As an owner of three dogs , I entrusted their health and well being to doctors and nurses at Valley Animal Hospital. As a result , my dogs lived a long and peaceful life( all three are now gone , however all three lived beyond 14 and they were all large breed). We have had a great experience at VAH. We have boarded our dog here 3x and we can tell that she loves it. Every time we approach the door her tail starts wagging furiously! The minute we get inside the staff always comes from around the desk to say Hi. They love our dog and she loves them! We see Dr. K as our vet. We were new dog owners last April and Dr. K has taken very good care of us. Plus she has a great sense of humor! I have recommend the practice to several people. We love it here!!

I went a couple days a go because my 9 year old Chihuahua got sick...I am not going to lie I have to wait for a while (but they told me they were short on staff) wich is fine but they should put attention to that detail(waiting time) after that Dr Thompson listen all my story about what’s going on,then she explain me what she would do and immediately we foundout what’s going on with my dog... What a wonderful experience to be able to take your pet to a place where you fully trust and appreciate the care you will receive. All of my rescues receive care at VAH and I cannot say more about how great the staff presents. One of my rescues receives physical therapy at VAH ( two ACL tears) and the rehab is superb! As a retired professional athlete, the care my dog received is as good, if not better, as any care I received in my career. I highly recommend VAH!

I recently left both my dogs (an older not so easy to handle 8 year old and a very high energy puppy of 6 months) for a week while we were on vacation. What a great job John did handling both dogs!! They were well cared for and came home happy and healthy. The staff was helpful and kind as always. It is never easy to leave your fur babies, but if you must, I would highly recommend boarding at Valley. Collette goes above and beyond to make you feel totally comfortable and at ease... it's that personal touch and added love that keeps us coming back over the last 8 years.

Dr. Henderson, Dr. Thompson and the skilled and compassionate staff treated my animals with great care. I have an elderly Shih Tzu who developed gum disease over time and Dr. Henderson treated my dogs issues made sure I understood how to continue care at home and scheduled follow up dental procedures. Dr. Henderson also spayed my year old Tuxedo short haired cat. She stayed overnight and was cared for by the excellent staff ( Colette, Dr. Thompson, Valeska and Jenn). It's a comfort knowing that your animal is getting excellent care at Valley Animal Hospital.

Dr. Roy Hadden is the best vet ever! He is so caring and really loves the animals he takes care of! ( He also has a great sense of humor!) His staff are all wonderful, knowledgeable people. My dog loves everybody there! The only problem I see is that he has become so in demand that he really needs a larger waiting room...but I don't know how he could possibly accomplish that! Oh well, it is still very worth it to bring my dog to him. I wouldn't think of going any where else!

The office visit at Valley with my cat exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean, the appointment was on time, and the tech that saw us before the doctor, was friendly and affectionate with my cat. I didn't even wait 5 minutes after the tech was done before Dr. Thompson came into the exam room. She was patient, knowledgeable, very gentle, and sweet as could be with my skittish cat. She didn't rush the visit, answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and the purpose of my visit. She didn't try to pressure me into tests or vaccinations that were unrelated to the reason I was there. Dr. Thompson and the tech offered to give me a tour of the boarding facility at Valley after I asked about it. I left there very happy that I chose Valley Animal Hospital for my cat's checkup and I'm confident others will too.

We like this vet facility very much, and Dr. Henderson appears caring and compassionate and a very skilled surgeon (three teeth extractions; two tumor removals). The support staff is excellent and people seem happy at work and caring of the animals. The shelter facility is clean and pleasant, with barriers between ample-sized cages to help reduce the amount of visual distraction and arousal. (Athough our dog -- who is quite a feisty little fellow full of spit and vinegar - was hoarse upon his return; I guess you can't keep dogs from barking at each other if that's their intent.). We prefer this facility to others in our area that we've tried over the years.

I took my 14 yr old Yorkie to Valley recently. He has been a patient there for some time but it was our first experience with Dr. Thompson. She is very knowledgeable and caring and didn't order unnecessary tests. The facility is always clean, the techs are very pleasant. I have never had to wait for an appointment. They always run on time and have convenient hours in the evenings and on Saturdays. Today I had to call to get records sent to another vet (as I am out of the area) and Denise was super accommodating and very pleasant. The records were sent immediately. There is never any waiting and their office staff couldn't be any nicer. I've moved out of the area recently but they are worth the commute.

I really can't recommend Dr.Hadden enough. He is very knowledgeable and kind. You can tell he still genuinely cares for the animals that come into his clinic even after practicing for so many years. He has the ability to do everything from surgical interventions to same day blood testing. I have since moved an hour away from him and still continue to make the drive with my dogs even though there are other vets closer.

Worst ever. Biggest rip off. The doctor looked up on Google or some search engine and then started telling me what he thought. It didn't seem too big an issue but I am told I need to come back in for a follow up. So I pay the original bill and they say during the follow up I need to pay another $50 for a 2 minute visit. I am told that all Veterinarian doctors charge the same way. I called 3 other local Vets and none charge for a follow up visit. I did pay for the follow up but I called back to complain but was told by one of the owners they expect to maintain a 20% growth and this is how they charge. This was my last visit to this place. Too bad there isn't a rating lower than one.

My two dogs were so happy and not afraid because Dr. Thomson and her assistant were so playful with them and my two furkids were relaxed while getting examined. After Dr. Thomson had given them their vaccinations she was running with them through the office (on leashes of course) LOL, as my two dogs are really a lot of fun to be around and she embraced that. Dr. Jamie Thompson is awesome I love her she is so patience and caring with my dogs. I brought my dog Milo a month because he was having severity constipation. We brought our dog to Valley Animal Hospital to be boarded while we were on vacation. I had adopted my Husky in the state of Indiana and I had misplaced her paper work. Other places that I had called told me it was my responsibility to find my paper work then call them back. At VAH they called the place where I adopted my dog and they were able to get her medical records faxed to them right away and they took her on a short notice. Every contact with staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for your service. It meant a lot to us.

I can not say enough about the wonderful experience we recently had with our dog Chloe. She had a cervical disc injury that left her front legs essentially paralyzed. She was unable to walk, stand, eat or go to the bathroom independently. She was progressively getting worse. VAH was recommended to us because of a family member's experience with their dog. I knew from Dr. Henderson's initial examination that Chloe was in good hands. He gave a very thorough evaluation and suggested physical therapy with laser and acupuncture for a month. After about 6 weeks, Chloe was independent and happy again! The staff there is very caring. Regan is an amazing physical therapist and gives so much of her time and love to your dog. We are so grateful for what they did to get Chloe back to life.

I am very pleased with Valley Animal Hospital. The vet I see is Dr. Henderson and he is very thorough and caring. Previously I used to take my dog Rocky to a different place and he didn't want to go into the building. My daughter took her two dogs to Valley Animal Hospital and told me to bring Rocky there. I have no issues with them. There prices might be slightly higher but it is well worth it. My dog had surgery on his leg and it was successful. Post therapy was also good. The staff is friendly and I definitely would recommend this place to all.

We have been going to Valley Animal Hospital for the past 2 years. Their hours are great and the wait time for an appt is always quick. The team has saved our dog- literally- on more than one occasion and our girl LOVES going there. We originally found Valley for their pet PT as our large 12 yr old dog hurt her knee and we did not want to put her through surgery at her age and quickly after decided to change over to Valley for our primary care Vet. Regan is the Physical Therapist and gave our dog the ability to walk again! She is very open and honest about her opinions for your dog's progress and works with you to ensure they get the proper care at home when not in therapy. Dr Henderson and Dr Thompson are incredible people who go above and beyond to be sure that your are well informed of your animal's needs. Every person that works there- from the receptionists to the drs to the PT- truly cares about the clients and care of the pets. I cannot say enough good things about the entire Valley team.

Literally the most loving Animal Hospital I have ever been in!! The staff is amazing. Ryan is a very skilled and loving pet therapist and I am so grateful to know these doctors!
