Please read my whole review I just got a response over 3 months later From owner. I will NEVER return here !!!!! I really liked it here at first. I wanted to like it i really did. My dog was put on prednisone for his paws knowing full well he had a history of problems with liver and pancreas. Now hes a full fledged diabetic because of this. I didn't know the risks and the doctor never discussed the risks. For 3 days i called and left her messages and she never returned a call once. So because of her not only do i have the other problems but now i have to deal with diabetes too. Thank you so much for the added heartache and financial stress!!! I am just Now getting a response from management for the situation that occurred. The only response that I got to the situation was a couple weeks later and it was because the doctor read my badd review and she called me about it in the time heading up to the review she never called ones to see how my dog was doing were to check why we didn't come to the appointment or to follow up with me at all the only reason she followed up with me is could she read the badd review otherwise I would have never received a call from her and now over 3 months later management is just now sending me an email to tell me they're sorry no I will not be returning.

i called over there because my 16 1/2 dog wasn't eating for two days and also wouldn't drink water. well i called the vet and we were going to put him down. they said i would have to make a appointment back in the days when my moms other dog was going to pass they took her without a appointment. well after they said that they started to snotty with me that is the first time that they were mean on the phone my mom has been going over there for about 40 years. we took my old dog to another vet and they took us right away and checked him and they had to put him down his kidneys were failing and also he was going in and out of coma.

I wish I would have known about this place 2 weeks ago! This was the 3rd place I went to for answer to my dogs illness and he needed a Ultrasound. Other places wanted 400-650.00 just for ultrasound! My dog received rectal exam, ultrasound, exam, urinalysis, a lump drained and fluid checked and 2 cans of dog food to try for $360.00! To me, that is fantastic! The staff was so kind! The doctor really listened. Even read my dogs records a couple of times. They kept updating me on what they were doing. I will continue to come here for my dogs care. Excellent care.

Riley and Jake don't like going to the vet but at least we know that they're in good hands when they come here. All the staff seem to have a genuine passion for animals and are super friendly. It's kind of expensive but it's within range of other vets that aren't nearly as good as this one.

All of the veterinarians are very knowledgeable and excellent diagnosticians. We have had 2 labs, and lost one at 14 this year. They were so kind and caring. They take their time and are honest about cost and finding alternatives that may be more affordable. All of the staff at the front desk and the vet techs are warm, friendly and all are compassionate! I would not go anywhere else with my 13 year old chocolate lab!

Fynn loves his vet! he doesn't really love nail trims, but he does love to visit! She takes time with him to get him settled whether it is a nail trim or check up. She answers all my crazy questions. I have taken 3 of our dogs here and always appreciate the time and care they give them.

This Animal Hospital is beyond AMAZING! I have honestly never met a better group of people who genuinely care for and love animals! Dr. Angela Clark went above and beyond to help my family when our family dog Cleveland needed emergency surgery. Her nursing assistant Abby was so kind and kept coming out into the waiting room, keeping us informed and checking in on "our" wellbeing! If that wasn't enough the prices at this hospital fared far better than ANY other surrounding animal hospital. I found out that this is because what is MOST important to the owner of this hospital is making things practical so our animals who are truly extensions of our families can be taken care of and healthy. I will never take my animals anywhere else. This place is truly a blessing to all animals lovers!!

Great animal hospital and health care center. Their founder, Dr. Maves, saved our dog, Cocoa's life about 29 years ago. (She long ago passed The Rainbow Bridge,,but a different vet office had given her a death sentance, saying she had kidney disease and nothing could be done. I took her to Dr. Maves and he said she had been misdiagnosed, treated her for a severe kidney infection (not kidney disease) and she improved and was cured and she lived 10 more years. She lived to 17 years old!) This veterinarian's office has now treated all our dogs. Everything from infections, to injuries to thyroid disorder to well puppy and dog care. They are always polite to us and the vets and tecs are amazing with our animals. They KNOW pets and do a fantastic job. They explain everything to us and include us in our pets' care decisions. I wouldn't want to take my dogs anywhere else.

I COULD NOT HAVE COME TO A FINER PLACE FOR MY PET CARE. NEXT YEAR WILL BE OUR 50TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF PET CARE WITH DUPAGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND WE WOULDN'T CHANGE. IT was very hard for us this year we had to put down a gentle 78 pound dog named nammie she had cancer.....we cried for days but the people at Dupage animal hospital have a lot of compassion and sent a bereavement card signed by all of them, they to feel the pain and aches of the animals. We love everyone of them for all their love, thoughts, and acts of kindness for the animals, don't hesitate to call the best group. p.s. These people cried with me on that day.OUR VISITS ARE ALWAYS GREAT WHETHER GOOD NEWS OR BAD ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF AND DOCTORS HAVE OUR TRUST. The staff & veterinarians at Dupage Animal Hosptal are friendly, professional, helpful and always give the correct vaccinations to keep our dogs from getting serious illnesses and the correct medications to help cure their illnesses and return them to good healrh when our 2 dogs are ill. Our oldest dog is is 11 and a half, and our younger dog is 2. I trust every doctor there and recommend them highly!

Make it your go to place! My coonhound has been seen by Dr. DiGiacomo for 5 years. We battle allergies and DiGiacomo is always helping us find remedies before seeking medications. They staff are friendly. The appointments are timely. The facility is always clean. The prices are great! and I just can't get enough of Dr. DiGiacomo's positive energy with both us and our animal.

Dr. Felt is amazing! She was able to determine that my cat's pancreatitis was due to food allergies. 4 months later his blood tests are normal again. She has also given us a medication that really helped his stomach and appetite. And the prices are so reasonable. I'm paying 1/3 the cost or less than I paid at my previous vet. The entire staff is so nice.

I had gone there for years. The good vets like Dr Clark moved on. I was over charged and usually my bills are 3 -400.00 dollars. So i will ask sometimes. But one male vet glued my cats paws together, and i wondered why he always had openings.. but yep still charged me for that visit..I wrote a letter ..Never a call or anything.. This is an animal hospital you can trust. I honestly can tell you a horror story about another vet but it would sound far fetched. To come to DuPage and have very caring, concerned, and honest vets is important and we see this here at DuPage. Though Dr. Clark is no longer here, and we saw her the most and miss her dearly, we are confident in Dr. Obradovich and the others...they all seem to share the same deep love of animals and it shows. We do intend on still seeing Dr. Clark too though she has moved further away from us, but we'll use her for a couple of our cats still once in a while. We're torn because she was so excellent too but so are all these other vets here at Dupage...and I'm sure we'll get to know them better too with time. Also, you want a vet you know will be honest and not over charge you either. The assistants are wonderful and helpful too. We're really very happy with them!!!

We've been taking our dog Mische to DuPage Animal since she came home to us 10 years ago. Her care has always been outstanding. When she recently started exhibiting serious symptoms, we initially expected a gastrointestinal or kidney issue. However, Dr. DiGiacomo spotted a serious problem that was causing her symptoms and put us in touch with a specialist. The information Dr. DiGiacomo gave us allowed us to closely monitor Mische while we waited for her appointment with the specialist. When we ended up taking her into her specialist through their emergency department, Dr. DiGiacomo followed her progress and checked in with us on her release, offering us useful suggestions for her continued care. While we remain guarded on Mische's long term outcome, the care she received at DuPage Animal has given her the best chance of survival. We are grateful to Dr. DiGiacomo and her team for catching this issue and also for their continued moral support and would recommend DuPage Animal to anyone. They really care about their patients and their families.

Angela and Abby were simply fantastic! They came in way after hours to take of our family dog, Cleveland. Cleveland has a closed pyrometra that needed an emergency surgery. I took Cleveland to a 24-hour emergency place in downers grove that wanted $5,000!! This place charged me 6% of that price. Really amazing people!

I love Dupage Animal Hospital. They have been so great with my pets. The staff is very friendly and understanding. I thankfully have not had to do any major procedures through them yet but I'm confident that they will do a great job if that happens! I also very much appreciate how they handle their waiting room. My dog gets very stressed out, and they allow her to wait in the car and I bring her through a separate door. They're always very quick getting people in and out of the waiting area as well. It seems like a small thing, but it makes the experience SO much easier for us.

I love this hospital because of the great care and service they provide. But more importantly, my cats feel good about visiting for their check ups, etc. When I switched, the doctor here found a growth on one of my cats that another vet. I had been going to since my cats were kittens did not see. Ugg - we could have prevented a lot of problems if I had just found DuPage Animal Hospital first.

My visit could not have been any better. DuPage Animal Hospital has always been a great vet. I have gone there for years. We have a goldendoodle which turned out to have Addison's Disease. DuPage figured out what his problem was very quickly and got him on the correct meds and he has been a happy playful dog for 2 years now.
