So the cat got sick so I took the cat to the doctor maybe you thinking it was an upset stomach or something or the cat must be sick so they tell me we have to put the cat down okay not only did I have to deal with my cat getting put down but I got charged an outrageous price to put the cat down and then I get a letter from them tell me thanks for the donation to some off the wall I never heard of you know just tell me it's going to be donated and I would have been happy to donate you don't have to charge me for it I didn't say later on. We donated the money give me a break

This place was recommended to me and my wife. We took our pup for the first time. The staff were extremely friendly and made our pup feel comfortable which in turn made us feel comfortable letting them handle our new family member. Haven't had any problems with the vets here. They're all really informed and care for us and our animals. Always making sure everything is okay. They have deals and plans set up for shots and other things. Just make sure they're charging you correctly.

My dog had pyometra, i couldnt find any vet who would perform the operation asap at a reasonable price. The clinic itself is amazing. Has a homey-vibe to it, and also seems very organized. The staff legitimately cared for my dogs well-being. It's better than any vet I've been to.

I love love love this place!! It's totally different than any other vet I have Ever been to. I like that it is a very open place and you can see Most of what is going on, even in some of the back rooms. I was very impressed also by how clean this place is!!!!! The staff is super friendly and I was greeted by a very polite woman at the front desk and a talking bird! :). My dog is my child and I take her welfare very seriously and I have no doubt that we will be going there for years and years to come!!

My original vet was not helping us resolve our issues with our dog. I was recommended to try this place and they were everything you hope a vet will be. The staff was so kind and caring. Dr. Dominique Bieri spent more time with me than my vet of almost 10 years. She walked us through every test and every result as we worked for hours trying to understand what was wrong with my dog. She shared with me that my original vet's bloodwork and x-rays were so vague and hard to read that she needed to redo them all. She shared the clear x-rays on the computer that showed the obvious cancer that was killing my dog. She is a true professional and I will never forget her kindness. This office is awesome and lucky to have such a wonderful doctor. The vet herself, called to follow up and ask about our dog. My original vet never followed up with us. After telling her we had to let our dog go a few days after we visited her. We received a card that was from the University of Illinois Veterinary Medicine...stating that this vet office sent a monetary donation in our dog's memory to help future pets. What a wonderful gesture. This place gave us answers and gave us excellent care. Thank you for giving us the answers we were desperately looking for and for treating us with such kindness.

They have the best staff ever! My dog is super dog aggressive, and they take extra steps and precautions to make sure my dog, along with everyone else's are safe. Cant wait to start working with Debbie their trainer. She has been a wealth of knowledge and we haven't even started our sessions yet!
