I am extremely disappointed with this place. I typically go to the another vet in town, but my dog needed stitches as soon as possible and she wasn't available. I was told to take my dog there and that they would get to her when the doctor arrived and let me know what was to be done. I received a call AFTER they anesthetized her and gave her stitches. I asked when I could pick her up and was told I would get a call. No call. I finally called at the end of the day to see what was going on and they claimed they had tried to call me three times, which was untrue. I asked why I didn't get a call to let me know about the decision on the procedure for my dog. (Standard practice to get permission before performing a procedure, right?) I was told that's what they thought I wanted. Only then did they finally offer to let me speak to the veterinarian that did the stitches. I was so upset by this point that I told them I just wanted to leave. It took me FORTY minutes to pick up my dog and leave there. I'm frustrated that they are so terrible at communication and then were dishonest to try to protect themselves when I got upset. In correspondence since then, they have failed to follow-up with me in a timely manner and I am just amazed that they run a business this way. I am grateful that they were able to stitch my dog, but so frustrated with their business practices. Don't even get me started on their high prices! I will NOT be going back if I can help it!!

I took my 4 cats to be spade and neutered. They tried to spay my male cat (like he was a female) and he had horrible scars on his belly and butt. They were traumatized and shaking for the rest of their life, which makes me believe they didn't use anesthetic. My female cats also were butchered and acted weird ever since. I had cats spade and neutered before at other clinics and never had this problem. I heard horror stories from other people since this happened to me. Don't go here, unless you want your animals butchered!

The people at the Soda Springs Animal Clinic are fantastic. They are so kind and sweet to not only people, but they care so much about the animals that come through their door. I have had the opportunity to have them help me out two separate times, and both times they were fantastic. The Vets that are there are extremely knowledgeable and they are very good with animals. Dr. Cutler was able to calm my dog down enough to get her to allow him to look at her wound. He was so helpful when it came time for me to take my dog home and and gave me all the equipment necessary to take good care of my dog. Overall an excellent place to get care for your four legged family members.

Amazing staff and real empathy towards animals. First things after entering the room, the vet gently sat down on the floor and snuggled my Belgian Malinois. His exam was extremely through and left me with a sense of ease. Nothing is too good for my pup. You met my expectations. Good job.

My dog was misdiagnosed. Cost me a lot of money and time to treat the misdiagnosis. The animal clinic also charged me way too much money. Veterinarian was busy treating a herd of animals, so I believe he did not take the time necessary to diagnose my dog.

I cannot believe they tried to spay a male cat or that they butcher animals. I took my dog there when her foot was severely severed from an accident and they saved her foot. Dr. Bollar performed 2 surgeries and was unfailingly gentle with her. All of the staff have shown amazing compassion for and love of animals each time I have taken her. They take time to know the animals individually and answer all questions thoroughly. They provided first class care in all areas and I have complete confidence in them to provide the best care possible for pets. I cannot imagine any of the things they were accused of in the other review happening there. I will continue to take my pets there and highly recommend them to others.

Dr. Bollar and staff have taken care of our pets like they are family. When our dog died at home, Dr. Bollar offered to drive 20+ miles to our house to pick him up. Laurie, the front office manager is so great at explaining everything in detail - including diet, procedures, medications, and even making sure all discounts are applied. Cassie, an extremely smart and caring vet tech has even delivered medications to our home when needed. I couldn't ask for anything more!
