Since I moved to Indianapolis - I haven’t been able to find the right vet clinic! My boss recommend I go to Fall Creek as my rescue dog, Beyla, struggles with behavior issues and everyone there understands dog behavior. Dr. Luth has been such a great vet, working with figuring out Beyla’s health issues and getting us answers and solutions! It is good reassurance to know you can trust your dog with someone! The staff is very friendly! I am THAT dog mom with a ton of questions and have never felt rushed or belittled by them. Dr. Risser is very knowledgeable and gentle. He has a great pupside manner and is detailed in his explanations. We took our puppy a few times in his first few months and he walks right in without being scared or timid thanks to their demeanor with the animals.

Dr. Riser is a very good vet and cares for the animals he treats, but the location continues to grow without him overseeing the day to day operations as he did on the past. We had been a client since they opened the first location. On August 15, 2018 my dog went in for her monthly grooming service, which she had been doing with them for the past 13 years. She was also due for her vaccinations and senior wellness exam. In years past, we dropped her off and wait for a phone call that everything is complete. We received a phone call and arrived to pick her up. We paid the invoice at the front desk for over $200. We then went in on September 17, 2018 for the next grooming service. Upon coming back to pick her up, they stated that we had not paid our balance from the previous visit of $62. My wife stated that everything was paid in full upon exiting the facility, and the staff continued to dispute the claim. I reached out to the owner following the conversation and asked for a return phone call, and was informed via text message that "upon gathering all information, it seems our practice is not able to continue to meet the needs as we were able." Later found out that a vet had incorrectly coffee something in the system, after they stated they are no longer able to meet our needs. I wish they would properly train the staff in their computer software to avoid computer glitches at the customer's expense. I also wish they would train front desk personnel to focus on animal care and not financial obligations.

I call the vet because my cat is very sick, wanting to make an appointment for that same day, only to be told that they can't make time for my poor sick Midnight. Sorely, sorely, disappointed in their lack of concern for my pet's health. Any other vet I have ever been to before would go above and beyond to see my sick pet, and get them back to health. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Our family loves Dr. Risser and he is the reason we trust him with our pets. Back in April we had to put our cat down and he handled it with such care and respect. We never felt rushed and stayed with her long after she passed. The next day flowers were sent to our house followed by a letter signed by the staff. We were very touched. Dr. Risser and his staff went above and beyond. As for the building, it's new and kept very clean. The reception is very large with a fireplace, a mini fridge with beverages and snacks, and plenty of seating. There is a play area off to the side for children. The visitation rooms are well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff is all very professional; we've seen Dr. Luth and Dr. Risser and we are very pleased with them both.

My family took our dog to the clinic because he kept getting sick and we weren’t sure what was wrong. The staff put him on IV’s due to dehydration and wanted to keep him overnight for observation....but no one was going to be there with him overnight to observe him, so we took him home with us. That night he passed away. I am highly disappointed in this clinics lack or urgency, and not advising us of the severity of our dogs condition. If we would have known he was such high risk, we would have taken him to a hospital, but that was never communicated to us. Due to their neglect, we lost a member of our family. I would not recommend taking your pet here.

6/18 to 6/25: Boarding Services - I want to say this place is a "safe" haven for our pets. We found this vet because of a previous pet that was denied boarding everywhere, because he was a diabetic and insulin medicated. Fall Creek was not one to shy away from this and gladly helped our pet with our boarding needs. As time continues to go on, our diabetic pet passed on, but because of the extreme care they always took with him, I didn't hesitate to bring our new family member (Charlie) to this facility. We have used the clinic boarding facility many times and the care they consistently give my pet is exceptional and I find the staff really cares for the animals. I love the fact that the staff will send me texts on my pets well being and pictures of him running around on their grounds. I highly recommend this clinic for your boarding needs as they care for the pets in a loving capacity and not as a gravy train to feed the business costs. Keep up the great work Fall Creek, you will always be my hero for the work you do with our pets.

I brought my dog in on July 5, 2016. He had been ill and it was time to let him go. Dr. Luth and his staff made me feel good about my decision. Although it was tough, it was right. Dr Luth and his staff were kind and compassionate. Almost like my dog Lou was one of their own. The staff at fall creek also sent me a condolence card signed with a message from everyone there. And they also sent us flowers for our loss. That was the nicest thing ever and meant a lot to me. Thank you to the staff and doctors. You will always have my pets in your care.

Everyone in this office is AMAZING. They have taken care of pets that we have had and have for more than 4 years. They are like family to my family and I because of how much they care and help with our pets. Even though Buddy didn't like check ups Dr. Luth always treated him like he was his dog. There is none quite like Dr. Risser. The care and compassion he provides his patients (and his clients) is unsurpassed. We've had 4 dogs as patients of Dr. Risser over the years and in the last 2 years, we had two deaths (one tragic and one not).
