Our pets have seen a number of the vets here and all have been so great and loving. They always make them feel safe, and they're so knowledgeable. The office staff is also fantastic, they always fawn over our pets and I can just see them get excited about the attention they're receiving. This is a great place to visit if you're animals are at all nervous when it comes to vet visits.

The staff here are amazing! I'm one of those what you would call a crazy pet parent. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and had to stay overnight. They were so wonderful with me calling and and just checking and giving me updates anytime I called. They always take wonderful care of my dog. Their understanding of not only what I'm going through but my need for her is amazing as well. Dr. Rock is fantastic!

Over the past month our male pitbull has had numerous things wrong. Family Pet has been amazing working with us, getting Hilo in quickly and treating everything he has. What started out small with a simple limp to rushing him in thinking we were going to lose him- they truly have helped save our baby boy. Hilo is still in the recovery stage but Family Pet has been absolutely amazing! Dr. Rock is an amazing vet and has spent countless hours helping and treating our boy! Highly recommend taking your animals here!

My german shepard had a tumor in his neck and it was non-cancerous but it began to smell really bad so we scheduled an appointment. But, the next morning the smell was unbearable and his appointment still wasn't for 5 more days. So we called and they asked us to bring him in and drop him off and they would see what they needed to do when any of the vets had time. I got a call mid day about our options for him and by the end of the day my dogs tumor was removed. They we're very kind and professional to me and my dog. I'm greatful for everything they did to help my dog. I highly recommend taking you pets to this office.

Dr. Rock is great. Our dog has Addison's disease, so he needs extra testing and medication; Dr. Rock is on top of it all. What I most appreciate about him is the fact that he sticks to just what we need. For example, or dog had stomach issued back in November, so they took some blood tests then. When his spring blood tests came around he only ordered a few basics since we'd just done it a few months ago in order to save its money. We highly recommend Dr. Rock!

I was beside myself when my kitty, Merlin became extremely ill overnight. I was told by a friend since it was an emergency to just take him and they would treat him with great care. Having said that, I had not called nor would he fit in a carrier because he weighs 30ish lbs. They treated me and most importantly my baby kitty with the outmost care and respect. The fees were affordable and didn’t try to tack on extra tests to make more money. The Staff and Dr. Jen were absolutely amazing and kept me informed of his progress throughout the his day stay. I would recommend them 1,000x over. They absolutely rock and I will be a lifetime customer! Thanks so much for putting the care of my beloved pet above anything else and overlooking my inexperience with pet emergencies!!!

Very friendly staff; super nice and caring. My cat got a flu or some virus but she didn't recover after over two weeks (I had taken her to another vet). She was in pain so I called them and they let me drop her off the next day. They ran blood tests and took x-rays per our agreement, but didn't find anything unusual; just some problems with her stool and bowel movement. They charged me for FeLV/FIV combo test but later on took it out because I did not agree on it. They scheduled a follow-up visit in two weeks and called the day before my appointment to confirm. Surprisingly, they did not charge me for the follow-up visit. All in all a very pleasant experience.

When my best friend (pup)was near death and diagnosed with pancreatitis and diabetes, they took my children aside and gave them small stuffed animals to distract them and allowed me time to process and regain my composure.
