This vet was recommended to me by a co-worker so I took my dog, that obviously had some sort of health issue going on, to them. They told me what they assumed the issue was, ran blood work, told me the pills that they thought we would need were out of stock, and that they would call me with the results of the blood work and to let me know when the pills came in. They never called. I had to call them back to get the results and pills. I thought maybe it was just a slip up so I gave them another shot when my dog stopped eating after giving him the prescribed pills. They thought he had a blockage and said he needed an ultrasound. I agreed to that and they said they would call me with appointment dates. They never called. They have a nice pay plan that is better than other vets but you certainly get what you pay for. I would not recommend this vet to anyone if you love your pets.

I don’t know where to begin. I don’t wish any ill towards this Vet, but I hope they learn from my bad experiences and improve their business. I had four bad experiences involving this Vet: 1. Being a new puppy owner, I had no idea when to bring my puppy in for his vaccines and every time I was finished with one, they would send me on my way without telling me when to come back. So obviously, I had to call back and figure out when the next round was. I feel like this should be something they fix. 2. My puppy had to have surgery on his hernia. However, after a month or so, the hernia was back. Come to find out, they simply did a desolving stitch and hoped it would heal itself. Although they apologized and assured me that they should have cut along the outter edge of the muscle so it would have actually healed itself, it was a little too late and $$$ went down the drain. 3. I knew I was new at this and relied on the vets word 100%. So, when my 4 month old German Shepherd was obviously eating all his food and not gaining weight because of his diarrhea, obviously I was concerned. I called numerous times asking when I should bring him in. Over and over again they told me my puppy should be fine because he was playing, eating and drinking. When it came to the last vaccine/ check up they told me my puppy was under weight. All I wanted to do was scream, “NO DUH!” Something wasn’t right, and somehow I was the only one who knew that. 4. The last phone call I made and the last factor that made me realize that this Vet didn’t care about me or my pup was when I heard the receptionist (before I was managed to be put on hold), “It’s Alyson calling about the pup... again.” Let me tell you now what happened, I changed vets ASAP. My new Vet was able to get me in the next day. They concluded that Jax had giardia and was treated for it. It only took 3 DAYS and my puppy had solid poops and started gaining healthy weight. If Linder Vet would have looked at me like a pet owner who was concerned rather than a burden, maybe my puppy would have been healthier a lot sooner. It’s unfortunate that this happened, but I’m at a place who loves Jax just as much as I do, which matters. Plus, they told me to call them anytime. They understand I am new at this and want to make sure Jax is happy and healthy.

I have been taking my 2 Chihuahuas to Linder Pet Medical Center for going on a year now and I recommend them to everyone.They are all very friendly, always fit my puppies in when needed and they have a very awesome monthly payment plan that takes the worry away that if something happens I know that I can have my pets checked out by a vet without having to pay for the exam, plus all treatments are half off and all meds are 30% off and on top of all that, they get a free blood work and free dental cleaning once a year. You cannot find that kind of deal anywhere for only $20.00 a month per pet. Plus, they also have Mobile Pet Medical care and will come to you if you are unable to go to them.

First time here. I really enjoyed the vet we met. The staff is very kinda and loving as well. I did find it's rather hard to get a hold of them- my guess is because they are growing and very busy, but my calls and messages were returned with in the business day so I don't think this is a negative just a fact of a growing office in a new building. I was impressed with the front office lady she figured out a way to knock our bill Down by quite a few dollars using their care plan and coupons. I was very pleased with that. We will be back. So today was my first mobile visit. First off I've never lived somewhere that has this service and I'm so glad we do! The doctor was very gentle and attentive to my cats, and turns out aside from ear mites ( I recently took them in so they wouldn't go to a shelter) they are in great shape. The wellness plan they offer is so worth it and the mobile clinic van has everything that a stationary clinic has. Just after one visit I highly recommend Linder Pet Medical Care to anyone in need of pet care.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Orhem for 7 years now. He is the most thoughtful, kind and understanding doctor we have ever had. his dad started the practice as a mobile vet and built a reputation of caring and excellence in the Treasure Valley that his son has continued. When we had to have a dog put down, he spent a long time talking to us about the spirit of pets, the rainbow bridge, etc, but first made sure we were comfortable talking about spiritual concepts. Amazing. He stopped by our place for a pre-op examination and recommended we don't do the surgery...at least for now. This is how we believe every pet owner should be treated. Bravo

I recently didn't have the most positive experience with the mobile pet service, however they did everything in their power to ensure the wrong was made right. Their staff has been very friendly and do care about your pets. They are willing to work and make changes to ensure their business is above par. That earns points in my book. Their are many vets out their but Linder Pet Medical Care is a good choice for a caring animal lover.

Linder pet is great we have all of our dogs go there four five six in total and one cat in our combined families. Unfortunately Linder Pets does not keep to their word. Upon signing up for their pet care plan we were told we were grandfathered at our rate and it would not go up. Well we got an email stating that our rate was being raised by $5. When I reviewed my charges the rate had went up $15. Granted I have three pets but that is not what the letter stated. We had loved their services up to this point. I simply can not work with a business that is misleading and dishonest!

Great staff and a really low-stress, pet friendly environment. The doctor is really nice and really informative. The doctor is very accessible, and he isn't afraid to take the time necessary to make sure every client understands exactly what's going on with their pet. The prices are very reasonable too. I am hard pressed to find another vet as affordable as this one. I would recommend this place to any pet owner I know, including my own mother!

Amazing wellness plans. Caring, loving staff. Today we called for an emergency and were 100% satisfied with our service. I called Dr. Ormand at 4 am. He met me at the clinic. My dog was not able to finish birthing her pups. The Dr. did everything possible to get her to successfully have her pups. In the end, she needed a C-Section, but it was nice that even at 4:30 this morning he 1st wanted to try and avoid surgery for the well-being of my dog. Of course when the time came to switch to a C-section it was performed without any trauma and we have a healthy mama and all 5 pups. This picture shows the love they have for their clients. I love this vet. We have struggled with finding even a decent vet and Linder pet vet is the absolute best!!! The doctors are knowledgeable. They are understanding and patience. The staff has great attitudes. They are real and willing to talk to you and help you through whatever concerns you have! Words don’t express how awesome they are. The other thing I love is their wellness plan. We were informed upfront given all options and we can take our dog in and not feel like we have to run all these home remedies to not have to break the bank to take them in for anything big or small. I appreciate their communication and friendliness. I don’t do many reviews ever really but honestly the deserve they deserve every star. :) thank you Linder pet vet!

This is the worst veterinarian that I have ever been to I went to make sure that my dog's teeth were okay we ended up spending $280 for her to tell me that my dog's kidneys were shutting down instead my dog had a UTI my dog almost died from the UTI with blood gushing out of her private area they charged me $280 for blood work and told me that I would have to get urinary urine from my dog hears the cup my dog got so sick with blood coming out of her private parts I had to rush her to the emergency hospital on Overland who did has done more for her than anything this vet at Linder vet is a biggest rip-off I have ever seen in my life they told me I had to buy a bag of bag food that cost $70 okay there are rip up and the doctors are don't know an ass from a hole in the ground I hope everybody sees my review because this is the most disgusting or veterinarian I have ever been to I love the emergency hospital on Overland and they also take your pets as patients in during business hours Linder vet you need to be written up by the Better Business Bureau because you are disgusting

When I took my cat there to get spayed they stated to me it was mandatory for her to get her rabies shot and wouldn't let me have her until it was done. I found out by idaho law rabies for cats is not mandatory only for dogs. I won't take my pets here again if I was paying for something she didn't need by law.

Told my family our dog had liver cancer and had a week to live. Turns out it was just anemia and was treatable. Our family dog was almost put to sleep because of this negligent veterinarians misdiagnosis. I wouldn't recommend you take your beloved family pets to this veterinarian. Despicable.

I was very comfortable there and they are so compassionate to my pets, I drive from Broadway in Boise to go there now! I LOVE IT. The farm where I live has a really good barn cat. One morning I noticed she wasn’t around and I told the owner she was gone. The cat finally showed up one morning looking very sick and owner decided to take her to Dr. Ormond at the Linder Pet Care Clinic in Meridian since our regular vet was out of town. That was a good idea since we found the staff to be very sympathetic and businesslike at the same time, this is kind of rare today. The cat got some necessary vitamins and a first class exam and she came back home the same day. Dr. Ormond and his very able staff are good people and really care about the animals they treat. He’s our regular vet for small animals now and I recommend him very highly.

The reason for the 1 star is on my very first appointment Dr. Ormond walked into my entryway, barely acknowledged me or my dog with more than one "pat", even when I invited him upstairs to review what the last vet had done and go over items for my dog...he truly ignored me (we had never met anyone from Linder Pet before), he keeled down, grabbed my 10lb 12-week old puppy and his assistant grabbed her head...and he started putting shots in her. Horrible experience. Linder Pet came highly recommended from an amazing dog trainer and my expectations were high. Even resetting my expectations to middle of the road, my first, and for sure only, interaction with Dr. Ormond Sr. was horrible. I've been a pet owner my entire life, and as an adult have had the pleasure of being owned by a Great Dane, a Poddle mix and a Golden mix. I've never experienced anything this barbaric, period. Yes I'm a "dog dad" (I do have grown children so have perspective) and am appropriately protective, but Dr. Ormond's conduct was out of line of normal decency. Go to any other veterinarian.

I first met the Drs. Ormond about 12 years ago when Dr. Ormond Jr. was the primary caregiver for what used to be the Meridian Humane Society on Ten Mile. He has been my vet ever since. He (and his staff) are some of the most compassionate and caring individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. They all love animals and the work they do (that was not always the case with some doctors I have worked with). I'm very fortunate to have met the best vet in the valley for my adopted family members.

Linder Pet Clinic is amazing. My dog had a bad reaction to the meds SNIP gave her prior to her spay. They told me she likely had parvo. I was freaking out and went to the closest vet, which happened to be Linder. Dr Ormond was awesome. He tested her and she was negative. He was genuinely concerned not only about my dog but me as well.

These guys are great for general vaccination and simple questions. I how ever would NOT take my dog back for another major procedure!! My pup went in to be neutered and was crypt. When I got the call that the surgery was done they also let me know the cost was double what I was originally told. I was not walked through the process or warned what kind of misery I would have to deal with for the next several days. I called the day after to voice my concern and ask questions and was basically told that there wasn't any thing else they could do for me at this time. Had I known before hand this would be my experience I would have absolutely gone else where for second opinions. My poor pup now has a 6" long incision down his belly that is bright red and highly irritated. Thanks for all your help Linder Pet Med!

I can not say enough about Dr. Ormond. (Sr and Jr). I have been in Meridian since 2012 and have never wanted to change vets. If I moved 30 minutes away, I would still keep them as my primary vets. My cats and dog are my babies and spoiled and they treat them as family not as just a pet. That is beyond important to me. And I have to say it was a ways back but when I couldn’t afford to pay for my cats teeth extraction up front they allowed me to do 3 payments. Because of that.. I will never leave them. I love the mobile service these guys offer. My dog is getting pretty old and she needed her teeth cleaned. By coming out to me and working on her, she was able to almost completely avoid any of the anxiety she gets from going into a clinic. Also all of her recovery times was spent with me in the comfort of her home. It was extremely convenient for me as well to not have to drive somewhere for her care. The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind to their patients. This type of business model for vets is the business model all other clinics will need to look up to.
