Do NOT go here if you care about your animals. I've been going here for several years for my cat Ginger. Over the past year things have gone entirely downhill. Our kitty has been having issues with allergies and skin irritation. It has taken almost a year of going back again and again and again. Each time we are just given steroids and sent on our way. When we requested to have her allergy tested the Dr. made a big deal about it being $275 and implied that we wouldn't want to pay that much. Finally, we got her tested and were told that we would have to wait another MONTH to get the results and have our consultation; even though the results came in after two weeks. Meanwhile, poor Ginger is suffering. I told them we would be picking up the results before the consultation. We did so and then changed her food to one without all the allergens that came back as positive on the test. Then once we finally got our consultation, we waited for 25 mins past the scheduled time before anyone came back. No apologies for the wait. We informed the Dr. that we had changed her food and noticed some improvement. To which she replied "Well the food testing isn't always accurate". She then suggested we put her on anxiety medicine to treat her allergies??!! (Same vet had given her anxiety meds before which only made her symptoms worse) . Since she came back with a sever allergy to staph we inquired about a shampoo we could use to alleviate the problem. Dr. said she would prescribe some and sent us away with allergy pills and a promise that the shampoo would be into their office in four days or sooner; and that they would call to let us know. FIVE days later still no call. So my husband went in to ask about the shampoo. No one knew what he was talking about!! Then a few minutes later he was told it was on "back order" and would be here in two days. Yet, on the counter he saw an invoice dated for today with our names on it. They obviously had simply forgotten about it!! Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
