I would not even give this place a star if I could. I took in my pit bull mix to what a though would be a regular check up. Dr Stephanie bees on was the person that saw us that day, she approached our dog with fear which should have been my first clue to leave the place and look for another vet. After that she decide to put a muzzle on my dog which I was ok with since it was going to make the examination easier. Well my dog did not like it, the nurse took the leash to take him into another room and he started jumping on her then the doctor took the leash and he jumped on her. She started jelling like crazy I pulled him back and told her that it wasn’t going to be a good fit. The nurse which was a sweet heart suggested we bring him back with the owner and give him a special medicine to calm him down, which I believe should have been what Dr Stephanie should have suggested. I called the owner to see if we could give that a try, he proceeded to tell me that the dr that saw him put in notes saying she got a nibble and that my dog try to jump on them and bite them (mind you he had a muzzle so it would have been impossible) she is suppose to be some kind of animal behaviorist??? But had no clue, she wanted to make sure no one would see my dog and put lies in notes to cover her own negligence. So disappointed! Vets are supposed to help animals and know how to handle them this is not a place that does that, and the owner is worthless!

They went above and beyond with helping get all the paperwork in order so my cat could come with me to Oahu and not have to spent a day in quarantine. Everything worked perfectly and she was released to me the day she arrived on the island. If you're lucky enough to work with Nicki Grider you'll quickly find that you basically just won the customer service lottery.

I am new to Indy and took my dog here as he was having loose stool. The guy front desk was very nice and friendly. When my doctor came in she spent the first 25 minutes “educating” me on the products I needed to buy from them. At the end, I finally got a chance to let her know I was there for a specific reason. I left with huge tablets (larger than the size of a quarter) to give to my 15lb dog. Which I was assured “taste great and are easy to get dogs to take.” They had the chance to provide exceptional customer service and totally missed! I called to see if there was another option as my dog would not take this medication. They let me know for an additional fee I could come purchase a gel (and just eat that fee and keep the useless horse tablets). While $25 is not a lot- it’s the principle after the $237 I had already spent. Needless to say I will certainly find another vet!

My cat Snowball came in for a dental cleaning. He gets very anxious when he goes anywhere in his carrier. His caregivers gave him lots of attention (which he loves) and he left calm and happy. It was a great experience.

We love Mass Ave and Foubtain Square Animal Clinics and are very excited to have Fall Creek Place Animal Clinic even closer to home. Same amazing staff and great service! They always provide honest opinions and don’t try to sell you on unnecessary tests or medicines. Would recommend 100%

This clinic is fantastic, all the staff including docs are so friendly and kind. They take the time to make sure both my dog and I are comfortable and I understand what they are doing and why. My puppy didn't enjoy vet trips before we moved to Indianapolis and started using this group of clinics. My favorite part is that the Fall Creek location is only a few minutes away.

Went here for the first time after one of my pups had an allergic reaction to something. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency but i did need to get her in ASAP, i called at 7am and they were able to get me in at 8:30. I was seen super fast and the vet, i believe her name is dr Shaw was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kept my Sammie girl as ease. Plus, the plan of care was effective very quickly! I am definitely going to be going back here for both of my pups!

This place is a joke! The receptionist is beyond rude and the staff only wants your money. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go somewhere else. These people do not care about the well-being of animals, They only want to make money.

Very convenient clinic near my home. I've been taking my dogs to Mass Ave until they opened up their location here. It's VERY convenient for those of us on the near north side. Parking is VERY limited though but I've seen people parking on the street. Then again it's so close to home it'd be a good opportunity to walk Fido to the clinic anyway.

Fantastic experience. The first location I called couldn’t get my pet in at a convenient time, so the receptionist found another location Nearby for me that could get my dog an appointment in the next hour. She was friendly and polite and obviously very helpful. Appointment turn around is great if you need to get in quickly! Once I arrived at Fall Creek Place the vet and the nurse both spoiled my dog with treats and pets the whole time he was in the office. Very clean. The vet took her time explaining exactly what may be wrong with my dog and all the different potential treatments he may need. Definitely my go to vet for any future issues no question. The vet seemed extremely knowledgeable and I’m confident in her recommendations for treatment and thrilled with the customer service experience. Overall I’m so impressed and happy to have found a place I can confidently take my dog with any issues he has!

Very caring staff. This is #3 in a chain so I had to try them out. I like they're all connected so I don't have to carry records or remember meds and such. I trust this chain with my boys' health and treatment. It is a little on the costly side but they do have a program that gains you discounts to use towards the bill. All 3 facilities are close to my house and easy to get in and out.

One of our dogs had an allergic reaction to something. Normally attend Mass Ave Clinic but they didn’t have an appointment available. They immediately offered the Fall Creek site which had a spot available 20 mins later. That was PERFECT for me! The tech and vet were both incredible - as the other vets and techs are at the other locations. They are SO accommodating, professional and caring! Would (and have) recommend any and every location to anyone. Thanks Fall Creek (and Mass Ave and Fountain Square) staff for always taking the best care of our four-legged babies!!

Wow!! What an amazing team of animal loving professionals! After moving I needed a vet that was both close to our new home and excellent at their job. I can't believe I found both. How great is it to have a vet that loves on your pets like you do! Dr. Shaw was so great with my two cats and gave them cuddles while she examined them. And I'm pretty sure our trip to this clinic was the first one without extra fussing from my oldest cat! Cat and owner approved!

This group of clinics is amazing. My pets have been seen here and at the Fountain Square clinic and every single person I've interacted with has been wonderful. They have even answered some questions over the phone while I've been raising bottle baby kittens, enabling me to leave the small kitten at home while still making sure he's healthy. They were recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad!

We have been seeing Fall Creek for the last few months for our cats for both acute illnesses and for regular health maintenance. I have never seen a better vet, sincerely. I don't normally leave reviews but Dr Shaw and the staff there have been amazing. They always have openings, even on short notice. I never have to wait in the lobby, once checked in, they take us right back to a room. The staff there truly love animals and it shows. They talk to and cuddle your pets throughout the whole visit and help them feel comfortable. Listening with a stethoscope isn't just a cold clinical thing. It means a hug and pets while they listen. Getting a weight isn't simply dropping a cat on a scale, but they use cat nip to try to gentle coax the cat up, and if they don't (as cats are independent and do what they want), they are gentle are loving. They have given my sick kitty multiple bags of treats. They explain everything very well, and follow up with you after the visit. The prices are insanely affordable and I am continued to be amazed whenever we check out. Their love and care of animals has inspired me to be more proactive with regular checkups. Truly an amazing and refreshing vet experience.

We followed Dr. Shaw to FCPAC from the previous location she worked at because we just love her so much! She's a great vet, and also just a solid human. You can tell how much she really loves and cares about all of her pet patients. As humans who try to care for themselves as naturally as possible, we value her use of herbal medicines as well - She does a great job of balancing Eastern and Western medicine. We have very much appreciated how respectful she has been of our personal decisions, such as putting our dog on a plant-based dog food. When we adopted our 13 year old dog, we honestly weren't sure she would make it through the year because her medical conditions were such a mess. Dr. Shaw got her all figured out and now our puppo is better than ever. Our finicky cats are doing very well under her care too. Outside of Dr. Shaw, the staff is amazing! Great communication skills, friendly, wonderful follow up practices... couldn't ask for better service. Location is convenient and parking is easily accessible. The Perks program has already paid for itself and keeps on giving! Love this clinic system!

I love this vet. My dog has pretty severe anxiety issues and is scared of most people. The staff here is always very gentle and slow moving with her and never makes her feel nervous. They’re all very well educated and give great advice. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. And the quality of care they provide is worth it. Love y’all ❤️

I usually go to the Fountain Square location, but all of there locations are great. I was able to get in within hours of calling which was a huge relief. I recommend them as a Vet to all of my friends. The staff is friendly and personable with a short in office wait time. They really work well with me and my dog.

We take all of our 4 furr kids to Fall Creek Animal Clinic. Dr. Shaw is amazing as well as all the other staff. They take the time to listen to any concerns and make sure your pet is taken care of appropriately. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet.

Great staff and wonderful new facility. My only issue is that I had to take my pup to the Emergency Vet one night a few days after our visit here as there was an abscess near her spay surgery site that was infected and leaking. Dr. here said that it was the surgery site itself.

They have the most genuinely caring and compassionate staff of any animal clinic I've ever been to. From the person who answers the phone, to the technician, to the veterinarian, I was treated with respect and my cat was treated with love. I feel that the staff is knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my pet's health, and they listened to me. I am a huge fan of City Way Animal Clinics. I love that their computer system is such that they can schedule an appointment at any clinic, no matter which one you have called, and they can even see your info at Furr pet spa. I highly recommend them.
