I am new to the area and brought my dog into be seen due to some vomiting. I had X-rays and a panel of blood work completed. Dt. Fisher was awesome. Leuca, my boxer warmed up to him instantly. The previous vet we had been with for years and she never warmed up to her. I am so thankful for them and my dog will now be a regular patient. Thanks from Leuca and I.

Dr. Lewis is truly a caring and kind veterinarian. He was there for me and my cat Baby, when we needed him. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday late afternoon. He is not like a lot of the vets one comes across these days who only care about how much money they can charge. I believe he really cares about the animals he treats, not how much they can make him. This is the best vet in the valley the most reasonable prices and if you go in for vaccinations they don't charge and office visit fee. The staff is always amazing and very helpful. If you live in twin or the surrounding areas this is the best vet around. they will take great care of all your furry friends. i wouldnt go anywhere else.

We have never had a problem with this place in the past, but our dog (very clearly) had hives so I called and they told me it would be $5-10 to bring him in for a steroid shot (or I could give him benadryl at home). I figured for the $10 I could take him there so they would clear up faster. What they didn't tell us is that giving him the shot would include an "exam" that cost $50. (Had I known, I would have just treated him at home). We were in the room less than 10 minutes. When I told them that they never said it would be a $50 exam when I called, and asked if I could at least bring him back in for a full exam to feel like I got my money's worth, she claimed she did a full exam and wouldn't do anything else. Very poor service from this vet in particular. Will not go back to her. So, in short, be careful when you call to make an appointment and I guess you have to be the one to verify what all they will be charging you for if you go in because they don't tell you everything.

These guys were a Godsend. Our puppy had her jugular vein torn by another dog and we were sure she wasn't going to make it (we've all seen movies, right?). The vet here was optimistic about her surviving, and, lo and behold, she did. At an extremely reasonable price. He even laughed at my horrible jokes that I crack to cope with an awful situation. 10 stars, hands down. They even clipped her nails because we were embarrassed about them. ❤

I appreciate, trust, and respect Dr. Lieu, Dr. Fisher and the staff at Valley View. One evening Dr. Fisher returned my call and met me at the clinic after hours when my daschund was ill due to xylitol. He was so kind and patient with us. I was very concerned but grateful. He’s a good guy; he’s very down to earth. When my Siberian Labrador was hit by a car the receptionist said to come in and it didn’t matter that they were about to close. When I pulled up a veterinary technician was holding the door open and waiting for us. Dr. Lieu is very professional and sweet. I always enjoy talking with her. She not only helped my girl that night; she helped me feel better about the incident.

I was happy with them as a vet for a while. They took very good care of us.... as long as we were coming in for vaccinations or neuters by appointment. But when something went wrong and my dog could barely breathe, I was told they didn't have time to help us. I had every intention of paying whatever emergency fee they threw at me but they flat denied to help at all. They made an excuse of how many people have moved to Twin Falls recently and they had to keep up. But the reality is that when they got to where they couldn't help their established patients anymore, they should have stopped accepting new patients. My dog almost died. And had Sawtooth Vet in Jerome not stepped on, he would have. What awful people. They don't care about animals at all and they have no idea what they're doing in the way of running a business.

This place has the most caring veterinarians and staff that I've seen or met in a long time. They know their stuff. I moved from Colorado and brought a dog in that had an ear infection that would not clear up with the Colorado care she was getting. At Valley View veterinarian, Dr Lu cleared this right up right away and knew exactly what it was causing the ear problems. I was really impressed. Their prices are reasonable, too. Easy to make an appointment.

Thanks to the staff, they gave us time and comfort when we had to put our 16 year old cat to sleep. It's hard enough to make that decision and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to do it.
