Staff is always friendly, kind and caring. Lela, is exceptional with the pets AND their humans!! She takes time to answer the simpler questions so that Dr. Cloud or other Vet can focus on other items. Dr. Cloud is great and can dumb it down for us, and is great at follow up as well.

Dr. Cloud and his staff are great. Dr. Cloud is extremely easy to talk to and treats you and your pet with care. We have been a number of times for different issues with our dachshund, and he is very personable and informative. He also is reasonable with his cost and doesn't run up the price like other vet clinics we have been to. I would absolutely refer others to him.

Dr. Collins is a great, caring vet and did everything she could to both care for, and eventually, to try to save our cat. While we did have to put her to sleep (it was the best choice for our girl) I will always be grateful for Dr. Collins for her genuine empathy and honest assessment. She keeps in constant contact with us during our medical emergency, and wrote us a very thoughtful condolence card. I only wish we'd found her sooner! Should we get another pet, Dr. Collins will again be our vet of choice. We highly recommend her! Staff at BSRV is top shelf as well!

I highly recommend Brookschool Road Vet Clinic. My kitties always see Doctor Cloud who really treats them with tender loving care. He has treated Lilly for 2 serious diseases and she is doing great The entire staff is wonderful too. I have a bad back and they even come out to the car to bring the kitties into the clinic.

I love how the people at the front desk greet my dog -- it makes me feel like he's as special as I know he is. The technicians are efficient and knowledgeable, but so friendly as well! The doctor was knowledgeable, friendly and caring -- I don't think we've ever enjoyed a visit to the vet as much -- even though Mr. F had to get his shots. Now I know why he was so excited when I pulled into the parking lot.

This review could never be enough to compliment and recommend this veterinary practice to everyone who wants only the BEST in care for their beloved pet - and have their pet be treated and recognized as a family member. Gauge, my German Short Hair Pointer, is very true to her breed. Fearless, reckless, adventurous, non-stop energy, obedient and loving. She has challenged the medical practice for years with injuries, lumps, bumps, limps and more. She is healthy - just lives life with an exuberance that lends itself to frequent vet visits. We have had numerous emergency visits and plenty of calls to the on call Vet of the day. Never once, has a question, call, or request for an appointment gone unsatisfied. All the vets in this practice are kind, loving, extremely competent and willing to serve. Holistic care is also part of this practice and outstanding in results. I cannot image going anywhere else an recommend this group to EVERYONE. Prices are very reasonable, the expertise unparalleled, and not only will they care for your pet, but they make sure you are okay too. Go no where else with your beloved pets.

We brought our new adopted kitty Luna in for an appointment after switching vets (old vet didn't care, wasn't knowledgable, might've cut one of our animals lives short), and we loved it here! The staff were all passionate and informed on cat basics and needs. It didn't feel like they had to keep running to ask the vet questions because they had no answers themselves. The vet was also great! She was confident and seemed to have been through a lot of the problems we faced or at least she had read up on it. We had some adjustment issues with our new kitten with our other cat and dogs and they gave us great advice on how to integrate them and what to expect with a new cat in the house. The Feliaway diffuser and different litter options were great in helping her adjust to home life. We will definitely be back for our other animals soon! 100% reccomend them!

We like and trust Dr. Brown. He is knowledgeable, professional and effective. Dr. Brown saw our dog through pancreatitis (which can be fatal) with skill and a good outcome. The staff is helpful and efficient and I have had good experiences with the other vets there as well.

I have taken my Yorkie to the Brookschool Road Vet Clinic for over 11 years. He has received excellent care from various Vets over this period of time. Most recently, Dr. Cloud helped us through the healing process post dog attack and a severe reaction to a medication. The entire staff have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We visit the groomer monthly and she has consistently fulfilled any requests we have. My dog actually gets excited to go see "Amy." I appreciate the report card monthly from the Vet who keeps me informed of his weight, eyes, ears, etc. during grooming. I have also taken my dog to the affiliated hospital after hours and have received excellent care there, as well. I have not even considered taking my dog anyplace else!

"Dr" Dayton is completely insensitive and awful at his job. If you care about your animal, do not go to this vet. He will try to put your dog on anti-depressants for ridiculous reasons.

I wish I could find a GP who gave the same excellent level of care as Dr. Cloud gives to my senior pups. Dr. Cloud is always genuine, attentive and carefully explain all options. He doesn't suggest unnecessary procedures (like other clinics I've used in the past.) I tend to do business with providers close to home, but drive out of my way just to see Dr. Cloud. (And I love that he gets on the floor and baby talks with my old dogs.) Highly recommend.

I have been going to Brookschool road for many years, starting with my Yellow Lab Gracie. As she got older and cancer, hip problems etc etc started happening Dr. Collins was there with us the whole way and through many tears, she is very caring and knowledgeable about every issue that arises, after 16 years of love and care my Gracie lost her battle but was a trouper through it all. After several years of not getting another dog, the time finally came when a little Boston Terrier Emma came into our lives. It was without a doubt where we would take her, Brookschool Road, Allisonville and Carmel locations. When I first brought Emma in for her puppy shots I requested Dr. Collins, when she saw us she gave me a hug and we both cried, I said "Here we go Again". I know Emma is in the best hands with her and the whole staff. We also had to have our cat of 18 years put to sleep, Dr. Brown was with us through the whole decision and assured us that the time had come to let her go. Thank you all for everything you do.

We have used Brookschool Road Vet Clinic for our three cats for over 10 years. The doctors and technicians are really passionate about animals and treat all the animals in their care like their own. Our two older cats had serious health challenges in the last years of their lives. All the doctors (especially Dr. Collins) went beyond the call of duty to help us, including making themselves available for emergency vet runs late at night and spending lots of time answering our questions and spending their time doing research to help us find the best treatment plans. We can't say enough about their caring and concern for us and the excellent quality of care all of our cats have received. And when our two older cats eventually were put to sleep, Dr. Collins and Dr. Lee and the staff could not have been more compassionate. They allowed our cats to pass with dignity and took great care of all of us at a challenging time. Dr. Lee practices Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, which gave our cats more quality in their lives and more time with us. (You have to go to their main clinic, Fishers Vet Hospital to receive acupuncture.) We highly recommend Brookschool Road Vet Clinic!

Initially, I started at Brooks School Vet because it was convenient. Shortly thereafter, my dog injured her eye and had emergency treatment that culminated in a week or so in some eye surgery all taken care of there. That was three or four years ago, and I almost look forward to my appointments with them. Needless to say, my dog doesn't necessarily share my enthusiasm, but skittish as she is, the staff there are able to calm her, and over the years she has stopped squealing and howling when they even come near her. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this practice and can't recommend them highly enough. My roommate has his cocker spaniel groomed there, too, after trying out three or four others, and the one at Brooks School is the only one who can follow instructions. These people are treasures, every one of them.
