Dr. Barnes is great. She is so caring and patient with Salem. My cat hates his nails trimmed, but they always get it done because I can't! TC, Kim, and the rest of the staff are always happy and ready to help.

I was in the middle of moving across the country and my dog was clearly not doing well. I picked this spot because it was close. I am so happy I did! This is the best vet I've ever been to. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming and they got me in in a jiffy. Dr Barnes explained everything to me very clearly. There was no pressure to do anything I didn't have the money for but she made sure to explain what every expense was for. My dog is my child and she understood that, but she also understood that this was a very unforeseen expense. Even after she knew I wasn't going back, she made sure to follow up with my pets care. 10/10 would recommend. I wish she was my vet always! Can't say enough good things about this place!

I actually did not get to take my new GSD puppy to the vet since I had to work so my dad took her. He love'ddddd the staff said they were all very nice very helpful, coming from a old timer who didn't have to do this back when he had a GSD it meant a lot to me! They were upfront about cost and they have called since then to see how she is and offer more assistance will be back soon!

We took our cat and husky puppy for a couple routine visits so far, the staff and Doctors are very friendly with us and our pets and as I've seen with our customers. Our cat got neutered and he is doing very well and was acting himself the same right after the surgery. You won't be worried about your pets well being with them.

Right from the start, I got a very good vibe from Lyndsey their receptionist. She has a very kind and sweet disposition. Every company should be so fortunate to have s person like Lyndsey working with their customers. But enough about Lyndsey (lol) more about my dog Chachie and his experience. A little less than 6 lbs. I've had him for about 1 1/2 years. Approximately 9 years old, you can tell that he clearly suffers from abandonment issues. I am his third or fourth owner. Therefore, he is so afraid of being left behind he clings to me like a cat with claws when I take him to the Vet. Nonetheless, Dr. Barnes, who by the way is not only thorough but gentle, very observative, and a good listener truly cares about every animal that walks through those doors. She called to check up on my ailing baby a couple of times to make sure he was doing ok and helped me establish a plan of action to get him on the road to recovery. Overall, everyone (the staff I encountered) was kind and upbeat. I believe that I have found my little guy's doggie-trition. Thank you Dr. Barnes and staff for taking good care of Chachie.

I LOVE all the staff ...they have been wonderful to my SIR TEDDY (and myself...I might add) ! Dr. Barnes does not rush when she is visiting with my Sir Teddy , she always takes her time as if he was her dog and she loved him as one of her own ! She'll never know how much we will always appreciate that !? Al so, I must add one time the Dr. was needing to call me about Teddy, I knew the phone call was coming but was fully expecting one of the staff members to call me but no, it was Dr.Barnes herself, she never rushed to get off the phone ,she answered all my questions with patients and added more information then probably she needed too, it will never be forgotten , it meant so much that she took her time to give us the information needed to move forward with Sir Teddy's trx ! Not to mention Sir Teddy doesn't get nervous when he has to go see the doctor, you might want to say...he loves her / them !! :) We unfortunately will not be seeing Dr.Barnes or the staff any longer sadly,Teddy and I are back in NC and will not be back to Indianapolis , she and they (staff) will be missed . I wish I could put all of them in my back pocket and bring them here with us but we all know that's impossible but the good thing is here in NC I have a good Dr. for Sir Teddy as well and his name is Dr. K !! :) DEFINITELY A 10 ********** STAR TO US DR. BARNES AND STAFF !! Sonya & Sir Teddy Thanks again !!

They have a hard job working with pet children who can be difficult yet they do it well. After my 70 lb "big baby" got her nails trimmed with much squirming, grousing, and threats, she ended up happily jumping on Dr Barnes and Jeri, the one who did the trimming. Thanks ladies!

I wouldn't suggest no one go there! Vets are rude & disrespectful. They forgot my dogs flea & tick meds twice & his heartworm pill & try to make it like it was my fault. Leaving unprofessional messages on my voicemail. Plus i feel their kinda racist. No blacks in any photos & no comments from black. I chose the wrong place. Hope you don't do the same. They are overly expensive as well. I hate this place.

Dr Barnes was so great with my dog. He got a little anxious going to the vet. She was very patient with him and by the end of our visit, he was calm & enjoyed everyone. She was great about explaining everything & answering my questions. I felt like costs were reasonable & appreciated that i was given a list of estimated charges before proceeding. This was our 1st time at a vet so i dreaded a large bill but was actually shocked at how reasonable they were. Afterwards, i received an email stating that i had earned points = $ money off my next visit. Kind of like a rewards program. I will definitely take my dog back. Was overall just a great experience!

Great experience, my puppy has been coming here since she was 6 weeks. Very personable staff, provided great customer service. Patient with new parents explaining or answering any questions. Friendly and gentle with puppies taking their time and providing them with treats when they have to get shots. I give them a 5 and encourage new families to join their extended family.
