They're the best veterinary clinic and hospital in the Magic Valley and Jerome County there is. In my opinion they're the best period. I think they are the best period . I know this to be true . I would not take my babies ( Critters) to anyone but them THE Dr's and staff are excellent . They will try to safe your critter with all there might, I know they tried for me until they couldn't no more and then they still could have but, that would have been selfish on my part to put my puppy through that pain. They are kind, loving and compassionate Dr's. So if you want a great and excellent vet go there and they're not expensive either.

Never use this vets office they charged me hundreds of dollars and then put my cat to sleep. So i paid the bill all but 6 dollars cause i didnt have the last 6 dollars. They sent me to collections for that 6 dollars and now i owe 130 dollars all this after they charged me hundreds and put my cat to sleep. You will be better off finding another vet i will never take my animals back there again and it even makes me wonder now if my cat even needed to be put down or if they just wanted to ad an extra charge on there. Never and i reapeat never use this business its awful the doctor was not nice or didnt even seem to care about my cat but she sure cared enough about my 6 bucks to send me to collections

I'm new to the area, so I was searching for a new vet. I was impressed that they were able to get me in the same day I called, go through my pets records with me, listen to all my concerns, and prescribe me new medication for my whippet for traveling. It was a great experience, and both the vet and the tech were great with my very nervous whippet. By the end of the visit, she had stopped shaking! A great experience all around for both me and my pets.

Our cat was in a cat fight and had a huge abscess that burst, they fixed him up and gave him antibiotics. They are very caring and loving with every pet I bring in.

Dr. (Lisa) Latshaw is one of the most patient, and knowledgeable vets I have ever known. She's been our family vet since I was in high school, 20 years ago, and will continue as long as I'm in the area. I appreciate her so much for what she's done for my Boston terriers. I highly recommend them

These ladies all know their stuff! An all female staff that work in unison and all have an extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine and procedures. Their love of animals is readily apparent. Love this place but the parking is horrible.

My family recently adopted a rescue dog who had very little experience at a vet. Thanks to all the previous reviews, we decided on Magic Valley Veterinary Hospital. It was definitely the right decision. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are fair. Dr. Rippel and the vet tech who did the initial exam were so patient and gentle. My dog actually enjoys coming here, which speaks for itself!
