I took my 13 month old pit bull there and they claimed that they couldn’t find anything wrong with him and prescribed me all sorts of de warm meds etc that he didn’t need which cost me over 400$ and turned out that my dog had povar. The next morning I took him to the animal emergency clinic where they knew what it was and prescribed me the right meds but unfortunately he didn’t make it that long after. This vet hospital is all about money and have no idea what they are doing which I could give them a negative 10 star

When all the other veterinarians wanted to amputate my pup's leg..which was severely broken and he is a tiny min pin...Dr. Lashley worked a miracle and saved his leg. The after care of surgery was phenomenal and the staff genuinely cares about you fur baby. His office has continued to work with me on payment and are always more than helpful. HE IS THE BEST

Called Dr. Lashley to get a three month supply of anti itching drug Apoquel. I requested a higher dose in order to split the pill which would be more cost efficient. The cost of a 16 milligram dose is around $2.25. The cost of a 3.6 milligram dose is around $2.00. He explained to me that the pills could not be split because the consistency of the active ingredient is not dispersed evenly throughout the pill. My question to him was, then why are the pills scored in the middle in order to give a half dose. His reply was good question. Well the answer to that question is clear once I researched the recommended doseing chart. In many instances according to the dogs weight the dose is measured in halves. Such as .05 or 1.5. This is recommended by the manufacturer. It seems that Dr Lashley is more in the business of being in business $$$ than in the business of pet healthcare.

I can only rate this four stars because I have not used their Veterinary Services. I found a stray cat, which has obviously been a pet, and took it into them to see if anybody recognized it. They checked to see if it had a chip, it did not, and they seemed very concerned. I told them the story about the cat, they took all of my information, and were glad to do it in case somebody called to see if somebody had found this cat. They did seem very caring. Looks like a good place to go.

I am so happy I decided to go to Lashley based on others reviews. I transferred my Yorkie/Poo from a well known, fancy Vet in the area to this one because I felt my puppy wasn't getting enough attention or affection from the other. It was the best decision because Dr. Lashley actually went over his entire medical history with me and really talked to me about my pups problems (no rushing here). Even when I was at front desk getting ready to leave, the Good Doctor came from out back twice and gave me "extra" general tips on caring for my pup. The staff was just as impressive; very friendly and caring. It felt like home! After just one visit, my pups chronic ear infection has improved drastically. I also gained a better understanding of how to care for him, thanks to Dr. Lashley and his staff. You will not regret sending your pet here. He/She will get all the care & attention in the world from this awesome staff!!

I've been using this location for almost three years now. I have had the most incredible experiences with them. They are family owned, every single doctor in there is knowledgeable and professional. They don't do visit charges for routine shots. They are very fairly priced. One of my dogs passed away in 2016 and it was the hardest thing that has ever happened to me, I wouldn't have wanted to spend that time with any other vet than them. Best clinic in the Belleville, Fairview, O'Fallon area.

Jennifer at the front desk is so nice and professional. I am new to the area and out of all the vet clinics I contacted, Jennifer treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. She was very thorough with any questions I had about my dog. It was at this point where I knew I wanted my dog To be established at their clinic. There was an episode where a man was frustrated about his pet and took his anger out on Jennifer since she worked the front desk. Jennifer not once got rude or yelled back. Instead she continued to do her job professionally. I commend her for that. She handled the situation well. She really portrays kindness when it comes to customer service.

Went here because the previous owners of my puppy did so I thought I would give it a shot. Went in to get him chipped and sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes with no one acknowledging me. I was about 10 minutes early to my appointment-mind you the door has a bell so workers can here when you walk in- and the doctor came out because food had been brought and didn't even look over at me. We get him chipped and leave, no big deal and I brush it off. I go to a different vet and my dog had spots (what looked like ringworm) so I called that vet because I was terrified and needed to get in ASAP. I called Lashley to have my records sent over to be told that this wasn't an emergency case, and that it would take a few days and they would call me for when to pick it up so I can bring it to my new vet. Not a huge deal, got my dog his medicine (not ringworm) and then a week and a half goes by with no phone call. So I call and the lady (was super nice because I was pissed and venting to her about their inconstancy) and she told me I could come pick it up whenever. I came the next day and I walk in and another 15 minutes of me just standing at the desk waiting for someone to come help me, and then another 10 because she can't find my papers even though I had JUST talked to someone the day before that she had them IN HER HANDS. I will never go back. Too incompetent here.
