These guys were amazing with my experience of losing my beloved dog Zeus. They gave me straight answers to his disease and allowed us lots of time to say our goodbyes when it came down to making the hardest decision to put him down so that he wouldn't suffer the inevitable from his cancer. They were patient and as a new client to them they showed us that they cared so much! thank you shelley vet! a while after losing zeus I got a new puppy and scheduled him to be fixed, the dr I wanted to have do his surgery was booked but we decided to give another dr at this practice a shot and I have no complaints.

Seriously the best vet to take your fur babies. After loosing my cat patches they were very sincere and then set me a card in the mail with all there signatures. Very thaughtfull. They also were the ones who diagnosed my rottie with cancer and did everything they could to make her last month's as comfortable as they could. There prices are amazing one of the cheeper vets I've found but there compassion to the people and animals that come into there vet clinic is amazing!

My cat ate a stretchy headband so they did everything they could to make her throw it up. When they we're unable to be successful they gave great pointers on what to watch for and a card with an emergency number on it. The vets and Techs are always so nice and welcoming and so knowledgeable.

Shelley Veterinary has the most amazing caring vet ( Lynne) she has the biggest ❤️ and it shows in how she cares for all the animals she takes care of, we have went to her for 15 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. The staff is just as wonderful we love ❤️ all of them, they make us feel like our dogs are their number one priority, that's how they are with everyone.

I took my little girl there from the time she was a puppy for all her pet care. Well after 12 and half years she was diagnosed with heart problems. We agonized for 51 days to end her suffering. The staff was very kind and patient with us and seemed to really care about the animals! They reasonably priced. If you want a good vet take your fur baby's here.

I just adopted our furry baby a few days ago. He was super nervous being in cars and other people as soon as I walked in the young ladies were so nice to him our little guy was wagging his tail. He needed to get fixed so he was there for only a few hrs. They called me to let me know when I could go get him. Great customer service, Phone adequate was polite when I called back. The Doctor was nice and down to the point. Yes, it was only a few hours and I was in and out but with that I was glad my friend told me about them. Thank you for answering all my questions I had.

The doctors and staff here are without a doubt the best most caring office I have ever been to. They take care of our animals including our st. Bernard who battled cancer for 2 years. They saw her through everything she had to deal with, and when the time came, sent her off in a very dignified and respectful manner. I won't ever go anywhere else.

The vet that she didn't know what was the bacterial-looking thing on the side of his nose was. We asked about the coughing/vomit noise he makes, but she just said that older dogs make that noise before they die. ??? My dog is 2 years old!!! She gave absolutely no information that would help him.

Good old honest vets that are friendly, caring and affordable and don't rip you off by adding on amounts that you don't notice till you get home. Doctors are personable and take time answering questions. I don't mind traveling and going out of my way to take my pets here because no other vets are as good as they are.....Give them a try.

It's only an extra 10 min drive but so so worth it..I've found my permanent vet .

Great vet! We bring all our animals here and they are so good with them. They have great knowledgeable staff. I like the separate entrances for cats and dogs. They work closely with the Snake River Animal Shelter. That shows how much they care for animals needing homes!

I am not satisfied with my most recent experience here. I dropped my 4 month old lab off to be neutered and they told me he would be done between 3-5. I did receive a call around noon that I could go and pick him up. When I was waiting for the vet to come in and talk to me about the procedure she came in and seemed to be in a very poor mood. She vaguely went over everything, she didnt give my dog an e collar. She showed she was very unhappy with my dog and even expressed that she wanted to call me at 9:30 to pick him up. Now when I first walked in to pick up my puppy, I asked the nice older lady with blonde hair how he was and she said he did great, he had been a bit vocal but all dogs are and also mentioned that they had shelter animals in there too that they were all making noise. She didnt show any negative feelings about it I assumed he did well. However the vet who was wearing the green Bay packer scrubs made me feel bad, made me feel regretful that I left my dog in her care and helped me in my decision to not return for services at this place. I would have rather received a call to pick up my dog and taken him somewhere else where they have patience with puppies. I would have also love to have the update he wasnt behaving well (as the vet made it seem) if there was an option to give him a calming pill I would have authorized that as well. Ultimately I am really dissatisfied with the vet. She shoyld not be practicing if she acts that way about taking care of animals. I dont believe she has a passion for animals and their wellbeing.

I've taken my dog here several times and have been more than satisfied. The doctors are great. They have in-house capability to do blood test panels while you wait about 20 minutes. Plus they haven't made me lift my 50+ lb dog up onto the table which makes her very happy and me too. The seperate dog and cat entry doors crack me up and it really works ! From clipping toe nails to more critical issues they are the best.

I have so much to say about this place they helped me in so many different circumstances with my animals I have lots of pets and they tend to get sick well the latest pet to get sick was Mike at Sky and I just was beside myself not knowing what to do because I knew I had to put her down well I went to this veterinary hospital before I spent at least a half an hour on the phone with the the vet and the staff they care so much and they are Beyond nice take the picture I've attached for example. Also not to mention very good prices. If you live in Idaho Falls or the surrounding area of Shelley it's worth the drive for sure.<3

Good Drs and friendly staff. I feel they genuinely care. They know me on sight and even remember my name which is crazy considering how many people they see daily. Only cons are that they are usually booked solid so don't expect to get a same day appointment unless it's an emergency. And since they are extremely busy there's always a line. However, they are worth the wait. Took my cat to 4 different vets. Shelley vet was the only one that listened to me and was able to diagnose my cat. I now make the drive to them whenever my pets need anything.
