The customer service is terrible. The call to make the appointment, the check-in, check-out, and the owner education (or lack thereof), the handling of my dog was all awful. They gave no impression at all that they cared about my dog or the experience that I had there. I had heard great things about this clinic when asking around town about where to take my girl when we first moved to town, so when I didn't have a great experience there my first visit I was really disappointed. I have visited this clinic more than once, because I thought maybe I had visited on an off day. I was even less impressed the second visit.

So in August of 2018, (I know this is a little late) my cat got an infection in her front left paw. When I came home from work, she was limping and would not even touch the paw to the ground. Extremely worried, as I've never seen her this distressed, I set an appointment to bring her in the very next day. By the next morning, her paw had swollen to the size of a small plum, reasserting my initial worries. Doctor Denis is who we dealt with the entire treatment process, and bless this man's heart. The first visit, they shaved around her wounds and gave her an antibiotic by injection. He told me it should heal up in less than a week, and to bring her back in if it didn't. Well, it didn't. We took her back in the next week, they gave her another shot and some pain medication (foot was still completely swollen and she still wouldn't even put it down for balance) after another week of no luck with antibiotics, the doctor decided to open her absess and drain it. He gave me another weeks worth of antibiotics and painkillers to administer daily by mouth. Over another two weeks, more drains, and more antibiotics, he thought necessary to take x-rays of her foot. The absess had abstained for so long now, that it had started to deteriorate her middle toe. We tried another week of antibiotics, pain meds, drains and wraps, before we ultimately came to the decision to amputate the toe. The best case, was to drain it well and hope it stayed clear enough to operate. THE DAY before our surgery, another absess appeared around her duclaw, making surgery difficult. So he took another x-rayx and wrapped it, and yes more pain meds and antibiotics. Finally we were able to get the toe amputated! Within two days she was using the paw for balance and after a week even walking on it! We took her back in for a check up, with everything looking in place. It was a long, straining and very scary process. I had never seen my cat so depressed and anxious. I just want to say, Denis was so helpful, so full of hope and information. I feel so lucky to have had him care for my little fur baby. I'm tight on money, and he was very understanding that this whole ordeal was draining my savings and my time to work. He helped me out so much I don't even know if I should mention it all. But they allowed me to set up a payment plan, and never denied her treatment when I told them I didn't have the money upfront. Again, I'm so thankful for Denis and his kind and helpful staff. To any of them reading this, I hope you remember Liberty and me, because we certainly will never forget about you! THANK YOU!

Took my dog in with no helth issue other than she fell an was favoring her foot. After exam i was told she dislicated her knee so anti inflammatory meds an pain meds.2 days later my dog wont stop throwing up blood an her stool is liquid blood also. Did a health screen an her vitals are good but why wont she stop the blood ....not happy to say the least over a hurt knee

Took our young cat in that couldn't eat or walk. Dr Brown said it was a tonsil infection, I asked about feline distemper and was told that was not the problem. They never did blood work just charged alot for fluids and sent him home. Called 2 days later and told them he was getting worse was told to bring back Monday if not better. I took him to different vet and he tested positive for distemper. Liver was failing and we had to put him down. New vet said if we had caught it days sooner he could have pulled through with care. Hum.. he had been a vet vetner just not a good one. Just lost my business and my sons and few friends. Large and small animals are not going back.

Not only are their prices low and reasonable, they really care about the animals. I took my ferret in and also got my male kitten neutered. They are sweet, understanding people that do great above-and-beyond work and a great place to take all your pets. They are quick too! One of the only places I trust to take care of my furry family members. UPDATE July 2018 I took in a feral cat I’d been nurturing for a checkup since he had been piddling almost every hour. They were gentle and understanding with him and got him the care he needs! Their prices are very very reasonable, especially for people like me that spends too much on feral cats when bringing them in. Lol Thank you again Weiser Vet! Tidbits the strange kitty is doing a ton better and hasn’t piddled all morning!

We drive 30 miles, past many other veterinarians, to take our pets to Weiser Veterinary Clinic because they are both competent and affordable. When a clinic charges so much that the average person cannot afford to use them, then their priorities are not what I expect them to be. They always listen to what we ask them to do for our pets and give that to us if it is possible. The only way they could serve us better would be by moving their practice closer to where we live.

I really do like the staff but both times I have had to bring my dog in they have significantly messed up.. The first time my dog got mange and they gave him 10x the dose needed for his size!! I had to go back in and they had to give him charcoal because it was so much it could have been lethal. I should have stopped there and never returned but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back to have his eye lids trimmed because they rolled into his eyes. They quoted me a little over 300, after they did the surgery it turned into 450. Two months later, his eyes got bad again so I take him back and they tell me he needs to have the surgery done again and it will be another 250-300 but this all resulted because they didn’t do it right the first time... Please just save your money, time as well as frustration.. and go somewhere else.

Wonderful caring staff and they really want the best care for the animal while keeping costs down. My dog was itching like crazy and I was prepared to get the expensive allergy injection. Dr. Instead offered a $13 steroid injection that lasted her 11 months! Win all around! Got a rescue puppy that thinks they are the nicest people around! Yummy treats and didn't even notice that he was getting vaccinations while enjoying them!

My horse managed to impale and break a 2 foot long branch in herself. She couldnt load in the trailer. They came to my house quickly and were able to remove it. The bill was beyond reasonable. While I was at clinic paying the bill they made time avail to get my pup her shot. They were more than happy to fit her in. As always everyone was super friendly and wonderful with my animals.

I have been using Weiser Vet for years now and I have never once had a bad experience. Not with ANY of the employees and bosses! I have brought MANY animals through the doors and have gotten the very same FABULOUS care for each and every one. The prices are excellent and the staff professional. Not JUST professional but WONDERFUL...each and every one. They are compassionate and personable. And best of all...their bedside manner for MY pets is perfect. Do YOUR animals a favor and when they need care take them to Weiser!

This clinic has been wonderful to us and our animals on many occasions. Teo major occasions have been when our Mule had a deep laceration on her back leg. It was Mothers day and the on call doctor was super quick to help us out and very gentle with our mule. Then on the 2nd occassion Frank, the other on call vet was able to help us out with our Mustang that had hives. I was in a crunch for the time and the front staff were super nice and quick to get me taken care of. It's situation like that and them showing their positive attitudes that, that make their business a great one. Thank you all for being such a great resource for large animal pet owners.
