I am completely shocked by the pricing. I like this vet because they are close to my home and professional. However I walked out today due to my bill going to be more than $350. I scheduled an appointment at a nearby vet who is just as professional for a little more than $90 Maybe start quoting pricing over the phone so people don't waste their time. I unfortunately will not be coming back. I guess it's my fault not to check pricing.

These are the best doctors around. I have been bringing my fur kids to them for over 25 years to the Elgin office primarily, but also the ER at the Dundee location. I trust them completely and have the most confidence in their skills and treatment. They have gone above and beyond, utilizing cutting edge medical treatments. And at least one of my fur kids would not have made it, had it not been for their skills. My gratitude is eternal.

Professional and clean. Lots of space and offers specialized foods for pets. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by a technician prior to the doctor.

When we got a rescue puppy from Anderson's Animal Shelter we received a free check up with Dundee Animal Hosp Elgin. What a wonderful experience, the Dr gets on the floor with the dogs. No putting puppy on cold table!! Our Stella Mae is always excited to go to the vet. Dr's Larson and Lathrop are incredible!!

I recently adopted a dog and took him there for a look over and to talk about solving his separation anxiety. They were able to fit us in within the hour and were extremely thorough! She explained some options on how to help him get over the anxiety, told me why they would or wouldn't work and made sure he was a healthy dog. I can't wait to form a life long relationship with this clinic. An added bonus is they offer 24 emergency services- not at this location but I can still "keep it in the family"
