As you know, we don't usually stop to place evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Veterinarian corresponds to the category of Animal hospital.
Very attentive, staff very knowledgeable , Dr was very calming, she made us feel very comfortable.she treated every issue for my Luna with ease. Was very confident in her work. The person I would like to acknowledge is the dr"s assistant that day . I don't remember his name but I'm sure u can find out who he is every question I had for him he answered . Very knowledgeable, best customer service. I've had in a long time
I give Dr. Wozniak five stars! I brought my cat in today with a urinary track infection and she was so helpful and kind! Our cat Gracie is now on the road to recovery! Everyone there was awesome.
From start to finish it is a great place..!!! The ladies at the front desk bend over backwards to answer questions...the vets are great.!! I was told to see Amy W.from a Pet Smart manager...I love Amy's compassion and wisdom.!!! It is just a all around great place to take your pets.!!!!
Doctors do not willingly share any information that they don't need to, and they are pretty blatantly rude about unpopular decisions regarding your pets (i.e choosing not to spay/neuter your pet). Although it seems like a fairly clean facility, nurses will ask your permission to bring your pet behind closed doors for a "body temp and weight" examination, and are likely to return with symptoms of a diagnosis that you've never seen before in the animal you love so much. Though I do have to give them at least a two star rating, they did offer a 'discounted examination fee' for bringing our loved one back in less than a week after her prior visit to diagnose our pet with something she very likely contracted inside their facility, having never shown any symptoms prior to the first visit.
My cat Daisy ended up there with severe DKA or diabetic ketoacidosis in October and the first 24-48 hours were very bad. I was afraid she wasn’t going to make it. She was unresponsive in a comatose like state and her blood pressure had dropped to 40. She couldn’t eat or drink or anything so they had her on IVs. The first time I saw her she was unresponsive and like a limp rag so I was expecting the worst. They gave her excellent care and they were very attentive to her and answered my questions. She pulled through and has recovered after a rough first month or so home. I called constantly the first few weeks because I was having trouble checking her blood glucose and getting her sugar levels regulated. It was very stressful and whenever I called them which was often that first month they were always helpful. Now it’s January and she is doing great!!!
I had to take my dog to the emergency room here after he hurt his leg. They were fast and relatively inexpensive for an emergency vet. The people were kind. I would return here for other emergencies.

My cat was taken there to get neutered and declawed. I waited a long time and I did not even speak to the vet. The techs were nice but I prefer to speak to a veterinarian. I don't even know who the vet was that performed the surgery. I prefer to go to the Merrillville Animal Hospital but unfortunately they don't take CareCredit and needed my cat neutered.
I brought my puppy in because she seemed ill. They immediately told me that the visit would be $91 to start with. I was ok with that. They tested her for Parvo which she was negative for. They gave her some fluids and an anti nausea injection. I walked out of there with a charge of close to $700! Isn’t this a LITTLE extreme for what was done?? I can tell you that it taught me a valuable lesson and that was to always steer clear of this facility!!!!
Brought both of my dogs in today and got them both taken care of in and out
Absolutely love the Drs and staff take great care of my fur babies
This is my second time going here and I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly, the first time my dog came here he pooped immediately at the front desk. The staff was so kind about it I almost felt silly for feeling bad he did it. The vets themselves are awesome as well, I know pockets can be tight but they offer care credit so you don't need to worry about coming out of pocket right then and there. This will definitely be my permanent vet office, no apppintment needed, just walk in, and the most I've waited was 30 min even when the room is full. Great great place, and I HIGHLY suggest it. Also the prices are fair, and not expensive, they're actually the cheapest I came across in my area. Go there, you won't regret it!
This is a wonderful animal clinic and emergency department for our pets. No appointments needed because they have a full service staff of dedicated animal Doctors for our pets. They do send you reminders for your pets yearly exam. I had to use the emergency department 2 1/2 years ago when my 15 year old dog was critical at 6 am. They were so good to me. I will always remember that.
Just moved to the area and am thrilled with the Hobart Animal Clinic. Excellent service, friendly staff and facility is well laid out. Having emergency services available on-site after hours is a blessing.
Literally the BEST clinic I have ever been to. Every single person working there is so helpful and listens and truly LOVES animals. Our dogs LOVE going to the vet to see their friends and the way my dogs react to the staff is what made me drive from Whiting to Hobart! My dogs are both at ease and happy to see the staff. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They are an OUTSTANDING example of a clinic.
The best, most caring veterinarians around! After hour emergency services available when needed.
Staff and drs are very polite
Everyone is very friendly. They love what they do and you can feel it. I've taken my animals here for the past 15 years and I have never had any issues.
I love how they take care of the animals
Nice place. Dr. Ashley Sebedra is the best.
Very good experience, my dog had surgery he was treated well.
Very friendly and helpful
I like the fact you don't have to make an appointment, have liked all the doctors we've seen.
We've been using HAC for years, never a complaint.

I had a great experience with my pregnant dog and her litter of puppies. Friendly staff!
Absolutely love Hobart Animal Clinic. My dogs always see Dr. Cartagena. Everyone there is always very understanding and sympathetic. Usually never have to wait very long. Its best to call and see if there is a wait time if that is what you are concerned about. Friday evenings seem to be their busy time that was the longest we have waited.
They were kind and compassionate.
Excellent comprehensive services!
Very caring place
Always great service but a lil expensive. They will work with you on how much you can afford
They were great with my dog. Brought him in on an emergency. He was really sick and I lost him that day but they were so supportive and nice and really cared during such a hard process.
Nice place. Can be very costly unfortunately.
Have fiance's rescue poodle receiving hind leg surgery recently and was impressed with the care of said pet and the empathy of the staff considering my ladies concern for her. We should be so lucky to have the bed side manner of Doctor Jeremy Cartagena dealing with humans....he reassured my fiance steadily throughout the ordeal.... patience shown in an inpatient world.....my contact with him dealt with a stray cat we brought in who was initially brought to another facility....which after holding said cat for over 72hours had little investigated......we brought her to the Hobart facility and learned of her being pregnant w/4 dead fetuses and he reassured us throughout yet another sick animals treatment....I can't recall all staff involved....but Courtney Ann illustrated the professionalism contained within this clinic.......I'd travel far for this kind of service...
Awesome walk in service. Multiple doctors and techs on staff.
A bit pricey but satisfied. Dr Cartegena is excellent and very caring!
Best Animal Care i.m.h.o.
Had to put our German Shepard down, he was old and had cancer. Paid extra for the private cremation so we could have his ashes. Pick up the ashes, which was in a smaller box than anticipated. A few days later they called to say they gave us the wrong ashes could we bring them back. We take them back for them to tell us they gave us a cat, then give us our ashes which was three times the size and much heavier. The lady even said she knew something was wrong when she gave us the cats ashes. How inconsiderate of our family's loss.
Fast, accurate, extremely professional. Great with animals.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog was well taken care of.
Vert nice staff and prices are good
The only place I will take my cat's, Dr. Diana is awesome
Stay away not good my dog died after she went there.
Takes great care of my little family
Great animal clinic. Dr. Conner is excellent
I usually like this vet office but the last time I went in was for my dog's annual visit. When the vet tech took my dog in back to cut his nails the vet walked in, told me he would find my dog and be right back. He never came back. The vet tech came eventually and said the vet gave my dog his shots in back, he looked good, and we were good to go. My dog had an ear infection at the time so I do not think the vet actually looked at my dog. When I asked to see the vet again the tech told me he was very busy today as he was the only vet in. Yeah so I paid $50 for the vet to literally walk in then walk out.
This place don't care for your or your pets, only money. They give you the runaround until the bill racks up. Anyone who's had a good experience here you're lucky. For the rest that are searching for a new place to go, trust me you've been warned
if you wanna spend an arm and a leg for people who care more about money than your pet then you found the right place. there's plenty of better, cheaper vets in the area that actually care about you and your pets well being.
My cat was blocked, Dr. Stevens saw him right away and assessed the diagnosis and solutions. He was in critical condition but is safe now after having been treated. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is very clean! Thank you!!!
Wonderful staff and care for my dog, wouldn't go anywhere else for an emergency for any of them.
Emergency visit for my cat. Finally got diagnosis of what was wrong with my kitty after several visits to local vets that didn't. Glad to hear he's healthy despite having an eye tumor.
One of the owners Dr. Thomas or Thompson was very rude implied that my husband didn't understand the vet terms for our dogs vaccinations because of his ethnicity. Assuming he didn't understand English. Then went on to scream at me about how his staff would never swindle his customers out of money. When in fact they did making my husband feel forced to get our dogs "deworming" and blood test for heart disease. When they came in for flu shots
They've taken care of my animals very well all of my life
At first I was very pleased with this clinic, but after the loss of one cat and then the almost loss of another 9 months later...be very hesitant to take your pets here. Staff seemed great, a couple of Dr.'s( Booker and Carly Stevens) I immediately didn't care for as they seemed very uneducated when I had to ask all the questions and they didn't have any answers or just said well I don't know. The problem here is it's a revolving door of Drs and walkin. You're just not getting the quality hands on continuation of care for your animal not too mention if your pet is ill then they make you come back and forth to do hardly anything until your pet needs to be hospitalized and the prices will break your bank very quickly. I felt like they just kept doing the same stupid tests over and over during a whole week and my cat almost died. I finally decided to take her out of town to the vet she saw before we moved. It took our old vet 30 mins to see what was wrong, got her to eat in the office and diligently started a treatment plan. Now a week later she is getting back to her normal self. I don't understand how over a weeks time several drs told me they don't know what to do but kept telling me to bring her back? Now thousands of dollars spent to Hobart for never helping and contributing to her failing health. Not to mention it deeply saddens my heart that my other cat may have still been alive if I took him elsewhere sooner but I won't blame Hobart for his death but I will blame them for my sweet girl's significant loss in quality of life at their hands. I pray our old vet can fully help to restore her quality of life. I question the practices at this clinic and this all started for both cats following dental extractions there. So please people go elsewhere, or ask questions and if something isn't right or you're not getting answers don't return because they care more about the money than the well being of your precious furbaby.
Absolutely love Dr. Diana! She took such good care of my sick kitty. It is apparent that she loves her job and loves the animals that she treats. It is so nice to be able to bring my pets to a place that has 24 hour treatment and pharmacy. It is truly a full service establishment.
This is not the regular clinic where I take my dogs, but my dog needed some medical attention fast. I had such a pleasant experience when I took my dog , that I decided to switch her over to this clinic.
Was charged 45$ for examination when I asked them not to do it. The doctor came in for 5 min asked 3 questions that had already been answered and then left still charging me!? They made me feel very unimportant and disrespected.
Genuine caring people taking care of my pet
Friendly, professional, kind, understanding and helpful
Our 1-1/2 year old kitty had a urinary tract blockage on a Sunday so we took him to the Hobart Animal Clinic since they have an emergency vet on staff. They were great. They kept him for two days and he is back to himself a week later. I'm sure there are other cheaper vets in the area, but I cannot imagine putting a price on this young, sweet kitty.... Highly recommend this place.
Always great with our dogs
I came here for a bleeding dog tail. They told me they didn't consider the stream of blood to be an emergency and did a poor job of wrapping it back up. They charged me hundreds of dollars to put a wrap on that is worse than what I did and for pain meds. I was told by my regular vet later that they were not really pain meds. Dishonesty, slow service, and poor work
Very friendly an very helpful to you and your pet and answer any concerns you may have
They were so good us when our dog had to be put down they understood they cared thank you so much they were so helpful
Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else
Very nice and clean. The veterinarian and staff were very prompt, nice and knowledgeable. A little drive for us but way worth it.
Big, clean facility. All staff are very nice and professional. Prices are great and wait times are not bad. This is the only place I take our dogs because their doctor really cares about their well being and not just making money.
I Love this place. I have always brought my fur children here.
Great place very sweet people
Awesome care my dog is like a pup again
They have a vet there 24/7. Really nice to know.
Love this place!
Thank you Dr Baisden and Hobart Animal Hospital for all the kindness and medical care you have given Gunner after the surgical complications at Coyne in CP. I wish I was aware of Hobart Animal Hospital prior to the nightmare at Coyne in Crown Point. Anyone that wants to take the time to read the detailed event of what happened to my 10 month old French Bulldog at Coyne in Crown Point Indiana just go to the review section for the facility on Google. Gunner needed an emergency tracheostomy after complications at Coyne. Coyne CP did not have the supplies to perform a tracheostomy nor did they have a doctor on site to perform the tracheostomy. I was asked by the doctor at Coyne CP if I knew anyone that could perform an emergency tracheostomy and that is when I called Hobart Animal Clinic because it came up on Google. I was frantically calling every vet in the area to find out who was experienced with tracheostomies. That's when I found Dr. Baisden at Hobart Animal Clinic is experienced with tracheostomies, but he was in surgery at the time. I later found out at my follow-up visit with Hobart Animal Hospital after Gunner was released from Highland Animal Hospital after 5 days that the receptionist from Hobart called Coyne to let them know they had the tracheostomy supplies and someone to drive them over on April 19th, 2019. Coyne informed Hobart that they did not need their assistance. Thank you for caring about Gunner.
The doctors & Techs are all friendly, they have nice clean kennels & grooming services. Also, they make sure each boarder has had all their shots.
Love them! They treat my dogs like they are their own and the place is so clean!
Took my cat into the Emergency center when he suddenly began to foam at the mouth early in the morning. Every tech was very comforting and helpful and Dr. Brooker was great! After a shot and complimentary nail trim, my cat came home with a very assured and calm owner. Photo is him napping in his favorite spot just a few short hours later. This was my first time visiting, and I'm so relieved to know there's a 24 hour clinic in Hobart with great staff.
Boarding services for my dog were really great. Can get super busy as there are no appointments made here. You just come in and the vets on duty take care of you. Haven't exactly nailed down the least busy times to go but weekends are definitely super busy.
Very friendly staff.... efficient work on my dog
I was a little concerned about visiting a 24 hrs clinic for the first time. I had a rescue cat that was in need of care. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were never rushed or left without an answer to our questions and concerns. They took excellent care of cat. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!
Amazing place and better pricing than illonois, this vet made us feel at home and very amazing and patient staffing, took care of our pup especially Dr Thompson and Dr Steve. Our pup needed Surgery luxating patella surgery and they did a phenomenal job! Definitely found our preferred Vet.
Very nice people to take care of your pet when bad things happen
Not like getting charge for a over night fee when I was told to leave my cat and they call for me to pick up all in the same day. Then wasnt happy when they told me to come pick up that I had to wait for the doctor to come back from lunch when they could of told me she wouldnt be back til then
They are great and take walk ins no extra charge
A very caring animal clinic
They play on your emotions and they acted like my dog was gonna die, when in reality they only wanted me to spend $750 to have her monitored overnight for absolutely no reason whatsoever. A friend of mine had a similar experience too.
Dr, & staff were great with our cat & really cared
They were very helpful and straightforward, especially since I showed up after midnight
I took my cat here. She hates being in her carrier so she was quite frazzled but the staff handled it excellently, vet and vet techs were super nice. Didn’t have an appointment and got in within 10 minutes!
I've taken my animals here for years. The past couple of years I feel that it's become more of a business than a compassionate animal care facility. My golden retriever has a torn acl. I asked for a refill while there with my other dog. I was told the golden retriever would need lab work to get a refill. She was only on rimadyl for 3 weeks and they wanted lab work for a refill? I can see maybe after 3 months but not 3 weeks. They showed no concern or compassion for her level of comfort.
Both visits here we were quickly waited on and well serviced. I would recommend anyone with a pet go!!
They were Wonderful caring people took great care of my dog
Always kind and efficient
I was so happy to find a walk-in vet. I arrived right when they opened, I only had to fill out a short form since it was my first time, and my cat was seen to by a vet inside of maybe ten minutes. The staff was friendly and kind, and the prices were a huge relief - completely reasonable, I was so grateful. Everything was explained in detail, my questions were answered thoroughly, and I was encouraged to call if I had any further questions or worries. They were super gentle and cheerful with my cat (who was growling and hissing at them the whole time) and even carried him out to the car for me after he was done (he's gigantic). I would absolutely recommend them highly.
Have always taken excellent care of our furball, even going above and beyond by bathing him when he urinated all over himself in his carrier. (Indoor kitty is terrified leaving the house, even in a carrier)
This is the best place to take your furry loved ones! All doctor's r excellent and caring. Staff is also
Awesome people!
Good care and in a timely manner. Be prepared to pay the big bucks though! Not cheap. Very thorough check ups and services.
I love this clinic. Wait time is sometimes long, but the care you receive makes up for the wait
I was thoroughly impressed from the time we arrived until the time we left. I give their customer service a A+; very impressive. The clinic was immaculate & had a very nice smell. I appreciate when a business can go the extra mile to relieve me of my fear, the reason that i had to seek their service.
I was just there to have my cat cremated. I hadn't heard of them before as they're kind of off the main roads I drive, but easy to find once you're on 130. The staff if very friendly and sympathetic to my loss. My cat's cremains came back in a lovely wooden box. The box was in a paper bag with her identifying info so I didn't have to worry about getting the sticker off the urn nicely. Even her ashes inside the box are well marked. I have another cat so I'm sure I'll need their cremation services again. I'm thinking of taking my remaining cat there for his veterinary needs.
The staff is amazing here. Everytime we visit the staff is so nice!
I absolutely love this place. These people love animals and are extremely professional.
I love this facility. I take all three of my dogs here and they are the best vetenarians and technicians I have been able to find. The prices are competitive and the compassion and patience is stellar. They are also very understanding of not so well behaved pups (spoiled rotten).
We had to go in on a Sunday because our dog had been sick for several days. The Vet was great and explained everything clearly, she told us the costs up front and allowed us to choose the best path to getting our dog healthy again. I would highly recommend this place!
Terrible service from Deb? at the front desk. Extremely rude over the phone, obviously does not have any business being a client service representative... More suited for a job in a cubicle.
No appointments, needed, luv to just walk in and are dealt with in a professional and quick manner!! All my dogs are treated with love by all the staff.
Always good to my doggy!!
I love this place! Dr. Regan has treated all three of my kids for years! One of them was found tied to a tree and left to die. With her help he was nursed back to health and is a happy though overweight kid. I keep going back year after year to have them taken care of here.
Horrible judgy veterinarians and the technicians are not very nice either. Only saving grace is their prices are good but there are much better options in the area.
No appointments needed! Short wait times as multiple vets work at the same time. Clean facility and friendly team of employees. They have walk-in Saturday hours too which is conveinent if you work all week.
Wait time and prices contributed to my giving 3 stars. Staff IS friendly, vets are nice. Meds are over priced, you can ask for a prescription to have filled at CVS or Walgreens. A wait time of 1.5 hours is just unacceptable, especially when there's only 2 other people in waiting room.
Have been going here for years. Real nice people, beautiful establishment. Usually I don't care which vet sees my animals and no appointment needed. This time I felt like we waited longer than normal. Went in because my dog was limping and so they checked him out and took x-ray and really couldn't find anything, gave him some anti-inflammatory and pain pills. Over the years prices have gone up alot. Still cheaper than some vets. Gave dog meds and really never got better. Can't afford to get an MRI or CAT scan especially to possibly not find anything. My dog limps sometimes but then runs outside still, so confusing. I'm trying joint supplement treats for now to see if that helps cause I love my animals.
Good care and in a timely manner. Be prepared to pay the big bucks though! Not cheap. Very thorough check ups and services.
A fantastic group of veterinarians and technicians. I highly recommend them
No appointment needed, 10 minute wait. Caring staff.
Nice people fair prices.
Fraudulent and rampant greed.
I took my puppy in here and just because I did not have enough funds they just let her die wouldn't give her any thing
Dr. kish saved my little pup who nearly died from pneumonia. I could never thank her enough. She is great and was very patient while i figured things out and explained everything along the way, as well as calling me with updates as she progressed. i would have given 5 stars but there are a couple doctors there i do not care for but most of them are wonderful. they are also a little on the pricey side.
All of the people at Hobart Animal Clinic are so wonderful. They are kind, caring people that clearly love their jobs anf their patients.
Dr. Diana is awesome! We really appreciate how she took care of our little girl.
Been taking my pets here for about 6 years now. Always friendly and helpful as well as quick to get your pet seen as they possibly can.
All my animals go to Hobart Animal Clinic. They have been amazing to my cats and very thorough and helpful. The vets always love my strange cats and helped me nurse my rescue kitten from 2 ounces to now an overweight happy fat cat who just celebrated her 14th birthday. I love their care and services for our fur babies
They lady I spoke to over the phone was very clear she did NOT want me to bring our pup in to have her vaccinations done. She kept telling me to call back another day to get price quotes and times. She honestly sounded like she hated her job and she wasn't happy being there on a Saturday. I will NEVER take another animal to this facility.
Open 24 7.. but charge way to much money. Crazy prices.
The vets here are like a revolving door. My dog has had seizures after 2 seperate incidents with medication and according to tg them, it isn't related but he hasn't had any since
Have taken all my dogs here. Love my vet. Don't have to have appointment
Great clinic been taking our dogs there for 30 years. The people that work there are the best.
Today I put my dog down. The vet was terrible she made me and my family feel like we were killing our dog. She said the dog looked healthy when all she did was glance at her. When we told the vet that we already made the decision she grabbed the needles and snatched the dog away from me and put her down...Very judgemental and rude. No empathy whatsoever. I hope those words fade away. I don't want that memory to be the last.
One stop shop. And over 10 veterinarians and with services from grooming and boarding and surgery and general veterinarian services. Always a kind staff and friendly environment. And their prices are very competitive with after hours emergency service too. I am very thankful they are close to me
I've been going here 4 a long time. They r truly careing people that care about ur 4 legged babies but u also. Would highly recommend!!!
Very friendly, and calming as I had to bring my dog in and considering she is 15, I was a bit nervous. I felt the tests they did and how they explained everything up front as to why they needed to do what they did helped. My baby (dog) is doing just fine now.
great place, friendly and caring staff. have taken care of all my animals dogs.cats, and guinea pigs. they are very compassionate. when it came time to say goodbye to my best friend, i couldn't have asked for better people to be around in my time for need. Baisden, Gast, Cartagena and Thompson are the best!
The best part is that they're walking and as long as you come Monday through Friday the prices are really cheap always got good service better than Munster Animal Hospital definitely worth the drive
Good place with a nice staff but expensive
Very helpful great with pets
Friendly caring staff. Nice clean place.

All I can say is Dr. Amy Wozniak is amazing. She really cares for her furry patients and their patients.
Doctor And staff were very attentive and nice. Helped describe the situation my dog was going through. I will be going to this clinic from here on out!
Willing to help your pet what ever it takes if you are willing to put your pet through it.
Receptionists are rude. Everyone I know warned me about this place. Should've listened! 2 people I work with have law suits against this practice.
Great help
This place is amazing! They had to do an emergency surgery on my cat, I was able to apply for a credit care card so I have a year to pay off that bill. They called my to update me with her surgery, and after picking her up, they called me to check on her the day after surgery. Super nice people there, the Drs are amazing. Very clean.
Very sympathetic and empathize with you. Gave me hugs and soothed me while dog went into surgery
I am very pleased with this clinic! They have taken great care of my fur babies. My puppy needed emergency surgery on Christmas Eve and they did everything they could and took great care of him. The incision looks great, they were able to give me information on him right away when I called and I was able to be at ease knowing he was in good hands. The surgeon called me when he decided it was time for surgery and called me after to tell me everything went great. Even on regular visits, if a veterinarian tells me they are going to call me, I absolutely receive a call. I did have a different vet clinic before and pricing is very similar (that seems to be the main topic with this clinic), I switched to this clinic because the quality of care and the accessibility of a veterinarian at any time.
I've been going here 4 a long time. They r truly careing people that care about ur 4 legged babies but u also. Would highly recommend!!!
They are always so patient and kind with my fur-kids. We come from Hammond, and they are worth the drive. We feel like they are exceptional, and they definitely go above and beyond for our pets.
They were fast and listened! My dog was happy with them.
Best animal clinic in nw in. Had to do the hardest thing I've ever done and that was putting my dog down. They were simply amazing.
Straight to the point .... Friendly
Great staff! 24 hour service available
Very compassionate before during and after the death of my puppy
wonderful experience!
Very friendly, and calming as I had to bring my dog in and considering she is 15, I was a bit nervous. I felt the tests they did and how they explained everything up front as to why they needed to do what they did helped. My baby (dog) is doing just fine now.
Great place to rescue an animal
No appointments needed.. Decently priced.. And very nice staff.. Doctors are well informed and take their time with your pet
Knowledgeable doctors
Loved it here they took great care of my dog
The care was well done and kind. My big issue is that they take it upon themselves to administer additional medications or treatments when out of the room without asking, or discussing costs. My pet was given a pain injection that lasts a couple hours, but she was exhibiting no signs of being in pain and it was a $50+ dollar shot. Plus some lab work that was inconclusive and useless they also did without asking. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't have the $? The 2 things she needed, a draining procedure and antibiotics, and they wouldn't hand me the meds until I paid. I presume they'd have held back the meds she needed if I didn't pay in full for care she didn't actually need. I've been to this place 2x and this happened both times, so it wasn't just a fluke. Done going here. Which is sad, because I did like the staffs personalities and the care my pets received. I just expect upfront honesty.
Excellent pet care.
No in house progesterone testing available
This is a first come first serve place. You get whatever vet that is available when it is your turn. However, if you find one that you like, as I did, you can ask for them when you go in. Everyone is super nice. I would have given them 5 stars but you have to pay in full. They won't take payments at all. .
Great place nice doctors and staff, very caring
