This is the place to take your furry friend. My wife and I have been taking our cat Tigress here for a while and have been seeing Dr Smiley. He is probably the most caring/compassionate and helpful veterinarian I have ever met. Dr. Smiley goes way above and beyond in every. He and his practice have done so much for us and have been there for us through thick and thin. I cannot thank everyone there enough. If you want the absolute best care for your animal companion, this is the place to go. The love and compassion that is exhibited here is phenomenal. Dr. Hostetler is a new veterinarian there and also does a great job. The other nice thing about this place is that the doctors are on what is called the Medici app. It allows for you to reach out to the veterinarian without having to call and wait on hold forever and gives you the ability to take photos of what's going on and send them via the app. This is the best vet ever. I probably should finish posting this before I keep repeating myself.

The doctors at this hospital are amazing. Our dog had ACL surgery here and the doctors went above and beyond before, during and after surgery. I would highly recommend Geist Station Animal Hospital.

Our ten old cat Izzy was having lots of stomach issues and Dr. Aaron Smiley diagnosed her with food allergies. Since we have changed her diet to special food she has been a different cat. She is calmer, more comfortable and no stomach issues. Thanks Dr. Smiley!

The online service that Geist Animal Hostpital offers is amazing. My poor husky was attacked by a stray dog the day before Thanksgiving. All vets where booked or closed. My only options where VCA or online chat using Medici. Before I took her to VCA ($$$), I figured I’d try Medici first. After Dr. Smiley and I messaged back and forth, I sent pics too, I was able to get a scrip called into CVS to hold off any infection that may occour until her appointment on Friday. This helped put my mind at ease over the holiday. I’d use this hospital again and again. Thank you!!!

Dr Smiley is amazing! Made a housecall to check on our new puppy and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend him to anyone! Great with our puppy and our kids!

I highly recommend Dr. Smiley. His office uses an app that allows you to get in contact with him easily, with the ability to video chat as well. The house calls service provided is awesome too! My dog started acting strange one evening and Dr. Smiley completed a virtual exam on her through video chat at 9:30 at night, he then made a house call the next morning at 7:15. Based on his exam he recommended an x-ray and even offered to bring my dog to his office with him and bring her back that evening. If it weren’t for his quick actions and diagnosis, I don’t think my dog would be alive today!

We just got back from an impromptu visit here - we hadn't come to Geist Station before. However, our new rescue dog was having some issues we needed checked out ASAP after work, and our normal vet didn't have any appointments until morning. Geist was open later and said to come right over. The doctor was smart and shared all of his thoughts and knowledge with us, and told us more about our dog than our normal vet could! We are now considering changing our "regular" vet choice to Geist!

I can’t say enough great things about Geist Animal Hospotal. Initialy I thought they were solely a hospital, but that’s not the case. They offer everything from routine check-ups to surgical procedures. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. I brought my two cats there - one was very nervous. Dr’s Smiley and Hostetler took the time and extra care not to frighten the cat more than she already was. They also provided a solution to her excessive grooming problems and educated me on cat behavior. A great benefit they offer is the Medici app. The app allows me to contact them via text with any questions or concerns day or night, and they’re quick to respond. There is only one small charge for each separate issue - it’s well worth it. They offer Apple Pay, on-line scheduling, and will email your invoice to you (upon request). These additional conveniences along with the exceptional care makes me highly recommend GAH.
