O.k. but looking for new vet closer to me. Dr. said my dogs ears were clean when they were filthy and bothering her. Also, did a terrible job on her nails. Not driving out of my way for mediocre service.

They literally talked me out of euthanizing my cat when her jaw was messed up. Took alot of time with her and x-rays to diagnose her. Found an infection, gave her antibiotics. It was a long day for me from my horrible experience at the "emergency clinic", but they have a comfy couch to nap on. The staff is kind, caring, and understanding of the situation. I can't thank them enough!

Expensive, but honestly fantastic. I say that even after my dog died after being transferred to a different hospital. I can honestly say they tried their best, and did everything they could for her. If after all of that, I still recommend them, I think that's a pretty good indication of their quality. But remember, they are expensive. You get what you pay for though.

I heard very good things about the clinic. I thought I would take my dog there, however, I was very disappointed. The best thing about the clinic is the front desk staff. They are extremely expensive with little to justify their work. They know how to pad a bill. The owner was supposed to call back and we never got a follow up call. Very, very disappointed. Examine your bills after you get them. Ask for prices before your start.

I love this vet! I greatly appreciate Dr Stapleton and all the staff that work here- they’re lovely and very knowledgeable. While it can be pricey I know my dog is always getting the best of the best treatment and top notch care and it is definetly worth it.

My regular vet was not available so I called Barrington Animal Hospital as my dog was ill. They got me right in and showed so much care, I was blown away. Six months later my dog got bitten by a coyote, we called to tell them we were on our way and they were ready and waiting for us. Their care and sensitivity was incredible. Very happy with Barrington Animal Hospital.

Petunia got her grooming today and Ashley did a beautiful job! She also received her Bordatella vaccine. We have been taking our Petunia there for a while . The only drawbacks are a little pricey and grooming appointments are booked weeks in advance .

Great service, friendly staff, almost no wait time, and the dr. Stapleton was very nice and knowledgable. Our dog chipped his tooth on a deer antler from the pet store, and she was able to immediately diagnose it and schedule him to get the tooth pulled within days. Would recommend to anybody.

My 14 year old pooch cracked her back molar. The only place I trusted to call for such a dangerous procedure for a senior dog was Buffalo Grove Specialty Center. When I called, they said they can't do that there but they highly recommended Barrington animal hospital and boy were they right. I called Barrington animal Hospital and Derdra answered, she was so comforting to me and my worries. She got me an appt. immediately and I know I called a bunch of times with more questions. All the girls there took their time answering all my concerns. We saw Dr Ford (GREAT DOCTOR) and she was able to do the surgery that day. After the surgery and our pooch was home they called a bunch of times to check in. When we 'thought' the pooch had digestive issues (very common after surgery) to they again fit me in immediately and checked her out (NO CHARGE WOW) and put us at ease yet again. They are AMAZING!!! TRUE ANIMAL LOVING PEOPLE!!

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Offered help to take the carrier in and out. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Offered coffe, I could tell that they are really care about the clients and treat the animals with kindness and compassion. We had appointment with Dr. Washington. She is empathetic patient and knowledgeable, goes to the great length to explain everything. I'm really like her approach and advises not to rush into surgery and ensure that pet is clear of any problems that could complicate the procedure's outcome. This being sad, my only issue that she disapproves a diet that we has been successful with. Other than that excellent dental specialist for your pet.
