Worst experience ever! Ordered an item with expedited shipping (required) and have not received anything. After almost a week, i tried to call them. Customer service system is un-penetrable and just hangs up during opening hours. Resorted to writing an email and received a response that there is an issue and that I need to contact them. The number provided in the email didn't even ring! These people are the pinnacle of incompetence and shouldn't be selling pharmaceuticals that are needed by sick living beings. They should sell dog toys, that way it won't matter.

I ordered some pills for my cat at VetRxDirect and they said they needed vet approval, but my vet was listed in the dropdown, so I went ahead and ordered. Three weeks later, they've charged my credit card, but the order says "Awaiting veterinary approval". I contacted my vet and they said they faxed an approval back a couple weeks ago. I tried using the chat on the website during business hours, but it said no technicians were available so I left a message. No response for about a week. Order still is awaiting vet approval. Today I tried calling, again during business hours. No technicians were available, and eventually got routed to a voicemail system. Left another message. I can't find a way to cancel the order (I ended up picking up more pills directly from the vet). Can't seem to get in touch with anyone - I'm beginning to wonder if this is a "fake" company or something...

I am very happy with this company! I get my pets meds much cheaper than I've paid in the past. The best part is they have text message reminders for refills that you can reply-to and order directly from your phone or you can specify a timeframe for another reminder if you are not ready for a refill. Super convenient! So far, I am very happy with them.

This is one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with, period. Not sure where the neg reviews are coming from, because I’ve been using them for years for multiple pets. They make hard-to-find medicines available, and expensive medicines much more affordable. Their customer service has always been proactive, and they seem to genuinely care about animals and what they do.

These products are indispensable for pet health and extremely well priced. My rescue Himalayan is prone to upper respiratory infections. At one point he was so ill, it was scary. I had never seen such a serious URI. I ordered Enisyl-F (L-Lysine), Amino B Plex and Liquid Immuno. He gets them every day, loves the taste, and his immune system has gotten so strong, I'm thrilled. He's now happy and healthy as can be. What more can a pet owner ask for?

They sat on my vet's prescription approval for FOUR DAYS (two days, if you take out the weekend). I ordered with plenty of time to get the meds within 5-8 days, but after they sat on it, that wasn't the case. They tried to nickel and dime me into paying for expedited shipping for their mistake, only to find out that the package had already been picked up. If my dog dies in the days without his meds, they'll 100% be getting bits of his ashes. They'll be addressed to Kristen, the rep on chat that was absolutely useless and could only refer to her script in how to respond to me.

We love VetRxDirect! The are much less expensive than the vet and ship faster than many of their online competitors. Their knowledgeable and helpful staff is always very friendly. They carry an extensive list of medications and supplements. They also compound at reasonable prices , which is had to find. I would give them 5 stars, but there are times they are out of stock of a few items. Not all the time, but frequently enough to be a nuisance.

Now they want me to return the product with 10% return penalty, their fault, not mine. My expense for shipping, time ,etc. I have asked them to close my account and remove my online access. I will spend my money, elsewhere.

I recently lost my cat due to a battle with diabetes! I have been a loyal customer buying my insuline only through this website! I have an unopened 100 pack of insulin pen needles and they won’t credit my card or account due to it being a prescription! The package is not a medicine and should already be included with the insulin pen anyway! I’m very disatisfied with their lack of customer service especially since the needles are in the same unopened package they were delivered to me in! Please don’t think this company cares about you or your pets!

Placed an order annually. No problem for four or five years. Then all of a sudden they started to reduce how much i could order because it was more than a years supply although it wasn't. They couldn't be bothered to check with my vet. Glad they did. Now i have a new pharmacy that will fulfill the entire order for less $'s. Way to let a customer walk out the door but thanks for saving me money.

VetRxDirect has made paying for and obtaining my elderly animals meds an absolute breeze. The cost for the exact same brand name meds is 1/8 the cost of what the Vet charges and their customer service has been nothing but polite and exceptional. Once my vet confirms the prescription the meds are usually shipped same day or next depending on the time of approval.

It was honestly a complete nightmare to deal with them. By the time I finally got my meds, I didn't want it any more, so I refused the package. Then I got an email from them saying that I didn't get a RMA from them, so they weren't going to give me a refund. Then they said they would, but they were going to take 10% out. Then they changed again and said they'd refund the whole thing, but wouldn't take any future orders from me. Do yourself a favor and find another seller, it's not worth it to save a few bucks, for the headaches you'll have with these nasty people.

I will not use this company again. There are many other more customer oriented companies with competitive prices on the internet. After many years of illness and many purchases of prescriptions, supplements, and special diet foods, my dog died. Except for the prescriptions each and every other company took back unopened, unused, un-expired products, but not VetRxDirect. Their excuse was the 30-day return policy, but every other company waived their return policies because the dog had died. You can use them, but I won't; they have no compassion.

Online Pharmacies are all cheaper than the vet's office but have to compare Rx price pharmacy to pharmacy. For example VetRxDirect was cheaper for Reglan but not cheaper for yearly supply of Interceptor Plus and Simparica. Switched from Allivet because VetRxDirect is superior in service, shipping and customer service. Never had a problem with VetRxDirect compared to many issues with Allivet
