We have been bringing our cat here for many years and they have always taken good care of him. Monkey has no anxiety at all when we take him, and the staff are all wonderful! Easy to get appointments and reasonable pricing. I wish my doctor's office was as good as Syracuse Animal Hospital!

The one thing that stands out for me about this place is their compassion for animals. They love your pet like you love your pet. The building is clean and easy to get to, large parking lot, and has a nice variety of food and toys for sale. Cost is reasonable.

I have been driving from Warsaw for the services they provide to my animals. Everytime I go, my animals mean as much to them as they mean to me! It makes the drive worth every minute to get my babies taken care of!

They are money hungry. Anyway they can charge more money they will. Don’t have any dental work done here. Cleaning is about $350 and they would not remove his rotting teeth because they could not get someone on the phone to approve the cost. I told them my dog had rotten teeth that needed removed, but they didn’t do it. Now my poor dog has to wait another 3!weeks, go under again and more $$$ to get his rotting teeth removed. Find someone else, avoid at all cost !!!!!

I have a young great dane with lots of leg problems. It's hard to find a vet who knows how to help you with giant breed issues. I took a referral from a friend to take a visit and I'm glad I listened to them. Instead of just giving my dog pain medicine and shooing me out the door "Good Luck!" they gave me lots of other helpful options besides just medicine. They gave me exercises for my dog that might help, and holistic options incase I wanted to go that direction instead.They made me feel comfortable and that they knew what they were talking about when it came to my dog's issues. It was only one visit, but I do plan to continue to take my dog there for his care.

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this veterinarian. Not only do their vets come in later than other ones in the area but it's also very noisy and they overbook so there's lots of animals in there at the same time. We are switching vets for these reasons and more. Our new vet in Milford is very quiet and they seem to care a whole lot more. It makes me sad but it's true.

I'm new to the area and my 12 year old Pom was under the weather. Dr. Couture and the staff here made a stressful experience for my pet and myself easier. The staff is courteous and conscientious, and Dr. Couture spent time with us soothing my little guy, explaining everything about his diagnosis, and his prescriptions. The vet tech was also gentle and knowledgeable! I really appreciate their professionalism and service. I will be bringing my boy here from now on.
