The vets here are amazing! We have taken all of our animlas here from exotics to dogs and we have recieved the best care imaginable. We have also had to put animals down at this clinic and the compassion and guidance is amazing. Dr. Dan is the most amazing person both as a vet and a friend and he has done amazing things for our rabbits and hamsters. The whole team is kind and sympathetic to our cat's pain issues. The doctor's worked with us to control his symptoms and we've seen a huge decrease in the pain behaviors. We are very happy with his care; from the techs to the doctors everyone has been supportive, professional and empathetic to our beloved cat and to us. If you have a chronic issue with your pet they are awesome! The staff have never displayed annoyance by questions, phone calls, emails or follow up visits and will call you to make sure everything is still going well. It's a blessing when treating tough issues like pain or sudden behavoir changes.

Spring Creek Animal Hospital has been home to all of my five dogs care for 13 years. With each Doctor I meet with I think I can't possibly find a better care giver for my "babies", and I feel that way about each and every Doctor at SCAH! Most recently, Dr. Alex had to see me through the passing of my little Hollee, and she was so kind through it all, even giving me a hug when I really needed it most! There is no facility in the area that can provide the care that all of the SCAH team can - from the updated equipment and techniques to the holding of your hand and kind hug when you are going through tough times with your beloved four-legged family member. They will forever be considered my little ones Doctors!!

On short notice, we needed to board out two black Labs and ya'll came to the rescue! Efficient and friendly reservations and check-in. Our dogs seemed to be in great shape and frame of mind when picked up. Generally, when in a kennel, they are extremely thirsty when they get home. That was not the case this time. We will use the services provided at Spring Creek again.

We have been going to Spring Creek for 14 years. We have rescue dogs that have arrived in an assortment of ways, they have always been treated as family. An update to this post from 3 years ago, our lab needed some help with a previous injury and we brought her back to Dr. Dan. He spent a great deal of time with us, getting all of the background on her injury and giving her a very thorough exam. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the service here. It is wonderful! Also, I spent quite a bit of time talking with Piper at the front desk prior to our appointment and she was so helpful and patient! We were visiting Jackson and brought our 3 year old lab in because she had cut up her paw pads playing. Dr. Dan did a very thorough job examining her, and even told us things that her normal vet had never mentioned. He was very friendly and took time to get to know us and our dog. We will definitely bring her here again when we need a vet in Jackson!

I have been using Spring Creek Animal Hospital for all my veterinarian and boarding needs for years. My two dogs love going to boarding and playing with all their friends (4 legged and 2 legged). The cats enjoy their stay as well. The hospital side is the best there is!

Over the past 14 years I have been bringing my large brood of cats and dogs to Spring Creek and they have extended their lives, and graciously helped me say farewell when my cats reached their 20s and dogs early teens. Dr. Dan and MJ Forman are my primary vets, but the entire team is amazing! Our current dog benefited from the specialist they brought up from the vet school in CO to look at his mangled paw from a pre-adoption injury. While the practice can be busy, the front desk does a great job trying to get us in and out in a rapid manner. While not inexpensive, charges are always explained and benefits and disadvantages of treatment plans made clear. I love it that after a year and a half of full sedation for nail trims on our dog's permanently injured paw, the vet techs can now trim his nail with zero sedation as they have gotten to know him so well. We love the 24 hour option, which we hope to not have to use for a long time forward.

We were even in contact with Dr. MJ while we were gone over the winter. She was gracious & helped us thru some rough times with our very old border collie. When we first moved to Jackson we heard a lot of great things about Spring Creek Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, we had a little emergency of our own when our dog stopped eating. We went straight to Spring Creek Animal Hospital and Dr. Laura Lambruschi was the emergency Doctor on call and helped us through the night and saw us first thing the next day! She was so helpful and concerned like we were. She got him better in no time! Now Dr. Laura Lambruschi is our regular Doctor and is always there for anything!

Spring Creek Animal Hospital is an amazing hospital! They have an amazing and caring staff. Dr Katherine saved our dog Bella's life (no kidding on her death bed and Dr. Kathrin brought her back for us). Bella has had a chronic illness since 2015 (chronic bacterial infection) and Dr. Kathrin has helped her throughout everything. Lindsey and Kelly at the front desk are also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful even in the most hectic of times. Thank you to all the staff that has helped us and our dogs over the years!

What I feel is the best about SCAH is they are a hospital, not an animal clinic! They have considerably more technology available, more staff for pm coverage, and docs trained extensively in specific areas! The staff is always pleasant and willing to help= giving good customer service which at a busy hospital can take a toll on anyone! All well trained and professional! Was recommended from a vet in Sheridan Wy, found out my dog has the early early stage of cancer, Dr MJ was fantastic, answered all of our questions, gave us various treatment plan options for her and although we are traveling we can and have called for information and recommendations of vets in other areas. I really love working with Spring Creek Animal Hospital for all of my pet needs. They are very knowledgable about small animals and have a doctor there that specializes in exotic pets. I would highly recommend them if your pet needs to see a vet. They are kind and gentle and make your animal feel at ease. I appreciate that they are conscious about money being spent by the client and will try to do the least amount of testing necessary to keep the cost down if your pet needs lab work or other things that might cost a lot of money. They start with basic things and move on as needed. We adopted our cat from the adoption center in town and they worked with me on some cat behavioral issues that we are dealing with (we adopted 3 cats and they don't always get along). I felt like they listened to my concerns and gave me a lot of good advice on how to help solve the problem.

Our standard poodle was attacked by a moose last weekend. Spring Creek's emergency, round the clock care of him saved his life. They have the only post surgical critical care in the valley including a high oxygen recovery cage. The entire staff has been wonderful including the nurses and techs that provide him care all night. What a blessing this team of dedicated professionals are. Our dog is almost fully recovered! All he needs is more time and strengthening. We could couldn't have asked for better, more caring, or more capable care.

During a time of emergency, I took my black lab to Spring Creek Animal Hospital due to Mushroom Toxicosis. His condition was so poor that I was preparing for the worst. Dr. Carla Barker and Vet Technician Jenn worked as a highly cohesive team with confidence, utmost respect and extreme composure. Most importantly, they understood the challenges and pain I was dealing with as well as my black lab. Their communication and explanations were truthful, honest and involved all scenarios and outcomes. Simply stated, they did everything they could and worked extremely hard for me and my pet. This place was so so wonderful! Our dog had a bad ear infection while at the cabin and we needed to address it quickly. The vets here are so nice and we left with a ton of information regarding his allergies along with medications to make him feel better immediately. This place is amazing. We were on vacation in Afton and my pup got hurt in the evening. The on call doctor was very nice and helped reassure me that my pup was going to be okay and she walked me through what I needed to do with the wound till I could get her there in the morning. When I arrived the staff was super helpful and understanding and got us back instantly. They patched my pup up and sent me with detailed discharge instructions to take home. They also had all of my pup's previous medical records faxed from my regular vet. The prices were very reasonable and the facility is clean. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!
