’s needs. We have always maintained a schedule of treatment and prevention to enhance our dog’s life and feel that Jeff Rd was always trying to make sure that our pet lived a long and happy life. Sometimes things happen and the life is shorter than expected. Jeff Rd has always showed compassion at those times. I cannot personally see why any pet owner would choose anyone except Jefferson Road Animal Hospital.

I'm not sure how you could have made the experience better. We have been bringing our dogs to Jefferson Road Animal Hospital (JRAH) for more than 15 years. Midnight, RIP 10/12, was our first dog. Midnight became a client of JRAH in 2000. We lost her in 2012 but have brought our other dogs in and will continue to do so. JRAH provides above and beyond care. I wouldn't take my furry friends any where else.

Quoted 400-600. Wanted 1025 at pick up, with no explanation as to why the actual cost was double the high estimate. Holding my cat hostage for a gross miscalculation on their part. Ps it was a tooth extraction, nothing crazy... Never will use again and recommend you also avoid these crooks.

Drs Mason and Swartz have been our family vet for our cats for many years. I highly recommend them and the Cat Clinic for their caring, professional care! The service/office fees may be a little higher than some other vets in town, but so worth it for the quality of care.

No recommended. Good service but charged too much. My dog got ear infection, visited twice but didn't solve the problem at all but charged for $300+. We changed to another vet and got the problem fixed.

We have had quite a few of our 4-legged family through those doors, over the years. The staff is always professional and has been crucial to the health and care of our pets. From the moment you call to make an appointment, you feel welcomed. The front office staff are friendly and kind. The vet techs make you and your pet feel at ease. Dr. Rigsby was wonderful throughout our visit. She listened to what was going on and is very honest and up front in terms of what needs to be done, treatments available, and cost of care. My dog is terrified of any vet's office. She took her time with her and got on the floor to examine her to make her more comfortable. The next day Dr. Rigsby personally called to tell test results and discuss different treatment options. She listened to and answered every question I had. If you take your pet to Jefferson Animal Hospital there is no doubt you will be made to feel welcome and receive the best care for your pet.
