Terrible! The receptionist are super friendly, helpful and nice. The veterinarian and her assistant, not so much. I felt as if the vet didn’t know what the hell she was doing or what she was talking about. It was bad and this is what I get for trying to change vets. I will take my baby back to her old clinic. These people are insensitive and don’t know what the hell they are doing. If you love your animal as much as I do, go someplace else.

4.5 stars is damn good Friendly staff & Vets. Used them since 1990's . Daisy my Beagle fix is having bad teeth pulled + shots, blood etc.

Took my dog to Markham animal clinic to get his nails cut. The staff is very friendly and very helpful! They are also very professional when it comes to your pet. Mr. Pup does not like the shots but he likes the staff so he is always a good dog. Thanks for treating him so special!

When we adopted our fur baby we continued to use her original vet. When he retired our daughter went around to interview local veterinary offices and fell in love with Markham Animal Clinic. We have been taking our dog there for three years and we love it! We like to try each of the doctors. Our dog was a rescue and she does not warm up to anyone quickly. The care and love shown to our dog warms our hearts. She is still skid dish but everyone is so gentle and patient we know we are in the right place for excellent pet care.

Took my puppy in because she was sick. They did an exam gave me special food and she also had some shots. Went back 2 days later because she was still sick asked them can they do a parvo test which was 55$ I made sure I brought enough just for the test wanted to make sure they charged me again for another exam 45$ which I didn’t have the vet couldn’t care less about my puppy. Never going there again with any of my pets. I did not need another exam they had just done one 2 days prior. No consideration at all for pet owners when their in time of grieve

Our family have been patients for over 15 years. Dr Jack (now retired) has a great front staff. Questions are answered & they work with you to give the best treatment for your dogs. Dr Brandy is down to earth, honest & knowledgeable. They don't overcharge & we have had surgeries, medication, X-rays & routine care. They are usually on time with appointments.

It was our first visit to Markam Animal Clinic with our new puppy Dexter. The experience was everything you would expect. Friendly staff, clean waiting room, clean exam rooms. Dr. Heidi gave Dexter a very thorough exam and Jessica was very kind and helpful. Happy to say that we found a vet we can trust!

Wonderful staff they took very good care of my dog when she had to stay. They are good with reminders and follow up visits using text messages and emails. They even have an app where information on your pets medical records. It's a one stop shop they have your pet meds, grooming. I would recommend Markham animal Clinic.

I recently had to bring my Pug into the clinic for a problem with his leg . Dr. Denise was very professional, empathetic, answered all my questions and genuinely cared about Eddie. I also had to bring both my dogs in for their annual exam, and then learned that my other dog, Sammie, had developed a heart murmur. Dr. Heidi went out of her way to explain what this meant for him, took a chest x-ray to look at his heart, and went over in detail with me what the results were. I would not bring my dogs anywhere else, and would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Heidi and her staff are absolutely amazing. My dog was very sick when I found out that our regular vet was closed. I called Markham Animal Hospital at 430pm, and Let them know what was going on. I was told that Dr Heidi was booked but she would still see my Kelsey. I arrived there at 5pm. The entire staff was very welcoming and made us feel that we were regulars. Dr Heidi was very patient with my not so nice baby and fully explained everything that she was doing and everything that was wrong. Dr Heidi, herself followed up with me twice to explain test results and to check on Kelsey. Thank you Dr Heidi and staff. We will definitely be back!!!

I have brought all of my dogs to Markham Animal Clinic from puppy to last goodbyes. Each Doctor takes the time to listen to you and get to know your pet which helps in assessing my pets. I can't say enough about how great the vet techs and everyone who works at the clinic are to both people and pets.
