The doctor, techs, and office staff were all very helpful and patient as this is all new to us (1st cat). The location is very convenient, services offered are great and the prices are very competitive. Their hours are also very convenient.

Utterly awful, snarky & uppity attitude and ridiculously expensive. Decided to give this place a try because our regular vet of 25 years (Dr. Deitz @ Daisey Lane - who is fantastic) happened to be out of town on the day we were concerned about both of our cats. The symptoms were flu like, yet we were pitched on the need for feline dental work five times and sold probiotics for $60 that can be bought anywhere else for $25 or less. Total bill for their sales pitch session was $180. Nonsense. Never going back.

I have been a client of the cat care clinic on and off for the last 20 years. Dr. Howell was the owner of the Cat Care Clinic, and I feel that he was well read and a very capable practitioner. He deservedly retired a couple of years ago and while he ran the Cat Care Clinic I felt that it was the best feline clinic in the city. Since Dr. Moran has taken over as chief of staff at the Cat Care Clinic the organization and patient care has flourished in sundry ways with the help of the excellent team she has built during her tenure. She has brought innovative changes into the practice that have further improved the facility. She has a wonderful bedside manner and carefully gathers information concerning the patient's problem in order to appropriately diagnose the complaint. Dr. Boucher is also a valuable asset to the practice. She is kind caring and skilled at her profession as well as having a wiliness to not only to treat her patients but the rare quality of educating her clients with reference to their ailments. Amanda and Andrea are both extremely bright, knowledgeable, skillful veterinary technicians with charming personalities. with great people skills as well as superb technical skills concerning their training. Jaylnne, Lori, Cierra, and April are caring, amiable, competent professionals and make the clinic run smoothly with their expertise in management and administration of client care. The Care Clinic has a dynamic team of people who work together in a cooperative, efficient manner to bring healthcare to feline patients. As an advid cat lover having extensive contact working with felines in a volunteer capacity for approximately 5 years, and as a client I highly recommend that you try this facility for yourself.

yikes, for one cat for a simple trim it was 130.00!! did NOT expect that i dont even pay that for my own hair...will not be returning I know i can get it cheaper at tons of other places, came here as a recommendation..looks great but im not a rockefeller im just a working class woman..and 130.0 for a little cat bath and but trim is wayyyyy to much and they had to sedate him. odd. hes very docile. only 3. havent even picked him up yet.im still reeling from the sticker shock.

We have been utilizing the Cat Care Clinic for over 30 years. Dr. Howell had been the principal vet up until he retired. He had provided excellent care to several generations of our felines over this period. He was an excellent diagnostician of feline conditions, both physical and mental. His preventative care has led to all of our cats living past 16 years. Dr. Moran has now taken over the practice and so far, I see in her the promise of continued excellent care for our felines. She appears to be caring of our felines as well as our human needs.

I was very pleased with Chester's (my cat's) first regular exam with the new vet! Normally, being the ever-so-friendly gentleman that he is, Chester has to get gassed in order for anyone to come near him. Dr. Moran, however, was very patient and caring... and, even though it involved covering him with a towel, Chester was able to leave with a little un-gassed dignity after this visit! :-) Thank you very much, Dr. Moran, for taking a little extra time with him in order to avoid the additional stress and expense of gas! I'm sure Chester thanks you too... in his own special way...

As always, the reception, vet assistants, and doctor were prompt with my appointment time as well as quick, while still being attentive and thorough during my cat's check-up. I had not met the (fairly) new Veterinarian, but she was very nice and sensitive to my cat's needs. I have referred friends in the past and will continue to do so. The people at the Cat Care Clinic are always so helpful and upbeat, and the cat toys at the end are also a plus since my cats hate to be poked and prodded. :)

Peaches and I had our first visit to the Cat Care Clinic on Tuesday, and we were both very happy with the care we received. Dr Moran was wonderful, explaining everything clearly, and the techs were friendly and gentle. After the pain injection she received, Peaches was more like a rambunctious kitten when we got home than the 15 year old cat she is in reality. It was a joy to see her old self! We have just relocated to Indianapolis from Austin, TX, and finding a quality clinic specializing in cats was a high priority for me. I am thrilled to have found this clinic and Dr Moran.

I seriously cannot take the disrespect anymore from the receptionist who answers the phone. I have/had been a customer of the CCC for a year after moving here from Florida, and this is by far my least favorite place to call, check in, or inquire about anything to do with my cat. A practice is only as good as its staff; and although I enjoyed that the CCC is only for felines, their receptionist is unaccomodating, condescending, unsympathetic, and just flat out rude. My cat has a lump on his side and I wanted him to be seen; and based off their "on hold tips", this was a condition that needed to be seen immediately. I was going to be late by 20 minutes due to an unforeseen, serious circumstance and she simply responded "okay?" and "he can't be seen today, that's all I'm saying". I can no longer take my cat here. If I am not mutually respected then why should I believe my cat to be? After the call I immediately dialed Bridgeview Hospital and the difference in the person who answered the phone made my choice to change my cat's care all the while worth it. They are cheaper, have better reviews, and have a better receptionist. If you love your cat and don't want to feel degraded, please take them elsewhere.

My husband recently took our cats for their yearly appointments. Both of our cats can be very aggressive at the vet, but Dr. Moran did a great job of handling them. I have been bringing my cats here for years. Recently my elderly cat developed kidney disease and I had to learn to give him subQ infusions. They were so patient with both me and my kitty as I learned, asked lots of questions, and worried about my old guy. They are all wonderful!

I was initially happy with the care my cats received here, though as many others have stated thought the services were pricey. However, as time went on I became less satisfied with the services. In particular the receptionist and the office manager were both difficult to deal with. They both made me feel guilty if I couldn't bring my cat in immediately for services that were not an emergency. This was over multiple occasions and my inability to schedule immediately was due to serious health issues I was dealing with, as well as my husband's business travel. Instead of being sympathetic and reasonable they both came off as judging me for not being physically able to bring my cat in immediately. The final straw was when my cat ran out of hyper thyroid medication and they refused to refill it stating we were overdue for blood work by several months. This was the first time I was told this and my cat was out of medication. The number of refills was also not indicated on the label of her medication (which was also out of date by years). As stated previously, I was not able to bring my cat in for several days because my husband was out of town. Instead of working with me to schedule an appointment as soon as he was back in town and figuring out a way to get my cat the medication they informed me was essential, they refused to give us any additional medication until she came in for an appointment. They basically created a health emergency for my cat, which they told me was very harmful to her health. Had they communicated to us that she needed blood work when they refilled the medication previously, we definitely would've made an appointment for necessary blood work prior to running out of medication. However, they negligently failed to inform us of this until we were out of medication. I would not recommend taking my cat here because of a serious lack of communication that caused harm to my cat. Luckily I was able to find another vet who worked with us on appointment times and to get the medication quickly so my cat was only off the medication for a few days. But, this entire situation could have been avoided with proper and essential communication from the Cat Care Clinic. Update: This office continues to not take responsibility for the dangerous lack of communication it engages in, as evidenced by the response to my review. They did not put the number of refills left on my cat's medication, they did not tell myself or my husband that we needed to bring our cat in for blood work in order to fill the next prescription when we picked up the last refill and they never proactively reached out to us at any time to indicate blood work was needed. The first time I heard my cat needed to come in for blood work was when I called to refill her medication. That is unacceptable and dangerous behavior that could have (but luckily did not) harm my cat. I've spoken with the office manager Amber multiple times and she has refused to take responsibility for the very serious miscommunication.

I love this place. My cat is terrified of vet visits so I figured a cat-only clinic would be worth a try and I am so glad I did. It is a totally different experience. The place has a relaxing atmosphere and is impeccably clean. There are no weird smells which apparently helps the cats feel more relaxed too. Also, the vet handles my cat differently, using different techniques that are less stressful for the cat. They were incredibly calm and patient with my cat and answered all of my questions. This was a totally different vet experience for me and I will recommend them to every cat owner I know.

Great cat-only vet! They have fosters available for adoption as well, and their staff really do care for your pets. Their price is worth it for the care and attention they give to your pet; my last vet was outright outrageous with their prices and the vet spent like no time with the cat. They have good choices of products available as well, including a great anti-flea med. One of the vets specializes in cats who have had botched declaw procedures (my cat is a rescue; he'd have all 4 sets of claws if it were up to me), which really drew me to this place.

I will never take my cats to any other clinic. This place is great. Dr.Boucher is a kind, empathetic, amazing vet. She helped me care for an older cat that I found outside. Though he ultimately succumbed to FIP, she helped him be much more comfortable during his time with us. On a lighter note, a vet tech pointed out that one cat that we thought was a female, was actually male. We'd taken him to another vet previously, but they didn't notice... even during the exam.

If it were not for Cat Care Clinic, I would not have precious Rudy....the sweetest Maine Coon Cat that ever has been. The Doctors and Staff saved Rudy, and brought him to me to care for when I had lost my long-time little Tortie, Gracie. This place is amazing. My cat had to undergo a procedure and stay at the clinic for a few days. The staff was really nice, Dr Moran called me a few times a day to give an update, and they even let me come back to visit him while he was undergoing treatment. They were nice enough to call me and let me know he could come home a day early. On top of that the prices seem affordable compared to what I was quoted at other clinics. I am talking a $1000-$1500 difference. Take your kitties here!

I adopted my new furbaby Spooky from Dr. Boucher and the Cat Care Clinic. The adoption fee is very affordable and includes feline virus tests, leukemia, de-worming, vaccines, spay / neuter, and even free exams for a year! They still have 5 adorable kitties waiting for their forever home. This is not your typical vet clinic. I am always promptly greeted, and I have never met a staff more knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, caring than this place. :-) This office is easy to find, and convenient, only a block from 465. Even if you aren't on the north side of town it is definitely worth the trip! Thanks Dr. Boucher and the Cat Care Clinic for the newest edition to my family!

The Cat Care Clinic is amazing, and recently made time for us on a busy Monday when our baby was in failing health. They took such good care of him over the years, and were very knowledgable on his special needs. Because we adopt fur babies with special needs, they often require specialized care which the CCC always provides. Amber has always been great, even when busy, and were are seen promptly. It is rare to find a vet that is willing to spend as much time as you need for a visit, offer follow up communication, and take such wonderful care of our little family members. Do they cost a bit more? Maybe, on a few things. But, you get what you pay for, and we do not compromise when it comes to the care of our kitties. Worth every penny!

This is a great clinic! They do all the paw evaluations for the declawed cats who come through my organization. They help me know what I need to do to help these cats live their best lives despite the mutilation they suffered at the hands of other humans. In addition, the vets, techs, and assistants are always so friendly and care so much for every cat that comes through the door. I would give more stars if I could!

I have taken my cats to Dr. Boucher for the past year. In that time, I've had to help one kitty pass that was ill. Dr. Boucher and her staff came to the house so that he was not stressed during this incredibly difficult time. They were caring and compassionate. My other kitty and newly adopted rescue both love going to the clinic as there is no loud barking and just a couple of office cats, along with some rescues they've taken on in the lobby. All-in-all, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and competent and the environment is calm and stress-free. The Doctors are also very helpful with declaw alternatives. I recommend highly.
