We used Quarry Ridge for our dog his whole 15 year life. He had 2 successful operations when young, annual exams, and appointments for various illnesses as needed. The staff was always responsive, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions. They cared about the health of our beloved boy. We would recommend them to any dog owner. Great place.
I have been using Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital to care for my dogs for more than 15 years. The vets and staff are fantastic -- skilled and caring. The facilities are excellent. It is the most professional and compassionate operation you can imagine.
We've been using Donna Cobelli since she began her practice. Now she has this excellent hospital with first class vets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great staff, very loving and professional.
Had a short relationship with Quarry Ridge, but Dr. Chang was amazing and treated us like she worked with us for years. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible.
Nice well equipped animal hospital with nice staff. Appointments are on time. No waiting.
I’ve been really happy with Quarry Ridge. They get us in when we need to see them, have short/reasonable wait times, provide great care and are also realistic about cost (I.e. they give a choice when one plan of treatment is more expensive than another).
I always have billing issues with them. I specifically told them that I did not want pre anesthetic bloodwork done on my completely healthy 6 month old puppy. They said that it was part of the bill that ROAR paid anyways so it would be done. It what world would a shelter pay for pre-ans blood work? So I stupidly agreed and when I went to pick up my dog, there it was on my bill. Second time I brought my dog there second time I had a billing issue.
Been going to this group for 20 years. Great talented caring people
The staff is warm and kind. They have taken excellent care of our cats. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a loving animal hospital
Staff is very very nice! The doctor and vet tech who saw my dog today were super helpful and very very kind. Very good information and advice. The doctor actually looked at all my dogs history! Every place I've been to the doctors ask me questions they would've known if they read the history. Happy I didn't experience that here. They have lots of stuff available for pets like food, toys and care products. This was my first visit and it was better than all my experiences at my past vets. Thanks!!!!
I have been going to Quarry Ridge for about 4 years. I have seen a few different vets and have been impressed with all of them. The techs are fantastic and great with the dogs. Everyone explains things well and has patience to make sure the pet parent understands everything. The staff at the desk are also the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone.
I will start out by saying I am very picky when it comes to vets. I have had two of my lifetime I have a really stuck out as being amazing . After moving to Ridgefield in February I started coming here with my small Chihuahua mix . Seemed to go well at first. Both that's we saw were very good . I made an appointment to bring my dog, because his face was swollen. This was on a Saturday . I had called to give them some background information that my husband may not think to give them because he was the one bringing in my dog . None of the things I said got back to the vet seeing him. Then they aspirated and sent it to a lab and told me they would call me with results on Tuesday . They to do not call until Friday. Then I called recently because my dog had eaten an apple seed, which I heard could be poisonous. They could not be bothered talking and I was told to call poison control . I called 2 poison control's and they informed me they did not advise about animals and asked me why I didn't call my vet, (which I had). I then called two different animal poison controls, and was informed I had to pay upwards of $60 to even talk to someone ! This is now A half hour going by, in which this could be a time sensitive thing. Finally called them back again, they gave me a vet tech, who told me they have talked about it with A vet and they don't think it'll be a problem that my dog ate such a small amount( why couldn't they just tell me when I call the first time, no idea ) . Then the straw that broke the camels back, was the other day I called because my dog had painful rash under his chest. It was nine in the morning, and I couldn't see him until four, and they have multiple Vets at that practice. I finally gave in and called Ridgefield animal hospital, which a friend had recommended to me a while back. He is one vet, and I was a new customer, and he took me in at 11am that day. Very happy I changed, I am very happy with the new vet. Dr. Heidinger is wonderful!
What a wonderful practice. We had a rescue who was new to our family suddenly fall sick and die. It was awful. QR staff was compassionate, thoughtful and loving. When we decided to add a new rescue to our family, they were eager to support us and take great care of our newest little girl.
Fantastic hospital with caring and highly qualified veterinarians. Always willing to see you or help over the phone. The staff is devoted to the work they do and to the pets and animals who visit them. Don't go anywhere else. I have never felt uncomfortable leaving my pets for treatment at Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital.
I recently moved to Ridgefield and was looking for a vet. I had no idea where to go but I liked what I saw and read on Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital so I made an appointment there. Both my dog and I were so thrilled to find such a wonderful place. Everything was spotless and everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go to vet! Thank you!
Super caring docs at this place always! As is their staff as well. They have cared for our pets for years and we highly recommend them!
We've use only Quarry Ridge Vets and have had nothing but wonderful, caring, highly professional experiences. Highly recommend them for all of our dearly loved animals!
I've taken my 2 cats there since we moved here 6 years ago. They have such a knowledgeable staff and they work together to solve problems. Some reviews complain about the costs, but if somethings up with my pets I want all the tests done and if you want a state of the art facility with ultra sound and acupuncture and some of the best veterinarians available, this is your place. They truly care about your pets and I totally trust them and I have friends that take their pets there and feel the same as I do.
Highly skilled and very friendly. They go all out to make both pet and owner feel better.
They are awesome helpful and have the best interests of the pets in mind.
We have seen all the doctors there and always have a positive experience. My pet has been well cared for here. From check in to check out everyone is kind and respectful. They are very responsive and helpful via phone as well.
Best vets anywhere !!!! Great staff too !!
This animal hospital has very caring vets and staff! I’ve been bringing my cats to this office since we had them. I am very satisfied with the care they provided. The vets are willing to spend time to listen to what’s going on with my cats and to try different ways to deal with their problems. They always send me reminders when the cats are due for their next visits. Bills are clean and prices are reasonable. One of my cats were treated with urinary tract blockage occurrences, once in an ED vet and once in this office and the price here is much lower than the other place. one of my cats passed away and they donated to a organization that planted a tree in memory of my cat! I was deeply moved by this nice act. I’ll keep bringing my cats to this office and highly recommend it to other pet owners.
Excellent care, very knowledgeable, compassionate people. Truly the best experience we're ever had with a veterinary clinic. Marie-Christine & David Girton.
Very helpful staff. Definitely glad we brought our cat. Helped him out.
A great experience with kind, caring professionals.
Top quality care for my dog.
The most caring animal lovers around!
Outstanding staff members and vets.
This is the best veterinarian we have ever been to! Dr Chang is amazing, she cares about the animals and their families. I loved how clean everything was, from the exam rooms to the waiting room. I was so impressed with all of the staff, I have two small children and I felt very welcomed by the staff which usually doesn't happen when I go places. They listened well to understand when I explained I have an anxious rabbit and didn't stress her out or just assume she was like any other rabbit. I would recommend this vet to anyone!
The service i received from Quarry the first three years was wonderful. The price was a bit high for vaccines. I always walked out with a bill for 200 or more dollars for a routine visit. Then one day my dog wasn't eating, and seemed lethargic. I explained she was pooping but very little bits the past few days. They did blood work , then X-rays, then more lab work. The very last thing they did was to remove hard fecal matter. The bill came to $627.00. The strange thing was the removal of feces was 0.00. Free of charge. She was constipated. Never did the doctor apologize or offer a reduced amount for not checking that first. That 600.00 dollar bill truly hurt me. Several months later I needed to renew an ongoing ointment. They suggested I make an appointment. I declined. I picked up my dogs ointment took it home. I used it about two weeks later and a puff of air came out. There was little ointment left. I spoke with the receptionist who wasn't sure how to proceed. Someone called back, said how unusual it was. The next day they said they would call the manufacturing company. I called the company and they said no problem. They wanted the calling #. Quarry called me back and said they were unable to accept an open tube and the company nor they would replace it. I was not happy. After a cooling off period Quarry sent me a new tube. I have lost trust in them
The medical and administrative staff at Quarry Ridge are top notch, extremely talented and caring professionals.
Great staff. Truly care about the animals they care for.
We had an amazing experience at Quarry ridge hospital! Everyone was so nice to us and specially with my Mel. We really love the doctor and my baby is doing much better now! I super recommend them!
All off our furred and feathered animal babies have been very happy clients of Quarry Ridge Animal. The doctors are kind, knowledgeable and caring, the staff friendly and helpful, and they are always on top of sending us reminders for well visits and vaccination renewals. I highly recommend Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital without hesitation.
Our first visit with the new pup was very pleasant and we could not be more more impressed with the friendly and courteous staff. Guess first impressions do make a difference.
I sent you a testimonial several days ago. KO
We have been using Quarry Ridge for over 15 years. The veterinarians and staff are professional, friendly and genuinely care about our pets. Dr. Profetta has been our vet for 15 years and she is the best!
Absolutely love Quarry Ridge Animal Hospital!!! Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarians and staff. Wonderful practice!
Dr Donna Cobelli was awesome with my 2 cats! She was very thorough with us as she explained the choices of care for my one particular epileptic cat. She was kind and gentle. After taking blood we reviewed on the two followup phone calls more options and strategy on how to proceed with care for the cat. Excellence and speaking on my nonveterinarian level so I could clearly understand the visit and care. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a veterinarian. Thank you Dr. Donna Cobelli!
The whole staff treats you and your pet like family!
Quarry Ridge doctors have taken wonderful care of each of my labradors for the past 20+ years. The vets I have worked with have each been devoted to the care and wellbeing of my animals above all but have been kind, gentle and understanding with the people that came with those animals. From puppyhood to a gentle goodbye at 15 1/2, Maggie had a full life of care from basic checkups to some more complex surgeries. I always felt secure knowing she was in expert hands. Late in her life, Quarry Ridge was the only place she could or would board. Sweet Dixie spent her elder years with us from age 7 to 12. Her painful arthritic back responded so well to acupuncture and when QRAH advanced to laser acupuncture, Dixie came home with a new spring in her step. Our newest love, Birdie, was just spayed at QRAH and came through it like a champ, her healing accelerated by post surgical laser therapy. I wholeheartedly recommend QRAH for veterinary care and boarding! Love Dr Cobelli and her whole team!
Compassion rules at this animal Hospital, located closely to the heart of town. I've always had great check ups here and recently they aided me in putting my loved dog to sleep after his faithful 17 years of serving as my best friend. Thank you for everything, including the trust and service provided.
I've been with this wonderful group for many years. The professionalism and care is amazing, I highly recommend them.
Very friendly caring staff, a little on the pricy side, but they will work with you.
I have been bringing my animal companions to QRAH for over a decade now and QRAH has consistently provided excellent care with a staff that is truly outstanding. Between the high quality medical care provided and the compassionate staff, I couldn't be happier.
Recently we had to have our dog euthanized due to a sudden and severe inoperable condition. QRAH admitted her right away on an emergency basis and Dr. Cobelli took charge. During my two visits that day and the decision to put Cheyenne to sleep, Dr. Cobelli and her fellow doctors and staff helped us through a very difficult day. Everyone was empathic and professional and made Cheyenne as comfortable as possible in her last few hours. I should also mention that we began taking Cheyenne to QRAH for check-ups and boarding after we adopted her in 2008 from ROAR. The staff is great and the facilities are modern and spotless. I can’t thank QRAH enough for the years of wonderful, loving and professional attention they gave Cheyenne.
