Was NOT impressed. I took my service dog in and they trated me like i was clueless to what was really happening so they wouldnt answer my question. their additude was impatiens and condescending. I Never did find out what was wrong with my dog so i came home and Googled the words i had heard. wont go back.

We've been taking our dogs here for about a year and the doctor is great, but the front desk ladies are rude. Not all of them are, but there are one or two that work there regularly who have zero tact. They don't treat their customers in a professional manner (I've heard them talking to rudely to other customers on the phone while I am standing in the lobby. When they hang up the phone, they gossip about the customer to their coworkers)! I called and told them how upset I was today and the lady just said she was sorry that I felt the way I did...as if how I felt was the issue....not the tactlessness of the staff. She never apologized for how we were treated and kept getting defensive. We are switching vets. If you can get past the front desk, the doctor is great!

They have a well trained staff and a very knowledgeable Doctor. He knew what was wrong with my dog right away and took immediate action. She was hospitalized at the vet clinic for three nights and they were very kind and let me visit my dog everyday. I highly recommend this clinic.

The last 2 times I have called about my dog the lady on the phone has been very rude. The first time she basically laughed at me because I had no knowledge in dog pregnancy. And the second time I called (which I didn't want to because of the first time) she was rude the second she answered the phone until she hung up. Just because I am not knowledgeable in this situation does not make me stupid and I shouldn't be treated as such. I am not a trained vet for crying out loud that's why I am calling in the first place. This is absolutely unacceptable and I don't understand how this place is still operating.

Called this morning about antibiotics for a pig. Usually got to veedersburg but needed it asap, the lady who answered was really snobby and wasn't very nice. This is just an opinion but west central in veedersburg is way better.

Our girl Ginger visited Crawfordsville Vet Clinic this afternoon. Ginger can be a handful. I actually lost sleep last night worrying about the appointment. But it was the most drama free visit we have had yet! Dr. Mellady was new to us, but she was awesome with Ginger (she set me at ease too). Linda at the front desk was especially helpful with information regarding Lyme Disease vaccine side effects and flea & tick medicine. Thank you Crawfordsville Vet Clinic for taking good care of our treasured fur baby.

My dog has been seen at the Crawfordsville Vet Clinic for a number of years, and I'm pleased. Our primary vet here was Dr. Smiley who has retired, but I feel confident that we will continue to have good care. Boarding is really great. The animal runs roomy and are kept clean. They are indoor/outdoor runs that are well fenced. I never have to worry about my pet getting harmed by another animal. Boarding areas are heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.

He took her very quickly, we were there less than an hour when he came back and gave us great news, that she would make it, with no broken bones. The cost was lower than I expected also. They have kenneled for us two or three times now and the dogs are always happy to see us of course, but always healthy and happy when we get to them.
